Great experience! The initial process of searching for a vehicle was smooth and I contacted the dealership and we set up a test drive appointment- everything was easy and smooth. Then our salesperson Andrew Sanchez was great: friendly, professional, knowledgeable and didn t drag it out once we committed to a vehicle. We are happy we found this dealership and would recommend them!

I spent eight dedicated months looking for the right vehicle. I decided the price was very important but more so was the dealership And how responsive they were and the level of professionalism they showed. I was not disappointed. Internet professional Ricky who set up the meeting with sales person Andrew. The vehicle I selected was in front waiting for my arrival. I was politely greeted and after a short time I was introduced to the rest of the infinity team that were outstanding and exceptionally represented the brand. Shout out to sales manager Jim, service advisor Rob, assistant service manager Brian and last but not least a true credit to the dealership, Business Manager Amine. I purchased cars all over the country. I m going to write this with confidence. Today was 100% the best experience thus far. It was worth the 90 minute drive. And I am exceptionally happy with my purchase. Trust me, I m a discerning customer. A firm handshake is what sold me in the very beginning. It s not an underrated quality in a person. Brock was great to work with. The car I originally wanted got sold while we were at the dealership. Brock battled through my frustration like a champ and found me a car that I fell in love in with. I originally wanted a white Q50, I left the dealership in a newer black Q50 with less mileage that I will be saving money on in the long run. I would have never chosen this car for myself, but as soon as I saw it in person I fell in love. Thank you Brock!

I have been buying cars for over 40 years and honestly dealing with infinity of Nashua and Zavier has to be the best. They offer excellent vehicles for sale and really take the time necessary to explain everything and make the customer feel comfortable. It really doesn't get any better than this. We drove over 3 hours for this deal on a 2023.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Infiniti of Nashua. Sales person Andrew Sanchez worked with me for a good part of the day to get me the price on the vehicle I thought was fair after much negotiations. The sale went through. I would highly recommend Andrew Sanchez to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle at infinity of Nashua. Andrew has the laid-back personality that is unique in the automotive industry. He s very easy to deal with and he is very thoughtful.

I had the pleasure of making a deal on a used Nissan with Sales Manager Jordan Vazquez. I cannot praise him enough. No pressure, down to earth, a true gentleman to work with. 2022 I was in for an oil change, which at that time I was given a full report on the need to replace all 4 tires. I disagreed at that time. I had 35,000 miles only on those tires. If I didn't disagree and didn't go else where to assess the tires I would of been taken advantage of. It seems it is happening again. Which by the way the same tires are still on my car. My 2 year old Infiniti battery died completely and it cost me to jump it , then 100 dollars to have it charged. And told that I need to drive a lot more or to buy a trickling device for the battery. I am disappointed for I believed that my battery would be replaced under the warranty. So now I have no security on the battery for it most likely happen again , where and how long it will take to resolve this problem, I do not know and how much more it is going to cost me !!

If I could give more than five stars I would!! Victor and his team in the service department went above and beyond for me and had me back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend for buying a vehicle and any service needs for your vehicle. They have multiple awards for service customer care & quality. This has to be one of the worst Infiniti dealerships. This was my second bad experience. I went in for an oil change and tire rotations. They quoted me $143, and $200 for an engine light diagnosis, which I declined. After the service, the quote went up from $143 to $146, and they suggested I change my brakes and rotors, which I also declined. As I was leaving, they muttered something about an leak, which they should have told me about earlier. When I got home, I found a leak under my car. I texted them about it, but got no response. I also asked them to fill the air in the tires and washer fluid, but they didn't do it. Avoid this place.

I was sold this beautiful Q50 some years ago which I have personalized and put my touch on over the years. As time has gone by, the reality of the lies that were told in order to sell add on s and the vehicle in general are starting to add up.First and foremost, there are no bumper to bumper with Infiniti. I came to discover this through corporate when I had to file for a claim because the sunroof over time clogs. I never had a sunroof clog in the past, and was never educated that this was a thing, but I found out the hard way. In their contract, they have very specific wording which would entitle you to pursue the matter in court and win, but I won t waste my time.During the sale, I was promised the upgraded maps; which I later inquired about and got zero response from the dealership. The single most reason I am leaving a 1-star rating is because of the fact my only claim that I was in dire need to get fulfilled in the entirety of my Q50 ownership was denied. I was lied to, deceived, the original car that I paid $500 deposit for which was a 2.0t was sold to someone else right before I arrived at the dealer. I drove from NY to NH to get my car, which then I ended up paying more for the 3.0, but I love it so I don t mind the extra pay.Either way, my relationship with Infiniti has been tainted with this poor experience. Please be mindful of what you all get persuaded into purchasing as extra add on s with the dealership.

I found a truck online that I liked. I contacted the dealer and spoke with a salesperson named Richard. During our conversation I explained my offer to him, money down, what I was hoping for a payment, loan length etc. I have excellent credit and expected to receive tge best rate possible. He informed me that to get the price advertised I'd need to finance through their lenders, that would be a couple points above prime rates. He said just do that and refinance later. He also didn't want me to put a down payment down, he said this is how the dealership makes money. I said no thanks. They seem to have Shady finance practices and will jack the price up on the vehicle if you want to finance elsewhere left a bad taste in my mouth.

Everything is as promised via text communications. Easy to work with this dealership without any hassle. Now got a flat tire due to bead leak after only 1 weeks with less than 100 miles on the car. The dealer said going to reimburse my repair fees. It s been more than 10 days since Andrew indicated the reimbursement check will be mailed to me. Not sure if the promise can be kept?Finally got the check after more than 2 weeks.

I have not gone here since I sold my G37x Sedan a while ago. When I had my car and needed to use the Inifniti Elite CPO Wrap that I bought from the Norwood dealer, Kristin MacNeil stood out as the best service advisor I have worked with at ANY DEALER (present day).My car started having issues due to my severe commuting, so I found myself at Infiniti of Nashua quite often, enough that I started befriending all of the valets! Of everyone, she was one of the highlights of my ownership experience since she is very mindful, transparent, and honest when it comes to getting your car taken in, repaired fairly, and returned as expected.Not only was she very easy to communicate with (text was very helpful for me) and knowledgeable in the warranty processes, but she was also considerate in my preferences from how my car was to be treated to even what loaners I preferred to be in.I'll never forget that time she was able to get me into a loaner within the same morning when the torque converter on my transmission went out and stalled my car whenever it was stopped. If it weren't for her, I would have been otherwise out of a car for 2 weeks while my car was waiting for a new transmission to come in. She really does do everything she can to make sure you're taken care of.

Have been a loyal Infiniti customer for over 6 years and just acquired my third lease. Of all the sales staff I ve dealt with, Brock went out of his way to ensure I had the perfect vehicle that met all of my wants. Ask for Danna if you are looking to buy an Infiniti without being pressured or talked into something you don t want/need. We came for a test drive and left with our new car, from trade in of our old car to registration and all other paperwork , everything was taken care of within 3 hours. We had some minor issues with the car a few days later which were fixed promptly. Kristin from Service is knowledgeable and Service in general is very professional.

Danna was the best!! She was super friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. She made process that can be confusing for most so easy and quick. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated every step of the way. I came all the way from MA to get my car and would do it all over again to work with her!

Google really needs to allow zero stars for places like this. Quite possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life, and this includes the no-name random dealers. Initially they will make you feel comfortable and secure in your purchase but once you really look at what they are doing you will find it is a combination of fraud and deceit. Customer service is not a priority for them because if you don t call them back several times then you will never hear from them. I have tried to speak with the GM, Diana D Avanzo for over a month now but she has never returned my calls. I have spoken with several people to try and correct all the issues that they caused and to get my refund for something they overcharged me for but they don t seem to care. Everyone I ve spoken to (Mike Turin, Amine Oulmaati, Bill Douvris) don t seem to have any clue what they are doing. They will continually lie and say they did things when it is very obvious, they haven t.I purchased a CPO 2019 Q60 from them mid-January and although they require you to do their financing to get the advertised price for the vehicle, I agreed and signed all the paperwork and purchased all the additional warranties. It was not until later that I realized they had added an additional almost $1000 onto the finance for no reason. When I questioned them about this, they said it was done in error. They are incapable of properly registering my vehicle because they keep playing with the numbers on the bill of sale to try to hide something. I have asked several times to list the purchase price of the vehicle individually on the bill of sale but the refuse to do so. When I asked them to send me the papers so I could just register it myself they initially told me they are not allowed to do that but after A LOT of back and forth I finally got them to agree to send them to me. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still don t have the papers. And to make matters worse, my vehicle was towed because according to the police report the temporary plates that they provided me were "fictitious". Even when providing proof of all their errors they will insist that they are right and I am wrong. So right now, I am currently paying for a vehicle that I no longer have in my possession because of the incompetence of everyone at this dealer. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from them

We were looking to do a trade in and found a 2022 Nissan Altima with super low miles at Infiniti of Nashua. Once we were there we were greeted by Danna Mejia who was so helpful and super easy to work with! She was willing to work with us on the trade in amount and we received close to what we were looking for! So we moved forward with the purchase. Once confirmed with our purchase, we had to speak with finance Mike who literally took 10 mins to speak with us. Normally we hate this process since alot of the dealerships will just talk talk talk about all of these different options of warranties available, but we knew what we wanted and he too helped us out!! The whole process took 3 hours which is the quickest that we've ever experienced.If your looking for a good deal, you should definitely check Danna Mejia at Infiniti of Nashua for your next purchase!!!

Ok not a fan of car shopping but who is. BUT my experience at Infiniti of Nashua was top notch, seamless and do I dare say fun?Our salesperson Zavier was knowledgeable, personable and professional. We bought a 2023 car at a fair price, no gimmicks or surprises. Whole experience was straight forward and transparent. Thanks for a great car buying experience! Would definitely recommend Infinity of Nashua to all my friends!
