Quick service. Very helpful. Got in and out quickly. Steve at the service desk is really friendly and accommodating. I needed a tire replacement due to a nail stuck in it. The team ordered my tire and replaced it next day. I like Good Year. I'll be back when I need new tires in the future.

I always come here for my inspections because they re spectacular.I came in for an inspection and found out that I needed to replace my tires to pass inspection. It has been about 3.5 years since I got new tires so it wasn t like it was news when they told me I needed new tires. They were very thorough in their explanations as they always are!My finances were very tight as I had lost my job earlier this year and they were very accommodating and helped me tremendously to be able to get new tires so I can pass inspection!!Always friendly and ready to help!This is why I keep coming back. A+ service

I came here to get my tires replaced and had such a great experience that when break issues arose i instantly knew where i was going to get them fixed. They always have great deals and such friendly employees. If you wait for your car while they work on it they have an area you can hang out in and watch TV and or have coffee while you wait. I will continue to come to this location anytime I have any issues with my car. A special thank you to Steve and Austin I can't thank you both enough for your help, I'll be back to bug you guys in the future!

Per their convenience they take appointments. I booked online today and I have gotten the confirmation number but when I go to show - they said computer has a glitch. I have gotten confirmation email. They could have called and informed that they couldn t take it. Because of that my cars tire got more damaged

Good Year on Main Street in Nashua was awesome to work with! They were able to see me the day I called and had me in and out within about 30 minutes for state inspection. Steve and Austin were particularly helpful and pleasant! Would definitely recommend them for this service.

Steve has been nothing but an amazing help with my vehicle. I moved to Nashua recently and miss my local mechanic. I feel very confident in the many services the facility provides and look forward to future appointments that I know will be ahead.

Great place to get your car fixed. Steve in the front office always helpful and cooperative. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get there car servicing. Clean place for the guests to wait while the car is serviced.

We were visiting family in the area a few weeks ago (late Aug 2023) and got a flat tire. We were only going to be around for a few days and really just needed someone to take a minute and look to let us know if it was possible to patch or if we needed a new one. We went to several places that told us appointment only, or they were booked for days (while no people for appts in sight and employees standing around). We came here and they immediately offered to help even though they were busy. They gave us the time and courtesy we desperately needed and gave us an answer. It was also a leased vehicle and the lease was almost up so we didn't want to buy a full set of tires. They didn't do a sales pitch. There was no hassle. They just offered kindness and humanity and answered our questions. They helped us right away. If I still lived in the area there's no doubt I would recommend this place to everyone and go back if I needed something. Thank you goodyear!

First off, I would like to say thank you to Steve and his staff for the amazing service they did for me despite my last minute appointment. This was my first time going this place a whirl and I will say, I am definitely going back again! I came in for an oil change and got to pick up my car within two hours, which was a lot earlier than I expected with most auto shops. Steve updated me with other problems with my car in a quick matter and got a reasonable price for all my services. A 5/5 experience!

Extremely competent. I came in from out of town to have them handle a warranty claim for tires that my local tire shop was struggling to find the issue with, and Dan the manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and asked all the right questions. I've got my new tires on now and this shop has earned my business for my future tire purchases!

All of the people that work there are great but the facility is in need of a face-lift. The bathroom is old and dirty, and the waiting area is also old and dirty.

Anything I say won t convey how grateful I am for team of guys working this Friday. I called this afternoon and I was lucky to have someone like Steve answer. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to come in to have my tire emergency resolved same day.When I got there that same helpful, kind, professional demeanor from the phone carried over in person. I recently moved here from out of state and the guidance, tips, help and knowledge I received from Steve was more than I could ask for.They were helpful, the prices were extremely fair and everything was broken down in a way I could understand. I HIGHLY recommend this location for anything your car needs. I was completely screwed over by a local tire shop where I live and Goodyear fixed my problem, took great care of my car, I got into a great set of new tires and they gave me a little more faith that not all businesses are out to screw you.Thank you to all the men working tonight on a Friday in crummy weather. You guys saved my day. I will be a repeat customer!Please support this location they deserve it and you won t be disappointed.

Unreal dude 200 bucks for somthing simple and i know other shops that can do it for 100 dont go here to corporate companies we have smaller shops we need to support other shops

I was very impressed with this place. It was easy to order tires ahead of time online. Did not have to wait long and their waiting area was very pleasant, clean and quiet. Special thanks to Steve who delivered excellent customer service. He was very friendly and patient, and took the time to talk me through everything. Will definitely return. Thank you!

I had a tire emergency. My wife had her car fail inspection for bald tires at 4:00 on a Friday and she was supposed to be driving to New York for vacation the next morning. These guys were able to sneak me in and change all four tires staying past closing time to get it done. Highly recommend!

Went in for oil and filters changes. Took 3 hrs, cost $349, and no clean air from my vents days after. Some advice to ladies, have a man take it in for you.

Nashua NH Location - I had rushed into the store after hitting a pothole that left my front driver side tire completely flat and was immediately welcomed by Steven (who was in the middle of assisting another customer). Once available Steven walked outside to checked on my tire. He felt the others and insisted I do the same. He pointed out that the inside of 3 other tires were completely smooth! I was shocked and worried that I wouldn t be able to afford replacing all 4 tires, so Steven assured me he was going to get me What I NEEDED at the Best price he could possibly find. We both looked at different prices and found one that was agreeably the best option for me. Since there was no other customers waiting, Angel quickly began to work on my tires. An addition to changing the tires, Angel provided courtesy services like tightening up the plastic bumper fillers and doing an alignment, as well as informing me of my breaks (and calipers) conditions AND going through the Alignment results. Needless to say, I felt there was total transparency and great customer service. As a Female of color, I felt Safe, Heard and Valued! I will continue to get my car services with Good Year as long as Steven and Angel are available. Thanks a Million!

I was really happy with my experience at Goodyear in Nashua. They had the best price on the tire I was looking for, but more importantly, they asked the right questions. I had an excellent experience there and felt a sense of trust that I don't always feel at an auto repair shop. Steve was great to work with and answered all questions thoroughly, honestly, and fairly.

Today was my first visit to the Nashua Goodyear shop since closing the Lowell location. When I tell you, I received excellent customer service the Assist Manager Steve Morrill took care of me and he was so genuine, helpful, attentive, and considerate. I went in for an oil change and 29 point check. Steve gave me genuine and sound information about the current condition of my tires that needed to be changed. He brought me into the bay while the car was on the lift and showed me my tires and it was bad. My tires had tears and all the threads were all way down to zero. And since he knew I wasn t prepared to buy tires he worked with me and gave me a reasonable discounted price that I could afford. While I waited for my car I observed how Steve was just as attentive and considerate of other customers, checking in and helping them. I m so glad for my visit today and the work done. I feel safe and happy driving my car cause I have three kids and I would hate for something to happen because I was being too cheap to make the necessary repairs. Thank you to Steve M. for the great and memorable customer service experience and the mechanics, y all did a great job and are so professional. This is why I will always remain a loyal and faithful customer of GoodYear.

Very kind and compassionate people- I have been doing business with Jim since he was at Goodyear Lowell since 2014. He is very flexible and makes time to accommodate you. Steve also has been a huge help in facilitating my urgent car repairs during a crazy time at my job. Thank you Goodyear Nashua for amazing customer service!

I ve been here twice in the past few months. Once for a full set of tires and once for a repair. Both times I received great service, and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The second visit was an emergency fix and Goodyear not only fit me in that day, but had me back on the road within an hour and a half. Would absolutely recommend

I've had pretty good luck with this Goodyear before, but today's service was above and beyond. The salesperson, Steve, was great. Kept me updated and informed, didn't push any unnecessary services, and generally a good dude. Few hours after dropping off my car, Steve called and checked on what tires I wanted replaced, as I said both fronts at drop off. Thankfully he called because I had totally forgotten that I had switched the somewhat balding front tire with the newer back tire months ago and forgot. That saved me a lot of trouble and money. Great customer service.Prices were good. Didn't find any better prices in my area for tires AND services.Highly recommend the Goodyear on main street in Nashua.

My son and I needed a pair of tires on the quick, the day he was to drive 3 and 1/2 hours to college for his first semester as a freshman. Steve was great, got the car into the bay right away, and took care of the mounting and balancing in 90 minutes. Hard to put a price on the peace of mind this work gave us, and the friendliest, most helpful service out there. Highly recommend!

Came here in the afternoon for leaking tires. Steve took me in even though I missed the morning apt. He also recommended that I replace the sensor while fixing the leak and helped me to sear around the rim. Great services.

Steve Morrill and Jim Holder along with an exceptionally skilled team, ordered the tire for a quick delivery and applied all discounts possible. I obtained a same-day appointment and was in and out within an hour. Professional, courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. Thank you all!
