This is an option if you like Costco. Compared to Costco, it offers a broader assortment and comparable prices. Some of the pricing would be less expensive than Costco if you used coupons. I discover that this BJ's prices are less expensive than the BJ in Quincy. If you have a BJ credit card, you can save an additional 15 cents at the pump at this BJ's gas station.

BJs is the best place to really help budget your money. With seven children and four pets in our home, it is a no-brainer to shop as cost-effective as possible. BJs has made that happen for years.Double stack BJs coupons with manufacturers' coupons and get the greatest deal!!

We have been shopping at this beloved institution since they opened in the 1990's. Every employee at this location is friendly & knowledgeable in every department including the optical department. They always have plenty of computers & Laptops in stock along with everything else we need for the house. This location recently did a full remodel of the front end and the Optical Department and everything looks great! This is our go to warehouse forever... keep up the great work everyone.

I have nothing nice to say about bj s wholesale club Nashua. Perhaps it is poor management. It was not a pleasant shopping experience.Signage for prices is not always accurate.Price on sign said for 12 pack. Scan of upc on bj wholesale app said for 12 pack as well. I asked customer service and was told that it was a typo .It s been a couple of years since I last reviewed BJ s wholesale club in Nashua nh. I had hoped that the customer service would have improved. It has not. So it is time to cancel my membership and shop anywhere but BJ s wholesale club.

This BJ's is on a small hilltop with two entrances. Main entrance is through Independence Dr , next to the BMW dealership. Second entrance is a rear entrance next to the Kia dealership on Sexton Drive which brings you up to BJ's Tire Center.

I ve been a BJ s Wholesale member for many years now and I ve seen them improving over the years. One reason why I kept my membership going was because I saw a shift in the company bringing in more organic and non-gmo items. Until I found out that it varies from location. Once we moved, the one store I go to doesn t offer the same variety of food and mostly is from Wellesley farms, which is not sourced close by and mostly not in he US. I wish they offered different brands as well.

Normal bulk shopping place but this time with terrible service unlike costco, the woman scanning our items didn t smile once, talk or even showed any emotion. She also looked high and took her sweet time scanning, by that i mean she scanned maybe one item every 2 minutes and with a total of 200$ we finished scanning in 45 minutes

Worst placed gas station. People trying to get in block DW highway. You could fix this by making the driveway longer.

I shop this BJ's often and find the majority of staff helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. All 1 level. Membership rates are reasonable and they do have promotions for new and renewing members.I do, however, find myself a bit annoyed that a lot of the time, this club is out of stock or not carrying many items with coupons or instant savings and I have to travel to the Salem or Haverhill stores.

BJs will always be one of my favorite places to shop. Unfortunately, corporate insists on torturing employees and customers with loud, obnoxious, and repetitive music. If the radio was turned down, or off entirely, I'd give 5 stars. Just let people bring their own music device + headphones if they want to enjoy some tunes while shopping.

We've had a BJs membership for fifteen years. It's been a consistently clean and we'll stocked store. These days, though, stock is very inconsistent. Some is due to Covid, but much is not. Specials are advertised for things they don't have - not even on the first day of the advertisement. The app is wonky and has bugs; it's also likely to log you out and lock you out. That would be fine, but since they changed all their coupons to digital coupons... If you can't use the app, you can't use coupons.

Prices were higher than Sam's club or another comparable club. Rather poor selection. Wasted 20 minutes listening to a vendor advertise a "mystery" product that turned out to be microfiber phone screen cleaning cloths worth maybe 10 cents a piece. Icing on the cake is when we were checking out, the cashier told us to leave everything in the cart for her to scan. She ended up missing 2 things that we weren't aware of and at the door we were stopped, belittled and had our information written down in their little theft book as if it was our fault. Don't worry, we don't be back

I love BJ's ever since I'm a member year 2009. I like this club better than Costco or Sam's they accept all types of coupons even it's expired they're still accepting it they have a grace period. This is the only club that accepts manufacturer's coupons and as a shopper I love couponing. the only thing that missing on this branch is BJ's gas service but this is not a big deal to me. I like their produce, deli and meat section they all comes naturally in fresh. Everything is well organized mostly the aisle section. It's easy to find the product that you were looking for.

I keep memberships for BJ's and Sam's Club because I find they both have great competitive bulk prices. However, I really enjoy BJ's more because of the consistent adverts mailed to me for items I frequently use. I feel that I get a better deal out of this membership. Though, the shopping at Sam's can be faster than BJ's.

I will not be renewing my membership at BJs, A company as large as theirs who does not empower their customer service representatives and makes a member wait on the phone for over 2 hrs the 1st representative telling me not to hang up or we would have to start all over again, is not a company I want to do business with, especially since i.pay them a hundred and something dollars to be a member, 45.00 for 3-5 day shipping yea its been 7 and now they are telling me 3-5 days again, you can't charge $45. Shipp 3-5 days and just say sorry. And then make them wait on the phone are you kidding me, I think they just out me on hold thinking ill eventually hang up. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'm thinking Costco's or just going local shopping for now on. I'm still on hold, I've got better things to do with my life BJS, you owe your customers better than this!

I went in for the first time ever and had asked the cleaning station employee at the door, if I needed a membership, I've never been here before. He rolled his eyes at me and said yes. I then asked where do I go to sign up? He again rolled his eyes and sighed and told me customer service. And didn't point to which direction.I don't know why I'd pay for $55 membership to a place where the only I talked to seemed to hate me and my existence.

We love this place! And now with the speedy checkout it's even better. You can scan everything as you go and when you get to the checkout, you just scan your phone or scanner and it rings up all your items at once. No more loading, unloading, and reloading your cart.

Got a trial membership but will not renew. I was sampling some items and I guess a staff member thought it was a good idea taking pictures of me. I also had an other incident shortly after when another employee decided to swat at me when I tried to take a sample.

Be careful! The Perks card isn't an add on to the membership like I thought it was when the woman at the Nashua, NH customer service desk asked if I wanted one. When I said yes, she asked for the last four digits of my social, and nothing else. I received no information about the card, such as a pamphlet about it, or asked anything about my income. I was handed a sheet afterwards the said MasterCard on it. I didn't even have to sign anything about terms. I couldn't find any number to call to cancel. I went back to the service desk and they ended up getting the manager who called so I could cancel it.Watch what they ask you and think about whether or not you want another credit card because it seems that they won't tell you about it over at the service desk. Bad way to do business just to sell a credit card.

Nice location, workers are okay; they do the minimum to keep their jobs. I've never received exceptional service or anything (not that I'm looking for it). Well organized and clean for the most part and I can usually find want I need.

It could have been better there was a clerk who kept giving me dirty looks for some reason, she had short reddish hair, maybe a manager, I'm not sure but was relentless in following me to let me know she had something against me, this was in the Nashua, NH BG'S. I really don't know what the problem was I did not ask I just left after my purchases. I sure don't feel good about going shopping there in the future.

Very few registers staffed, forcing the use of self checkout which is challenging.

For the past 2 weeks we have gone to this BJs and have not found in Enfamil premium formula (most common formula). The following weekend once again there was only gentle ease. We called spoke to manager who assured us they had restocked once upon arrival once again only gentle ease.

As veing a part of this place not only do i see it as a good place to work but also bad cause of how i have seen people and friends be treated if it be by gender or by talking behind their backs, myself included yet slowly i see that the staff may be nice but what would really do it is to see how they really are behind closed doors where they cant hide anything hate me or dont as i said its still a good place to work

Pretty much always have what I am looking for. Prices are right in the middle.a little higher than Sam's but a little lower than Costco. Quality Inn selection is a little above Sam's and definitely below Costco.

My online order supposed to be ready between 4pm to 5 pm. It is 5:21 waiting for it more than hour at bjs in the Nashua nh. And my order is still not ready. And the cashier at customer service instead of helping she is making excuses to not to answer my request. Poor customer service

Don't buy tires from BJs. No one answers the phone in the tire department. It rings and rings until someone in Customer service has to page them. Then they can't seem to answer your questions. Also they install tires but can't align your car so you have to go somewhere else for that service. You'd be better off at a Town Fair Tire or Sullivan Tire for full service.
