Excellent experience at this auto repair shop! Do not hesitate to take your car there. Professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and fair service - These guys will tell you exactly what you need and not up-charge or add unnecessary labor/parts. I have a foreign car that is not easy to work on or find service for - these guys really know their stuff! I don t think I will ever go anywhere else! From check-in with Tyler at the front desk to personalized conversation with owner/tech, Bob and staff - each took time to diagnose and explain issues with my car and find solutions! Thank you !!

Just discovered this place! Had a state inspection and oil change. They treat you with kindness and respect. I agree with all of the other positive reviews here on Google. Seems like a good shop. Lots of younger, enthusiastic mechanics that look like they know what they are doing. Only 4/5 stars as yet because we are just starting to get to know them. And they have a body shop, too.

A few months back I had the best experience I have ever had when taking my car to be checked for new brakes. Everyone I came in contact with was so genuine. Kyle and Bob listened to my concerns and checked my entire car. Everything turned out to be just fine and they didn t charge me a dime.I had such a positive experience that I brought my brand new car in today for a tire swap. What a great mechanic shop! It s hard to find a reputable mechanic that doesn t take advantage of you. Kyle, Bob, and their crew not only know what they are doing but are extremely talented, hard working, and personable people. I highly recommend New England Auto & Truck LLC. to anyone needing mechanic repairs, collision repairs, NH oil undercoating, and all other basic vehicle maintenance work. These guys are the most reliable, respectful, and honest car mechanics I have had the pleasure of working with. They offered their on-site rental car when I experienced some car trouble almost an hour away from home. They updated me throughout the process with maintenance that had to be done. Though a minor problem, it was one I caused myself and as a woman who has never felt comfortable walking into any auto body shop before without being scoffed at or judged, they were kind, understanding, and helped me laugh about it on my way out. And oh yeah, the shop pup was just another wonderful perk.

My engine was low on coolant and I pulled up hoping they were open. Friendly service, took under 5 minutes. Didn t charge me anything! Great guys.

Very honest & helpful. My vehicle had a concern due to a recall, and they provided me all the details about it and didn't charge me anything for diagnostics.
