Ralph Turner is one of those rare businessmen who evinces a genuine concern for the welfare of his clients. He and his team at Autolab take care of me and my car as if it was there own. I trust Autolab with my car, and they are the ones I recommend to anyone who asks.

Had a loud rattling noise under vehicle. I was concerned because it didn't sound like a typical heat shield rattle. Toyota dealership quoted me 2,300 dollars for a vvt gear fix. Took it to auto lab and they went through the vehicle and found the issue was a catalytic converter heat shield rattling. They fixed it for nothing. The noise is gone and I can't be happier with them. They have a new customer.

Autolab has the highest quality workmanship I have ever found. Both the owner, Ralph and his team of mechanics go far above just providing service, they take the time to explain the problems which my car has and their recommended solutions. I absolutely trust them and have been going to Autolab for over 10 years.

I moved to Nashua in the fall and was looking for a place to get my car inspected/oil change done. I found Auto Lab online and the reviews were so good (one person has been coming here since 1992?!) that I decided to try it out. They were SO NICE! Easily the best and most painless car experience I've ever had. Ralph was kind and personable, explained to me that my car was "perfect" but would probably eventually need new tires as they were worn. He gave me $20 off the inspection price because I was a new customer and was an absolute joy to work with! I dropped my car off and an hour later he called to say it was ready. I will definitely be back--it is SO NICE not to have to worry about being nickel-and-dimed or scared into getting extraneous work done on your car. My 2016 Jeep Renegade that has only 57,000 miles on it had a terrible shake when driving on the highway or when i was heavy on the gas pedal. I took it in to Allen Mello Dodge twice and Route 38 Jeep in Lowell twice complaining of this SERIOUS problem. I was told it was this or that, tires unbalanced, etc. Each time the problem was not fixed and got worse every time. FOUR VISITS TO JEEP DEALERS and they had no idea what was wrong. I happened upon Mr. Ralph Turner as a very trusted auto repair shop owner in Nashua and made a call to him pleading for him to take a look at my Jeep. He had it ONE DAY and found that the front axel needed to be replaced and guess what?!? Jeep is driving AS SMOOTH AS SILK!! Ralph and his guys are AMAZING! Extremely reasonable rates and TRUSTWORTHY! That is a hard combination to find these days! THANK YOU RALPH! So I was recommended Ralph through family for a pre-purchase inspection and honestly I am so thankful I did. He and his team did an incredibly thorough job and even was kind enough to squeeze me in for day of. They took the time to talk things out and I cannot say enough good things about the team 10/10.

Only what you ABSOLUTELY need to keep your vehicle running. This out-of-the-way shop is a hidden GEM. Ralph, the owner is a total sweetheart and he has the BEST mechanics! They sure KNOW their stuff. They can handle the basics and SO much MORE. The customer base includes regulars who have committed to excellent service for 10 years and MORE!! You WON'T be disappointed. They even offer pre-purchase inspections for that pre-owned vehicle you have had your eye on!!

I have been going to Auto Lab with my vehicles for 5 years and I have to tell you, one of their best mechanics is Larry Hutchins. He will diagnose your vehicle when you feel something is wrong, and make sure you only get the repairs you need, not the ones other places "SAY" you need. For example, my vehicle had a "30 point inspection" from a well known dealership. It had multiple items (9) that needed immediate repair. I ONLY went in for an Oil Change. I brought the list to Auto Lab, and Larry went through the list one by one and shortened the list to 3 things that needed attention. And they missed a light that was out on the license plate! Larry replaced that. He brings honest credit to Ralph's Auto Lab, and he has been there for many years. I live in Manchester, and have a new vehicle. Once the "free oil changes" run out, I will be traveling to Nashua to Auto Lab. You can trust them. I know I do.

We've taken all of our cars to Ralph at Auto Lab since 1992, and would not even consider going to another shop. This is, by far, the most honest, reliable car repair shop in all of Nashua. This is a hidden gem of a shop... I have a 2019 RAM 1500 and bring it to auto lab over the dealer which the dealer cost more and who i don't trust working on my truck less it was warranty work. Auto lab guys i trust and do honest and affordable work. Dont think twice use them!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called to see if they could do a exhaust manifold, they were scared, I could hear it in there tone. It's really made for newer cars and not older cars.
