Rick and the team of mechanics at this location are the best! Took my car today to have a state inspection and WOW, was done super quickly and professionally. I could not be happier with the service I received. There s probably a good reason why the mechanics at this location have stuck around so long! Great job and I will continue to give all my automotive service business to VIP Milford!

The men working yesterday, 3/19/2024, were extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot. I had to come back a second time because the alignment machine was broken when I came in for tire replacement last week on 3/13/24 but they got me in quickly yesterday and took care of everything! There is a good group of employees working at this particular location who actually care about what they are doing! Thank you!!!

Brought my son s car in for tires. Made it easy to get the right one. Installed same day! Seth let me know there was an issue with a sensor in the tire and the valve stem. Got both taken care of and was upfront about the process. Don t always get it, but should. Thank you for that!

We have been going to VIP in Milford for several years and have found the team there to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rick is courteous and knowledgeable and today, Seth went out of his way to engage with us. Our cars have been treated well and we plan to keep going back

After a walk into the VIP in Milford, NH, I was greeted by Seth. He pleasantly asked me what he could do for me. I told him the problem I was having with my car. He immediately got a mechanic to look at it and the issue was resolved within the half hour. I must also say that Jack, the mechanic who did the work on the car, was friendly and explained what the problem was.At the end of my visit, Garth, one of the managers, made sure all was good with my visit!! Well, done guys!

I've had a few services here, oil changes and a tune up as well. Service was great, and Seth and Bobby were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, particularly with the tune up. They were pleasant to chat with and professional as well.

Approx two months ago I had a air bag light come on. I brought it in as its was also do for an inspection. Once they saw the air bag light work was stopped and off to the deal I go. They repaired the bag light, and I asked them about an inspection. Well, when I went in to pick, I payed the air bag fee, and I was told approx. 1000 more for body rot. I had never been told this prior I went back to VIP. Well, it turned out there was some rust, but it hadn't gone through, and the other issues were mostly false. All I needed was some bulbs replaced and off I went. I have been going to VIP with my car my wife's car and the kids cars. Never have I felt I was being overcharged. the staff were friendly and the waiting area was comfortable with free coffee. I suggest you take your car to VIP you won't be disappointed.

They are fine for an inspection or minor work. Do not trust them for anything more. They ignored instructions, blew off my car for 6 hours and then when I called them on it they simply plugged in and scanned it. No lift. No actual eyes on the problem, but they felt free to charge $150 to not do their job and simply provide the code I already knew. Huge rip off!

Was stranded on a weekend, completely dead battery. I had my car towed to them, calling in advance, spoke with Rick. After speaking with him, felt confident they could help and was happily right, he and the team took great care of me. Pricing was standard market, not over priced, excellent service. They even addressed a tire sensor light issue I had, which I mentioned in passing. No charge. I'm making an appointment to have that fixed. Highly, highly recommend.

Seth was great. I had a slow leak in my passenger front tire. They took me right in and found a nail in my tire. He also helped me with new tires. I will be returning to make a purchase.

Everyone was extremely friendly. They got me in and out for an oil change nice and fast and the pricing was very reasonable. Waiting room was nice and clean and good solid Wi-Fi and workstation to be able to get some work done while I was waiting.

Tire blew on 101 in Mitford tow truck took us to VIP.Was a simple process. Guys there are wicked knowledgeable. Very courteous professional and pleasant considering all they doGot 2 new tires.Whe were on the road again in an hourI would recommend them.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. but call before you go in for any appointment you book and make sure they are going to honor that appointment (with a reasonable wait time). VIP, the technology is there to let people know show up an hour and a happy later than their appointment if you need more time. Generally a good place to go for tires and general maintenance on vehicles. Bought 2 sets of winter tires over last 2 weeks - set for a truck and another set for a subaru AWD. The Subaru gets a lot of miles put on for daily commute into Boston. Asked for summer tires to be marked as to their position on Subaru 3 times before they were removed so they get rotated correctly when put back on in the Spring. The tech failed to mark the truck s tires last week so I really emphasized the ask this week with the Subaru this week. The summer tires were bagged (thank you). Got them home and when I went to store them in garage - lo and behold they weren t marked. I d also asked to have the locking lug nuts removed and replaced with non locking lugs and left them and the removal fixture on the passenger seat- that also didn t get done. I know it s minor stuff to the tech but I commute >100 miles a day and I worry about being stranded on the side of the road so it s a big deal to me.Service: Tires

I have been trying to find someone local that is open on a Saturday for a inspection sticker and a few people on Milford facebook referred me to VIP I called on Friday made an appointment was in and out and got my sticker very easy and fastThank you

Horrible service and horrible attitude. Messed up parts installed wrong. Had to replace twice and still didn t do couldn t fix it right. They don t care about their long term customers. Just want a buck and gone. They lost customer that will no longer have them touch any of vehicles and trailers.

Just put Michelin Defenders on my daughter's car and I'll be putting another set on my son's in a month. VIP remains my go to tire supplier and has been for more than 10 years. Went in for an oil change and they damaged my car so badly it took three months to get it back. It is still having problems as a result of this but working with them is so frustrating I've given up trying.
