Honest, quick service. Jess, who hold down the fort, even after just having a baby! is is a pleasure to work with. I never have a problem getting an appointment and my car is always done that day.. I get reminders of what service is needed just as I would with a the dealership and Burns Automotive is always less expensive and right in Town. Matt is keeping my Honda with over 400,000 miles going! I can't thank you enough.

Such an easy process. Scheduled for car inspection and they were ready for me on time. Was told 45 min and done in 30. Staff was extremely courteous. Waiting area is one of the nicest for an auto repair shop I ve ever been to. Will return for future visits as needed.

I had a starter replaced back in December. They did the job quickly and went the extra step to inspect my vehicle (didn't even ask them to). They let me know if would pass as soon as I drive it for a bit, because they had to disconnect the battery while replacing the starter. Planning to go back to have more work done on my car.

Burns Automotive did a fantastic job on our F350 Truck that lost it's brakes 5 miles from the Fryeburg Fair. Jess coordinated and was able to get us an immediate slot on the schedule, Matt diagnosed quickly as well as going through the entire truck to check for issues. We had our truck back up and running well before the end of the Fair. Burns Automotive turned our vacation disaster into a WIN! We are so grateful for the good service and all of the updates that Jess provided along the way. GREAT JOB! Thank You.

Can't thank the team at Burns Auto enough. We broke down and were towed there by AAA. Burns wasn't told we were coming. They of course had a very full schedule. Jess and Matt came out to speak with us. Evaluated the problem and were able to order the part and get us back on the road that day, They may not always be able to do that, but what it proves is that they will always do all they can to help. Burns Auto went above and beyond and we thank them and recommend them highly!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The crew at Burns Auto are simply amazing. Jessica is the voice who schedules and makes sure you are treated with the utmost care and honesty. There are never any "surprises" just good, old fashion quality service and workmanship. Noah is a superb technician on all makes and models. Most impressive is the pride he takes in making sure he does outstanding, quality work. I was in a bind with a 1953 Porsche ,that suddenly quit on a foliage tour. Fortunately, it happened around the corner from Burns Automotive. The staff was courteous and informed me that they don't work on an air cooled engine.What a stroke of luck that the owner, Matt Burns, walked in and listened to my story! His order from the auto parts store was due shortly and he was able to add a coil to the order. His ability to diagnose the problem and do a quick fix ON THE ROAD, saved the day. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Jess and the crew are great!! They had me in and out in a timely manner!! They performed an oil and filter change as well as mounting and balancing 4 new Cooper tires on my 2014 GMC Sierra. I know in reviews you should keep it professional, just state the facts and not make it personal, but maybe that's what we need sometimes...especially when not only are the mechanics good mechanics...but good people too.Moultonborough should be proud to have this auto repair station in their town. I'm from RI and I was visiting a friend in the area, making my way down to Cape Cod, when I ran into some car issues. It was late afternoon and Matt and the crew were extremely busy, every lift up with a car on it, and close to closing. I explained my problem and they all looked at each other I knew I was screwed.. But nope, they took my car and fixed my issue promptly, knowing I shouldn't be driving it.Knowing they will never see me again, they took the time to make me safe to drive and sent me on my way with a short list to bring to my mechanic... and no, they for sure didn't overcharge me..."we could all use some good karma "~MattP.S you were right about the brakes too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These guys know what they are doing. They were able to complete a wheel bearings job (and oil change) on my Audi a6 with no problem, they use quality parts, and are cheaper than most alternatives. What is the biggest differentiator here is that they are an upstanding business with the highest level of integrity. The oil drain plug on my vehicle was not fully resealed (harmless mistake) and when I noticed some leaking oil, they swiftly took care of it by replacing the oil and plug, reimbursing my oil change cost, and even volunteered to spend the extra $200 to replace the felt splash shield under my car - which honestly was not needed. There was never even a pause by Matt, the owner, to completely rectify the issue. The gist of my review is, after having my vehicles serviced here multiple times, they know what they are doing across all repairs and you can rest assured you're dealing with real, good people.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Thank you the whole team at Burns!!! NH is my second home and not usually where I get my vehicles serviced, however that will change!!!! My truck broke down and they took care of me and got me on my way, treating me so well. Sometimes being a female I worry about being taken advantage of. Last-minute brake issue during peak season. Owners immediately ordered parts, fit me in the next business day. Work was professionally done and the folks there were super friendly. I highly recommend Burns Automotive!

Burns Automotive & Murphy's Village Store are a great community spot. The service is excellent, and the new owners have refreshed the store. The daily lunch specials are delicious and always sell out so get there early!

This is the best shop around. They are very skilled, friendly, and fairly priced. If something isn't worth fixing they will tell you instead of wasting your money. It helps to know the owner is knowledgeable about performance cars when it comes to resolving specific issues. Highly recommend this place.
