Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I had the most wonderful experience here. Ordered tires on Thursday, got them on Friday and installed on Monday. Installation took about an hour! Dealership wanted $1100 for tires, got it from here for $810!

Mixed review. I took advantage of the sales in November and ordered winter tires for my Yukon XL, smooth ordering process but the rest was a headache. Earliest appointment was booked out over a month, fine, arrive for appointment and was told it would be 1.5 hours, fine. Get out to my vehicle after getting my keys and paperwork and first thing I notice is the globs of grease/lube all over my rims and tires. An annoyance for sure but not the end of the world. Get in and start it, tire pressure is way under in 2 tires, over in one and just right in one. Figured I would give it a bit driving to see if it was a fluke. Nope! They couldn't even fill them right, great. As I turn onto the highway and grab the bottom of my wheel I feel a huge scrape on my previously perfect steering wheel. Now I'm fuming mad. I decided to avoid being one of those customers that makes a scene and felt it best I call the next day when I was calm. You would think I'd be given an apology when I called or offered any promise of resolution but I was not. Due to all of the above, over all Costco tire center gets ZERO stars. However, they can thank my 3 star review to their 5 star employee, Cameron. He didn't treat me like a crazy person for being upset that my immaculate and incredibly well cared for vehicle was carelessly damaged by someone too lazy to adjust the steering wheel, (with a simple push of a button), he understood I was aggravated that the tire pressure was way off and that my sensors were never reset, he made my concerns valid and he took care of every single one. Cameron deserves a raise and a bonus for being the only one that handled all of that correctly.

Do not bring your car to their tire shop if you care about it. They scratched 3 of my wheels and denied my damage claim, which they use a 3rd party insurance company for. Here's a list of excuses I got from the insurance company, assistant manager, and general manager of the store:- The damage could not have happened on a Costco tire machine- The damage could have happened during a tire rotation- The damage occurred because the paint on my wheels is compromised (I demonstrated in person this is not true)- My wheels are rusting (they're aluminum)- My paint is bubbling (its not)- There's dirt in the scratches, so they couldn't have been caused at Costco- The wheel condition is consistent with the mileage on the car- The narrow, perfectly circular scratches could have been caused on a curb- Lastly, the least frustrating one; we don't know if the damage was there before the tire install

Great service. Unfortunately, Costco is having issues keeping up with the number customers waiting for tire installs. 6 or 7 weeks back up. Luckily, I was able to get the work done on short notice. Otherwise, the help was great and very accommodating. Great price and all the extras included!!

I ve been a loyal Costco customer for years, and I generally love the value they provide. However, my recent experience at the Costco Tire Center left me with mixed feelings. The Not-So-Good experience is Long Wait Times: Unfortunately, the tire replacement process at this location takes an incredibly long time. My last visit resulted in a 150-minute wait for a simple tire replacement. This level of delay can be a significant inconvenience. In conclusion, if you re looking for great tire prices and don t mind a lengthy wait, Costco Tire Center might still be a good choice for you. However, I hope they can improve their efficiency and reduce wait times in the future to provide a more satisfying customer experience.

Stay away from this place! I easily purchased tires online, but it took 2 weeks for them to be delivered and installation appointments are scheduling a month out. They will not let me return them online. They said I must physically go into the store pick the tires up and then return them. Huge hassle. I got my tires installed the same day elsewhere

Don t waste your money and time there. Installed my tires and had pressure sensor went off. Called the shop and on hold for over an hour and was asked to come in a few days later. Showed up on time and o e of the guys say I don t have an appointment. Wasted over an hour on the phone to get someone on the phone but apparently that is considered walk in.

I have a good experience when shopping at Costco. However I got really bad experience when I bought tires and came to get my tires fixed at Costco in Nashua. They are just a bunch of idiots, helpless people.

Crazy wait time. staff doesn't know how long it is going to take. Just a poor customer service overall. Plan to spend 2-3 hours for the installation of new tires

My boyfriend got two new tires installed here recently. We arrived 15 minutes early the appointment and the car hadn t been touched for 90 minutes and it took another 90 minutes for the instillation. We are normally patient and understanding but this was painfully slow.Would not recommend unless you drop the car off and leave or if you are willing to wait a long period of time. The only positive was the prices but not sure it s worth it after this experience.

We made a noon appointment for tire rotation five weeks in advance. It took me standing in lines three times to finally get done at 2:30 pm. Just to check in, it took 30 min. And the person who rotated the tires was apparently blasting music from our car radio at maximum volume. When we got into the car, it almost blew our ears out! And the car was parked badly with both front tires hitting a granite curb! Just left an overall bad impression. It s a shame as they have been very good in the past.

Great prices, competent installers, no upselling or surprise fees. Selection is limited and must be ordered in advance, but there are usually a couple good options for any one car. Not a good choice for any urgent need, but quality work and good cost savings if you can make an appointment and order a couple weeks in advance. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 2 hours to get 4 wheels installed, so patience is a must.

I called them beginning of this month and tried to schedule for a tire change due to the impending inclement weather. I took my car for 11am appointment on December 27. This was a horrible experience. This place is a hit and miss with the staff, but more like mostly as miss.If you are so booked at the beginning of the month and the only time you have is at the end of this month, either hire more people to work at your place, or get NEW MANAGEMENT and workers!!!If you want to get your tires changed there and pay an affordable price for it, it is recommended you book in advance or you will have to wait a whole month to get your tires change. In some cases you may have to call out or get to work late due to the fact you have to change the tire and make sure it gets done right. Sometimes you may not get your tires changed in time!A year later one of the all season Bridgestone tires we got became flat and had to order a replacement one on Thursday. A week later and NOTHING! All this advertising for these great deals on Bridgestone seemed like bait and switch. Please save the headache and avoid this atrocity. Costco tire center has went way downhill and until they improve will never do business with them again!

I love shopping at Costco, but i will never change my tries there. It s very inconvenience. If you have a tire leakage after they did their job wrong. You have to schedule an appointment which can be a month later because they have no time for you and to take responsibility of the bad service they did. I went to the appointment after waiting a whole month and they said the tire air sensor is dying and it s why it s leaking which it was expected. They didn t have the part so I had to wait for the part to arrive and another month for an appointment. On the day of the appointment we got a snow storm and they canceled the appointment. Now I have to wait another month to fix the tire leak!!! I went to town fair tires and the problem was solved within an hour and without an appointment and guess what?! Their price actually cheaper than Costco. Again, costco is my favorite warehouse place to shop, but not a good place to replace tires. Also, town fair tire will do alignment for free for the front tires while Costco won t and they will match the Costco price too.

I have used several costco tire shops, the others were back in Northern Virginia, and this is by far the worst management/customer experience I've had at one.Previous experiences were smooth and they had the tires in stock or could get them within a day. Not here. Took them more than a week to get basic all weather tires.Appointment? You'll be waiting three weeks for the next available unless you try to hustle in early in the morning to snag a walk-in instead of going to work. Did I mention, senior hours mean if you aren't a senior you will be last in line and unlikely to get one?Prices were still the best around, so they have that much going for them.Lastly, if you have any issues after the installation, where you need a sensor changed, they'll have you make that appointment and when you arrive, they'll take your car and then call you 30 min later and tell you they didn't actually have the part in stock and that it will be another three weeks and they have no way to notify you when those parts arrive. They will then kindly suggest you go to the dealership for the part now that they have wasted your time.Utter chaos, this location. Really disappointing. I'm not sure how they can be this disorganized while still having staff who seem knowledgeable and are nice to work with, but they have achieved a tire shop twilight zone with this one.

I think you can tell you re in southern new hampshire by looking at the diversity of the workforce at this Costco branch(all white/caucasian). I ordered my tires online and came in person to pick them up and potentially even install them. I was one of the first ones in line and a few people that had appointments came after me but the lady let them cut me because they apparently prioritize them first. Im sure thats not some rule she made up. Anyway I finally got to the counter and wanted to pick up the tires I paid for but they wouldnt let me because i was a secondary on the membership and not a primary. Even though I paid for the tires myself. It took talking to the GM who was helpful in releasing the tires. I took them someplace local needless to say.

I just bought tires in 1-22. It took forever to get them installed. So when I hit a pothole and destroyed the tire I thought here we go again. Actually I got there, they came out to look at the tire, agreed it was beyond repair. The man ordered a new tire, I had to pay $9.00 to offset the price increase. Hopefully getting it mounted and balanced will also be quick and easy.

Worst customer service . Idiots. There is the guy wearing braces was not at all helpful . He doesn t even know how to treat a customer . Being a Costco member I never expected that . He literally told me to go to another place for tire work . I was like that was racism .

They do great work here even though they remain understaffed and deal with crabby customers with unrealistic standards. Do make an appointment it will save you a ton of time.

Great deals, affordable prices, understaffed. We bought our last two sets of tires from Costco. I will likely buy more in the future. However, there's a catch. In the fall, they are SO busy swapping out all-season tires for winter tires that it's nearly impossible to reach someone. You can call and call, no answer. If you show up, you will likely have to wait for 12 hours to get your car seen. The key is to make your appointment ahead if time, ONLINE. If you are buying new tires, pre-purchase them online and have them shipped to the store. It will likely take 2 weeks to a month for the appointment in the fall, if you make it online. In other seasons, it will still take at least a week to make an appointment. So plan ahead.

Very professional staff . I needed tires changed and they didn't have Michelin (promotional) in stock for me. They gave me Bridgestone as an option with 80k mile warranty on it. All I have to do is come back next week to get price adjustment on it to take advantage of the promotional offer. Tires were replaced within 30 minutes. That was very impressive. Overall very happy with Costco tire center.

The Nashua tire department simple can not handle the seasonal demands. Even with a scheduled appointment, it took them 75 minutes to start the tire change over. Waiting at total of 2 hours to get a set of tires mounted, when you have an appointment is pretty poor service. This isn't a one time deal, everyone in line complain about how slow the service is even when you have an appointment. I not sure why Costco doesn't staff up the tire center for the demands?

This is a v busy shop. Make reservations online & expect a couple weeks latency. That said, they offer good product & good service times at v competitive prices when you buy & schedule online, especially if you compare total installed cost (mounting, balancing, disposal of old tires) against competing shops.Shout out to Angel, who kept the front desk running smoothly & w good humor even when a mis-entered-inventory incident made it look for a time like something had gone wrong for another customer.

Pathetic service. Arrogant front desk and absolutely disastrous customer experience. No one picks up the phone nor greets you nor is helpful. Costco really needs to find better management for the tire center.Warning ! Avoid this place if you can.

Small shop that is always busy so even with an appoint set 2 weeks ago, and self ordering tires through website 30 days in advance... be prepared to wait hours if you cant drop off your vehicle. Every encounter with staff has been unpleasant. Wish I had gone to VIP down the street... same tires same price... just would have been more convenient... Plus maybe the staff would not be so coarse.

Service technicians were really helpful. I showed up with a flat tire with out an appointment at the end of the day, Rayan was extremely helpful in ordering the replacement tire and also putting the spare. Also all other staff I interacted with were really helpful. Thank you guys!

You will wait literally for 3 hours even if you book an appointment a month in advance because they have to 'squeeze in walk-in customers' :) Unbelievable.Go if you want to wander around Costco or sit on a very uncomfortable bench for 2-3+ hours

Useless place. Visited to get 4 tires for an odyssey and they had no availability, no estimate on availability and no help at all. After all, it's a tire shop that won't sell tires. Strange enough for a membership only club. Plus, there is no guidance at all. If i have to drive 20 miles just to hear that they are out of stock on everything, what use is to take the membership.
