This was the most pleasant buying experience I ve ever had. Zero pressure and out in under 2 hours. Jay was fantastic. This is our first purchase from a high end store (we bought a used Honda, so we aren t bougie:-)) they must deal with customers that know what they want and informed. Used prices were comparable to the big chains. Will return if we need anything else in the future.

I am still trying to decide how I feel about my experience. I decided to give Audi Nashua my business as I had a wonderful experience at Porsche a few years back. Suzy was excellent to deal with. Discussed trade in with Colby and was told that my car was going to have to be auctioned and wasn't going to be worth much. I was coming 3 hours away. There was an error on their part for not informing me their policy on buying the car without financing and wouldn't be taking the car home that day. They offered to have it delivered which was great, but still frustrated with their lack of communication that led to not bringing the car home. I asked as an act of good faith and realizing their mistake, if there was more they could do on the price of the car and the sales guy and the sales manager said "they had absolutely no more room to do that". I was however, told my car with have a full tank of gas, be washed and detailed on delivery.Delivery guy Norm was the best person in this experience! I would have loved to have done a deal with him. However, when I got the car, it was not detailed as promised since the mud stains on the back seat which were pointed out the day of signing were still there. I could not tell if it had a nice wash since it was driven 3 hours to me, but did have a full tank of gas.The part that I really feel that I most likely would not return to do business is how they made it seem my trade was going to auction and I wouldn't be given too much allowance for it and they have it listed on their website for DOUBLE what they gave me and told me they couldn't do more with the price for their mistake. I feel totally taken advantage of and next time will consider going closer to home.

Great Audi dealership! I worked with James Rousseau and he was great! He took a consultative approach to the sale. He let me take the lead (sorry type A personality here lol) and told me what he could do and couldn t. We were able to find common ground quickly and I ended up buying the Audi and wrapping up the deal in about 2 hours. Overall a great experience and felt good about the deal I got! Thank You and I m loving my new Audi!

Jay was so amazing to work with! I just leased a new 2024 Audi Q3 and he made the process so seamless. I highly recommend him and everyone at Audi Nashua. I am so excited to have my new car and I can't wait for my future relationship with the dealership.

Audi Nashua has the best service department! There is a comfortable waiting area with a few desks, friendly staff, and good coffee. The service person working on the car even sends a video including details about the car such as tire/ brake pad wear and any service needed. They also have plenty of loaner cars if you get there early in the day.

Audi Nashua and particularly my service manager Trent, have become my go to dealership for everything on my Audi Q7. Despite the fact that I live in Massachusetts with two other Audi dealerships closer to me.Trent communicates in a timely manner and explains things well. He doesn t push unnecessary expenses and has the customers needs and satisfaction to the fore. Both he and Vanessa are extremely accommodating with loaner vehicles, if need be.The services performed on my vehicle by Audi Nashua have been flawless and I cannot recommend this team enough. My only regret is not having found them sooner.

Tyler Jones was wonderful salesman to work with. He was quick to respond to messages. He was fair with negotiating and super transparent with pricing. Which in itself is a gem to find in this kind of business. I recommend booking with Tyler at Audi Nashua for your next vehicle. He was super knowledgeable about his competitors and how Audi is best. He was easy going and not pushy. He was respectful with sensitive information. You can tell he really believes and stands behind the brand. Excellent service.

I've purchased four cars from this dealership and have been pleased up until a few months ago. Recently in Sept. upon trying to purchase a fifth car, after one of our Audi's was totaled, the dealership stated they don't negotiate on their prices. The same statement was used when purchasing a previous vehicle, Q5. When researching prices, they were roughly 4k over other dealerships for a comparable vehicle. Purchased a vehicle for several thousands less at another dealership. Next, when I cancelled the extended warranty for the totaled vehicle in Sept., the dealership was paid in Oct. from Allstate, but by December still hadn't sent a reimbursement check. Needed to drive to the dealership and sort it out with them. Two extra months to be reimbursed isn't acceptable. Also, found that the dealership didn't identify front axles that needed to be replaced on the Q5. Once during a routine inspection and once when it was in for warranty service work. Unfortunately, the extended warranty ran out shortly after so needed to shell out $600 in repairs. Lastly, I asked them to stop sending the constant barrage of snail mail, emails, text about service and sales. To recap, they wouldn't negotiate on pricing, held my money for two months, paid for repairs that I shouldn't have and took months to get off their mailing lists. I will not go back after being a customer for 10 years. Hopefully headquarters will take note and address these issues.

I had a great experience at Audi Nashua. Everyone was very polite, respectful, helpful, and honest. I would definitely recommend this dealership over any other I ve been to. Brian helped me buy a car I ve been waiting to get for many weeks now. He was awesome to deal, with and so were the managers. They get a 5/5 from me and I will be back.

My experiences having my Audi serviced at Audi of Nashua have been consistently positive. Good communication, smooth dropoff and pickup process, no trouble getting a loaner, never any surprise charges, and I always get my car back cleaner than I left it.

A very large thank you to Tyler in the sales department for assisting with the purchase of a new Audi. He was professional, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I had more than the average number of questions and he always provided an answer without hesitation. He made the transaction process seamless and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. In the future he will be the first person I speak to about any vehicle purchases.

Very pleasant experience. All of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Went for service for the first time on our Audi. The place was super busy, but you really could not tell. They have a great process for checking in customers, it was fun to watch. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable if you need to wait for a repair. Lounge and snack area , desks for working.

Rick and Evan provided an exceptional car buying experience! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. Communication was outstanding. They were also zero pressure unlike most dealerships! Now, I am a hardcore Subaru girl. They and the Q3 won me over and I couldn t be happier. Even my husband is in love with MY Audi LOL! Doug Currie and the team at Audi Nashua (Rick and Lee) made getting a new car fun - great experience! They were friendly, fair, and wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of. We traveled from Scituate to work with them - it was well worth the trip! So much so, my husband also wanted in and got himself as car as well! Thank you team! We will be back for our next purchase!

Great service! I arrived 10minutes earlier but they were still able to slot me in. They went through maintenance checks that my car needed and advised appropriately. Great personnel, clarity on rates and what exactly will get done. Not forgetting the free vacuuming! Great job!

I have my tires swapped out twice a year. My appointment was on time. Estimated completion time was met. Price was as quoted. Car was washed. Waiting area is comfortable with complimentary beverages and snacks and free WiFi. Overall a very good experience with no surprises.

I have a very high opinion of this Audi dealer for their service center. I don t feel they tried to upsell me too hard. They suggested some things that I felt weren t necessary yet however were definitely standard recommendations that I think someone else might accept, like, I d just rather change my battery myself when it dies as opposed to just before it dies.They also had an issue where something broke while they were fixing my car, and it was missed until I picked my car up. They paid for my tow, repaired the vehicle, paid for my Uber to come pick it up. They did ask me to pay for the part only, no labor. I think as they broke the part they should ve paid for that too but knowing everything possible was done to ensure minimal impact to my day I paid it without too much fuss and would still gladly bring my car back.

My experience with Audi Nashua was the best I ve ever had with a dealership. The staff there are top tier professionals around the board. After choosing the car I wanted from their large inventory and test driving, I was able to leave with the vehicle around an hour later. I couldn t have asked for more and would certainly buy from them again, as well as recommending them to anyone who is looking to purchase an Audi.

I happened to see the exact used jeep grand Cherokee I have been looking for online at Audi Nashua Monday afternoon. I inquired about the Jeep and heard back from Justin minutes later that it was available and made an appointment to go in Tuesday morning. I arrived at the dealership at 9:50 AM and was home with the jeep 3 1/2 hours later, which includes a one hour commute back to Boston. This was by far the smoothest and easiest car transaction I have ever made! Lee and Steve were great to work with, thank you both, I genuinely appreciate your help!
