Thanks for the new dent Mike, sounds like you need to step back. Let someone w/less of a temper and more understanding for kids that dont have alot of cash run your garage. 6000-$10,000 for a Subaru motor w/over 150k on it, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is my 2nd review, under an anonymous name due to the harassment I received from the owner Mike, who clearly doesn t take accountability for his actions nor does care about customer relations. I had my vehicle inspected, a ten year old Honda , and like others had my vehicle taken completely apart looking for any and everything that could be fixed. I received a bill between $1500 and $2300. I spent what money I had saved for Christmas on my vehicle, because he told me my vehicle could stop working anytime, etc. Putting the fear into a single mom at Christmas time must be his specialty, because when I got home and started reading reviews I was furious that he did this practice quite often with car inspections. I decided to leave my own review about my experience. Mike immediately started calling my phone, leavings voicemails threatening me with a lawyer for slander, and sending texts. It got so bad I took my review down, just like he demanded. When I see other reviews complaining about his inspections, I see him continue to blame customers. I took you through a walk-through and showed you the problems . You agreed to the price. We helped you get financing. No accountability whatsoever. Imagine if you went to the doctor for a cold, and he said While you re here, I see that you are overweight, your vision is blurry, you have an ingrown toenail, and your balding. You have to pay me to fix these issues too, on top of your cold. That s what Mike does.

If anyone wants help after hours for cheap just ask for Ethan. Offered to mount, balance, and give me an alignment for trash tires for only $50! But only after the shop was closed

These guys are awesome. Best auto repair center I have ever utilized. They are honest, 100 % of the time find my issues, correct them, follow up. They are world class and I will never see another provider. I am a lifetime customer. Great crew, great service, friendly and awesome ! These guys are an example to be followed by all.

Our Saab would run and quit at will. Mind you we had already spent 1,800 $ at another garage. Mike said he d take a look at it. The problem was assessed and determined it was too costly for them to attempt to search in order to locate the cause. They recommended a Garage way out in the Country who. primary works on Saabs.We appreciated the fact they would look at the car, then to admit up front they did not have the correct diagnostic equipment as the issue was complex. They were very business like and did not charge us for their time. There shop is an ample size with many employees There labor rate was at the lower end of the rate scale. When the opportunity presents itself we definitely will return for routineService.Service: Auto maintenance

Beware!!! I brought my wife's car here for a state inspection. Unknown to me they do there own expanded inspection tearing things apart looking for potential issues, which is fine except they most likely create issues and in my case they ripped apart electrical wires and tried to cover it up without mentioning their screw up. Lucky for me I found their screw up before an electrical fire could happen. I would never let them touch another one of our vehicles!

I had an inspection appointment for 1 pm today. Got there a few minutes early. I sat there for 50 minutes, my car didn't move. The owner came out and said they were taking a car out of a bay and would bring mine right in. I waited another 20 minutes, my car hadn't moved. I asked for my keys and left. While I was sitting there a woman came in asked for her keys back. She had a appointment at 9:30 for an inspection .She dropped her car off. Mind you the inspection was not done and it was about 1:15.That was my first and last with this garage!!

Very thorough and transparent mechanics, Mike is especially serious about communicating with his customers. Every problem they found came with videos and pictures and he made sure to check with us before doing any additional work. Best mechanic experience I've had in years! My daughters car had a terrible weekend and even the wheel fell off while driving. I had it towed here and showed up Monday and they said sure no problem they would diagnose it and get back to me. By Tues they had called and went over all the problems and by Wednesday they had done all the work and it was quite a few things.I've been in nashua since the 90's and this is the best garage I've found yet. I had the best experience I won't go anywhere else from now on. Mike was easy to talk to and showed me everything on top.of explaining what was going on and what needed to be done to ly vehicle. It's hard to find a trust worthy shop these days and on top of it a reliable shop.So having found this shop is one less thing to I have to deal with. I would recommend this shop for all your automotive maintenance and repairs. Good group of guys here who know what's going on.

They most reliable mechanic I ever dealt with. I was someone who only trusted dealer ship when it comes to my cars. But certified solution is we re is still. No more dealer prices. This place is the best! I moved to Nashua somewhat recently and have been going to the same mechanic my whole life. I m a young girl and don t know much about cars so I was worried about trying somewhere new and being taken advantage of. I was lucky to find this place. They are efficient, transparent with their pricing, and do really great work. I trust them fully with my car and have had nothing but positive experiences! I definitely recommend

Hands down best shop in town and they are so honest!!! Brought my Subaru in for sputtering and they fixed it same day for a fraction of what others were quoting!!! AVOID YOUR LOCAL NEW CAR DEALER AND CHOOSE CERTIFIED

What a great experience! Please bring this company your business. Great staff; would give you the shirt off their back. Makes you feel like family. In terms of quality of service; certified auto solutions was my second opinion and they found 2 repairs the other guys missed, and were very honest about the importance, so as not to sell me on unnecessary work. Very professional and helped me source a part from the junkyard to save money, which would have been a profit for them.Honest, and hard-working, makes for a great mechanic. I called in to inquire why my girlfriend s car had failed inspection, as the explanation detailed in the receipt was unclear. The owner answered the phone and pulled up her record. I explained that they were actually passing the vehicle and it was during the walk around that they made these numerous discoveries.The owner proceeded to ask me if I had my state inspection license to perform my own inspections..He then abruptly hung up and I called back. I was greeted with a FAKE voicemail that the owner acted out.I called back once more and the owner instructed his employee to hang up on me. Unbelievable. Just about the most unprofessional group, looking for the next person to scam. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced.DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR INSPECTION

My experience is that they start exploring and removing things looking for problems beyond state inspection, don t price match competitors lower prices, and add on unnecessary services. Extremely unlikely I ll ever go here again.Edit to add some details.(1) We asked to match a competitor on the exact same tire, your statement about a different composition is inaccurate. We showed you the screenshot. To be fair on this point, I am currently satisfied with your work on the tire install, balancing, it s just a matter of price.(2) I don t think you fix tires for free, I believe that was a part of the the $100 insurance charge that we later asked to remove.(3) Your complementary inspection is what I m calling the opening things up and searching for issues. I was under the impression I was in for a state inspection, nothing more. You did show my wife the result, which I acknowledge as nice you did.I wish I had the opportunity to go elsewhere, but your statements to my wife made it feel like we didn t have the the opportunity to do so because of the need to get a safety sticker ASAP.I m willing to seek a resolution to this dispute. I ll update this review to 4 stars upon the following: (1) you disclose here everything you unbolted beyond minimum required by the state inspection during your complimentary inspection , (2) you price match the competition on the tires (shouldn t be an issue since you also charged labor to install them) and (3) you refund half the cost of the alignment which we didn t need. I m asking for half only because my wife agreed to this service not knowing she didn t need it.Edit to add that I later found my engine oil drain bolt finger loose. Could have very well vibrated loose and I lost an engine. Was taking this bolt off, and not retightening it part of the enhanced inspection ?I realize we have a disappointment on the business here, but happy holidays to nonetheless to you too.

Friendliest owners/staff I've ever met.Brought my new car in twice to get inspected, the first one was a total loss, and they were genuinely concerned and sorry that the car was gone. But super awesome with getting us in for a quick appointment for the second one!Love a family run business and friendly staff!Thanks y'all!

Great group of individuals that work there.Quity car and people care, all willing to go the extra mile for your car care and a piece of mind.Fair prices and have a great experience even the waiting isn't bad cause they get to work immediately with efficiency.They also offer a good pay program that is worth it.I recommend to everyone.
