I ve been to Bells a couple times now and have left each time happy and grateful. I don t know much about cars but the owner never makes me feel stupid or taken advantage of. I highly recommend using Bells for all your car s needs. If you want honesty and amazing customer service, go to Bells!

Place is absolutely criminal. I was driving down the street, had a hose pop off. Pull over immediately and get it towed to Bell since they were close to where I was at the time. I brought it there get a call 2-3 days later, car is all set - $400. I go pick it up. Not even a week later the same exact hose pops off cause they put it in wrong WHICH THEY ADMIT as soon as I get it towed over again. Then I'm out of my vehicle all weekend again cause they messed up the first time. But then when I go to pick up the car they charged me another $400. So I have given this place $750 and my vehicle for close to 7 days OVER A HOSE. Could not be an easier job. But then to make it worse, it still isn't even fixed right. I've had to go and bring it to another shop to undo the damage this place did to my vehicle. If you have any other option, don't go here. Criminal.

So my experience here was the best customer service was awesome.... look if you want a honest mechanic these are your people they will tell you what it exactly you vehicle needs with out poking your eyes out I'm so grateful that I found them really appreciate everything this place has done saved me from a headache

Bell Auto Service is always great. Ride in for insection, ride out quickly. Great for busy motorcyclists! But their car service is also top notch. The two times I went to the dealer for a second opinion on a complicated thing, turns out the estimate was just right and pretty close. They realize some of us aren't made of money and they help by starting with the easiest before they jump right to the highest price fix. Great customer service!

I found Bell s in the thick of the pandemic when every other mechanic needed an appointment in order to look at vehicles. John and his crew were happy to take a look at my car and I was lucky they did because it needed immediate work done. The guys got it done and I ve not been anywhere for mechanical work since. What I respect most is their honesty, they don t look for extra things and they actively talk to you about the easiest and least costly way to help you.They ve got my business for life. Thanks guys!

Great people! Big name brand Auto shops wanted me to make an appointment or wait hours for my car inspection. I stopped into Bell Auto and had my inspection done within half an hour. They truly made me feel valued as a customer and I'll be back for all of my car needs.

I ve been going to Bell auto for 5 years now, and not once have I had a bad experience. These guys know their stuff and explain things to you to help understand instead of just saying this is what we re doing and this is the cost. Great prices, great service and great people. John and Ed are great!

I went to Bell this morning realizing that my wife s inspection was outdated. There took the car in first thing on a sat and very quickly got me back in my way without drama. I typically bring motorcycles here for inspection as well. I m happy with their simple honest service.

The starter went in my car. I called Bell Auto spoke to John and he made my experience there a great one. He was able to service my car without even meeting me in person. I had my vehicle towed while I was at work, we chatted over the phone, he kept me updated and let me know when it was done. It was very convenient for me. Thank you for a great job Bell Auto!!!

I used Bell Auto for years & was always happy with their service. Now that new owners have taken over it is a very different experience. Getting charged a fortune to top off antifreeze or other fluids that used to be done free as a courtesy is one change. Cigar smoking in & around the cars made mine smell for a month. The last straw was being charged for the time it took for them to find the problem. Within 48 hrs. my car had the same issue plus more problems from the mechanics taking things apart. Not to mention the car being left filthy inside & out. When I asked for partial compensation I was given a swift no & the owner had a very childish attitude refusing to acknowledge what I had just said & refusing to even speak to me because I wouldn't bring it back & let them do more damage.All of the great mechanics were fired or left. I'm sad I lost my trustworthy auto shop I loved for so many years.

I implore you, DO NOT bring your business to Bells Auto, you will regret it. 2 months ago I bought a used car from the new owner, John Marino, he guaranteed that the machine was sound. I test drove it, looked it over and it seemed to be in reasonable shape. In retrospect it is now obvious that the car was cleaned up and oil leaks were hidden with grease. 5 days after I bought the car the first oil leak occurred so I brought car back to Bells to have it check out. He said it was the oil sensor port that was leaking oil, he replaced the sensor and was kind enough (intense bitter sarcasm) to install a new clutch for 500$ at the same time. Now just 5 weeks later the same leak is SPEWING oil, no longer a slow leak I will have to dump a quart into it to make it 10 miles down the road to try a new mechanic. Not only do the technicians seem to be mechanically challenged, but the owner seems to be a con artist. Additionally, during my time in the waiting area, the air was polluted with cussing and cigar smoke flowing in from the mechanics bay. Needless to say, my car reeked like smoke once I got it back.It is unfortunate that I had to learn my lesson in such a disheartening way but I write this review so that you, the reader, do not have to learn this difficult lesson.

This place ripped me off! They charged me over $700 for some clamps and a hose. They told me they put in new parts and that was a lie. I had a friend check out their work after and all they put in were some clamps and a hose. I was having a lot of front brake noise and thought my brakes were bad. However, when they looked at them it was discovered that the brake pads were very dirty. Bell Auto simply cleaned them properly and I was back on road, saving me a ton of money! Honest and fast, I recommend Bell Auto in Nashua.

The old management was better. I recently brought my car to Bell Auto to have the starter replaced and I got charged almost $400. To make matters worst I already started the process and un-tightened two bolts, I just had a hard time getting the starter out with the equipment I had.This is a year removed from when I brought my other car there to get the o2 sensor replaced. The mechanic unplugged the old o2 sensor and didn't bother replacing it with the sensor I bought myself. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be a customer of this shop.This is the first service review I have ever written and I'm going to make it known about this place.

I am a fleet customer and could not be happier with their repair work and friendly customer service. They just invested a lot of money into the building and it looks great. If you are looking for a friendly, honest mechanic in the Nashua area, look no further. These folks will treat you right!

My whole family comes here for their car maintenance needs. They do awesome work and pretty quickly. Only complaint I have is that my car always smells like cigarettes for a couple days after.

I would recommend bringing your car here. Fair pricing and they don't try to tell you need repairs that your car doesn't unlike a lot of the other local shops.

Place is a scam. They try and charge for things that are not even in need of repair. Pure con men. Do not do business with them. There are tons of others out there and it is always a gamble, but I assure you, you will not find worse then Bell Auto

Meineke failed my car for state inspection-wanted $2900 to make "necessary" repairs-took car to Bell Auto Services-directed them to fix "necessary" repairs-$700 and it passed state inspection-
