If you need anything done with your Infiniti I HIGHLY recommend using this location. Their customer service is top tier and they are quick and get the job done right. Dennis Matteau who is a service consultant there has worked with me time and time again to keep me up to date on my vehicle while it s there and is always a pleasure talking with. 11/10 stars every time.Service: Oil change

I worked with Victor in the service department recently and have since I purchased my Infiniti - 4 years ago. I can t recommend him enough. Victor always goes out of his way to be sure my service experience is as seamless as possible. He s very conscientious, detail oriented and honest. Have not had to many experiences here. But buying the car was painless. Sales was Great even financing was easy they didn't push extras on me just informed me of my options. Have been to service twice now and was treated like the king. Fast, friendly informed and was in and out quickly

If you're looking for luxury . You should go to infiniti. They got your back . Just on the 1999 I.30. I headed out here for a key made with chip. no complaints no issues easy pay over the phone can't really complain. I had multiple cars . But the . I.30 bye far was my first ,and most gorgeous vehicle. You will have a great experience with the customer service. Thanks

Service department used to be more efficient when they were taking walk-ins for an oil change service. The new appointment system sucks! Customers have to wait for 30-45 minutes just to see the advisor and then they take another hour for an oil change. I had to remind them twice that i am waiting and my car has still not been taken in. When customers purchase $40-50K vehicle they expect much better service.

Be weary...Great car selection ,staff was nice and professional. However... apparently you can ONLY purchase vehicles here via their financing plans - no outside bank loans no if, ands or buts. I mean if you had $90,000 cash and were ready to buy the first car you seen - they would tell you, "you can't put any money down and you can finance for 7.99% interest rate." I mean that made me LMAO. Read the fine print on deals online! They wanna bleed you with their comical finance plan.

Great service. Kristin my service adviser really did everything possible to help out with the cost of repairs. She really worked for the customer. Kudfo' s to her.

Horrible service from the finance department regarding promised services and extended warranty after you've bought the car - they just want to get you out the door. Have sent 5+ emails and multiple voicemails with no response.(would consider changing this review if someone gets back to me, but as of now am severely disappointed)
