I was recommended to CSM by a neighbor. I ve gone to Chris on three occasions now and every time scheduling has been easy and the work was done right. Pricing is also very fair and no upselling or unnecessary repairs. I have been a customer of Concord Street motors for many years because of the quality work, fair pricing and never being pushed to repair something that wasn't necessary. At the same time I have always been made aware of something that may be a safety issue and should be addressed.

Alot of my family and myself have been going to Concord St. Motors & think they are a great shop. Chris is a awesome guy to deal with. They are fair with their price & do a great job. I trust them & would definitely refer them.

I have been going to Concord St. Motors for a few years now. It's hard to put your trust into a mechanic, but not at this place. Chris and his employees are top notch and above all are genuinely honest. I am never shocked at my bill and he charges a fair rate for great work. Few places like this around these days. A hidden gem of Nashua. I would recommended it to anyone. Just brought my wife's car there today. They replaced a part on the fly and it was under warranty through them. No charge to us!

Easy and quick! My tire pressure light turned on before a 1-2 hr drive, so I took my car to this garage for some air on the way out of town. They fit me in right away, filled the tires, didn't charge me a dime, and I was on my way in 20 minutes! Will definitely go back for a not-free repair next time I need one.

Absolutely one of the best shops I've ever been to. They can work on most anything and Chris is no bs and incredibly honest.

Chris is awesome. Good prices, great service. Most trustwrothey shop around. My garage was in lowell mass, hate to leave him, but no longer in that area. Ive had 2 garages in my life time, sorry chris two guys in lowell mass, but through word of mouth chris has my bussness now. Thank you chris. And merry christmas to you and yours.

There crooked, there is a video on YouTube about them. I purchased a new stainless steel exhaust for my Honda Accord, Chris did the job on it and knew what he did and kept his mouth shut. All the sudden withen 80 miles the check engine light comes on, don't know why? I have a complete exhaust all the way back to the tailpipe including catalic converter. They put in a new gasket between the catalic converter, which was the wrong one, cop pulled me over and said it was loud? I said it was a new exhaust system. So I had this problem for 6 months and decided to take it to another shop. And they had me go under the car and showed me what Chris did deliberately. He cut 2 hangers on my down pipe and there was 2 holes about the size of a dime and it was causing the computer to come in because the o2 sensor couldn't read the exhaust because of the leak. When they put in that New gasket they knew about this and just put it back together as they had there heads turned. They also used staff members to vote stars on there Facebook like the woman from behind the counter there. Stay away from these thiefs.

I don't know about Chris. But the lady that works there is the biggest douche nozzle I have ever met. Unprofessional and mean-spirited... I would never recommend anyone go there
