Had a great experience here at the Nashua Firestone. Corey and the team are friendly and efficient. I came in because one of my tires was leaking air made an online appointment and was in and out in 1 hour. Good service and explanation of service.

Left my ring in my car and it was stolen. the ring was not real so I left it there while getting work done because I wouldn t have cared if it was gone. the fact that the worker did steal it is enough to make a post. When asked about the ring after the work was done the worker went into the garage and asked for it back. Once he came back he said it dropped on the floor. Honestly just posting this to let the individual know that there are resources out there to help you and stealing is a never ending cycle and won t help you in the long run!! I would highly recommend this location of Firestone . Corey the manager and all of his co/workers go to great strides to understand what your needs and concerns are . They try to find the best possible way to help you have a fully repaired vehicle at the best possible cost to you.

Car inspection took over 4 hours with no communication. They called to say the car was ready and we came in and they had us wait another 30 minutes. Heard other people complaining about wait times as well. Quotes are overpriced and service was not friendly or helpful. I wouldn't go back.

11/11/2023 - It was busier than usual today, was able to get an oil change and quotes for new tires printed and emailed to me. Will, Corey and Jacob take care of us when we bring our vehicles in. They re always friendly and go above and beyond to assist us when we have questions or concerns. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable, both in person and over the phone. I scheduled an oil change that was completed in under an hour. Highly recommend coming here for oil changes, alinements and tire replacement and other services.

I ordered tires on eBay and had them shipped and paid for with CarAdvise. I wanted to do a different location but I decided on this Firestone to avoid paying tax. The only reason I didn t give 1 star is because the tires were mounted perfectly and the service work done was perfect. I had my appointment moved back an hour, with less than 24 hour notice. I spent 3 HOURS WAITING TODAY. Only for 4 freaking tires to be replaced! I watched 5+ people go ahead of me while I sat in the lobby with an appointment. It s ironic because Jerry Seinfeld makes a great point with a reservation: if you can t honor it then why bother making it for the customer in the first place? There was no parking either in the front or back so I had to park at the front entrance. Definitely not gonna come back here unless it s a last resort

I was charged $20.00 for tire disposalfee even though I informed the technician I wanted to keep the old tires.Which they did place in my vehicle. Which I suspect was a miscommunication between the tire technician and the cashier.

Great service, fast and professional work . They repaired the tire and reinstalled it quickly, wait time was minimal. I m very satisfied and will return for future tire needs.

The folks assisting me were very nice and helpful. They didn't have all four tires I required, and could have upsold, but made it so I didn't have to pay more than what I had planned.

Made an appointment for replacing Battery. Drop off car and waited there , They did nothing for one hour, when i ask for update, they said we have ordered battery, it is coming . Waited another 45 min, no battery. Finally they put my old battery back. Just wasted time , no honesty.

Had a flat tire when I went to Nashua for an event. These guys were AWESOME! Repaired my tire instead of telling me I needed to get new ones. They did give me an estimate for tires since I will need some down the road, but didn't trick me into getting them. Honest guys in my opinion and if I lived closer, I would def go back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a construction staple lodged in my tire and drove to this location to have it looked at. The team was quick to put it up on the lift, evaluate it, and ended up confirming the tire wasn't punctured and did not even require a patch kit after extracting the staple. Really appreciate the honesty and integrity of them and not taking me for a ride with forcing new tires on me needlessly. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

Failed me on state inspection for needing new tires and change break. Went to another place to get a quote and second opinion. They checked and told me there is no reason to fail the state inspection and it passed. Please avoid going there for state inspection, since they are into tire business and force you to fail, If they tell you need something done, definitely get a second opinion. Stay away from there for state inspection.

After 18 years of getting service at Firestone in Nashua, I will NEVER being going back. Had my 84 year old mother's rear brakes done at over $1k and 4 weeks later they seize up again and she lives 2 hours away. No willingness to work with me unless I get the car towed to Firestone so they can verify the findings. Won't call the shop up where she lives to discuss what they found. Can't even get a phone call with someone above the Nashua store to discuss it with me. 9 cars of mine that have never been serviced anywhere else and this is how the story ends. Sad.Service: Brakes

Spoke with Tony and was able to get my tire replaced they did a good job. I asked as I left as the damaged tire was in the back of the car Tony said it was. I left. I checked the back of the car the next day and it wasn't there. I called and he said he had already recycled it for me. If you want your tires stolen go here.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This place is busy and you may have to make an appointment. Work is done right. Also, there are coupons and deals available. I recommend this Firestone. I have been a customer for many years. They often have great tire deals cheaper than other places. For bigger repair quotes I get other estimates and they will match if not the lowest. I also charge to my Firestone account and get 6 months to pay back with no interest. I got 4 new tires & new brakes. Brake pads replaced free under warranty and I had a free alignment from my lifetime alignment. Charged it to my Firestone account and will schedule 5 automatic payments for $0 interest. Thank you Firestone.

Do not go here for state inspections If you are a woman. They failed us on a dozen items some of which made no sense as I had replaced them not long ago. The mechanic also seemed to backtrack when I confronted him on that. We took the vehicle to another reputable mechanic and he fixed 1 item on their list I expected to be an issue and said everything else was just fine or not something that can be failed.

I used Blizzaks on a previous car. It made such a difference that I drove the rear wheel drive car to CT in a snow storm. With this car, I tried to get through winters with just all-season tires. (It's rear wheel drive too!) After getting stuck numerous times last winter, I decided to get what works this year. I put a set of WS90s on it. Looking forward to a safe winter. To note, I drove them in heavy rain, and they held the road remarkably. (That was my biggest complaint with previous snow tires.) I highly recommend these tires, and will report further throughout the winter.

Everytime I bring my car there I need a expensive part which they charge me thousands to replace it for instance I brought my car there with no new issues but I needed to get my ac recharged.. it was not having any symptoms of a bad compressor.. all of a sudden I need a new compressor. So my boyfriend had them give him a price for it they came back with over 3000.00 for the ac compressor and installation. My boyfriend said yeah we will just buy one and said he'd do the work they laughed at him and told charged him the 180.00 just to tell us I needed a new one then proceeded to tell us to bring it back after he puts the new one in and they will fill it for free. so he bought a new one and put it in even had a licensed mechanic look n make sure he did it right and there were no other issues. I drove it all week no issues then He brought it back to have it filled and they tried to charge him so he said no u said you'd do it for free and explained it ( this was only a week after they told us that) so they told him to drop car off Saturday and they'd fit it in n call when it was ready. We got the call went to go pick it up ( I'm driving it at this point) I immediately notice something is wrong we get it home and I tell my man he said ok and drove it but didn't notice anything. ( I'm the daily driver not him so I think I'd notice first) sure enough Monday the check engine light came on!!!! We haven't hooked our tester up to it yet. But needless to say I blame Firestone for this issue and will not be bringing My car back to them!

Had issues with Plaistow nh location so I made a appointment here. Confirmed it the day before and unfortunately on the appointment time was informed my tires were missing. As angry as I was John the service manager did his best to help me out. John re ordered the tires and discounted me for the aggravation. My work schedule changed tomorrow when I was suppose to go. Called and spoke to Corey the manager and he was easy to deal with and got me in within a hour. Appreciate John and Corey for stepping up to help me. I would use this Nashua location in the future.

Going in to this place felt weird. The dude at the counter was a nut job. Putting that aside, they don t tell you really what the total is until after. A total on something that is clearly a single price and should easily be determined. I go in and they preform the duty. A basic bulb replacement for a right blinker going out. Took ten minutes but cost me nearly 50 dollars. Not only that but a week later the same bulb goes out dead. They replace it saying oh no it s a front bulb that s out; not the rear one like you were mentioning. If I knew they were going to try and charge me for it I would ve asked from my truck back and walked out. I was not going back there to spend another 50 dollars. I only went back thinking they would fix it for free which the second time they eventually did. Not very easily might I mention. However the bulb is out again. Whether it s a mechanical issue or not, 50 dollars for a bulb replacement is far outrageous. Go to a trusted mechanic where they can determine the true issues, these guys are terrible!!

These guys are great I've been screwed over by some other guys in merrimack (auto care plus) but these guys let me see with my own eyes what was wrong when I had a doubt on anything, Corey is always a great friendly face who is very accommodating and friendly whenever I see him. I will continue bringing my Malibu to this location and I highly recommend to anyone else

Ever concerned that a car mechanic will lie to you to make you spend more money? We were giving them good business for a while, I bring it in to replace break pads, guy tells me I need to replace the rotors. Okay, I asked Can you show me them and let me know why? He almost wouldn t bring me into the back. I don t know if I can do that right now. Really? Under what circumstance can you not just show the customer something in the shop? When we got there he said they need to be replaced because they re dark. I d never heard of that before. So asked a mechanical engineer at my job and brought it into a BMW dealership and asked for second and third opinions. Yep, straight up lie - they were nowhere near needing replacement, and you don t replace rotors for being dark. That is indication of them being a little dirty, not an indication of any functional problem. Is this a Firestone thing or just a problem with this particular location? I have a hunch the guy based the recommendation blindly off of mileage of the car rather than inspection, which I can imagine a chain company like Firestone might implement.
