Doug is THE BEST! If you need any body work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go! They may be a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for! I won't go anywhere else and no insurance company can tell me otherwise!

Doug is the absolute best! He helped me out by covering my tow and allowing me to pay it back on the final bill. He worked really hard to get me back on the road fast; he knew I needed my vehicle to transport my toddler to all of her therapies. He's a great guy, does fantastic work, and is more than fair in his pricing. He's honest about what needs to be done and what could wait. Just a real gem. 10 out of 10 would recommend him and his shop to everyone.

I highly recommend United Auto Body! They were able to fit me in and get what I needed done the same day so that I could get my back window replaced the next day. Doug was able to straighten everything out on my back door so that a new back glass could be installed without any leaks or issues! Prices were very reasonable. I can't say enough about this business. I struggle to find places that are honest and trustworthy and this is the only one! Doug is a pure perfectionist and stands behind his work. He kept me informed every step of the way, was understanding about our challenging situation and completely put my mind at ease. The repairs were completed quickly and he even worked a weekend to get us back on the road. I highly recommend United Auto to anyone looking for perfect repairs in a timely manner and more than fair pricing. Thanks Doug!!!

I don't think this will come as news to any locals here in Milford, but Doug runs a great ship. Very fair prices, great work, straight shooting and he's never going to try to sell me something I don't need.They removed a dent in my Avalon after I failed to do it on my own. They even ended up vacuuming my car just because. While I don't often need body work, Doug's shop is at the top of my list if I do.Thanks Doug. Having an honest, fair, friendly and experienced local shop and shop owner means a lot to me.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality of work!!! I got into an accident and Doug not only helped me working with the guy who hit me s insurance but also did an absolutely amazing job fixing my Jeep! I swear the repair came out better than new! And to top it all off he even cleaned the vehicle inside and out! I can t say enough good things about the work Doug does! I highly, highly recommend United Auto Body!

I had a fantastic experience at United Auto Body. Everyone there was very friendly and Doug turned the work around in under 24 hours. When I picked my car back up it had been washed, lightly detailed on the inside, and 2 mints had been left on a doily on my dash. These were all small things in and of themselves but they added up to one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Doug and the lovely folks at United Auto Body are now my go-to shop.

This place is fantastic. The owner Doug is a great guy. Easy to work with, honest, and true to his word. He does everything he can to help out other hard working people and understands that people aren't made of money. I'll definitely be returning here for all of my auto body repair work. This place puts other shops to shame.

I had Doug and crew do massivebody work on my 1999 Taurus SHOexactly 6 years ago. It looks as goodtoday as it did the day I picked it up.I said it then and I ll say it again, their work is perfection. Don t go anywhere else !!

Got an estimate for some minor rust repair. The estimate came promptly in email. I got some other, additional estimates that afternoon, and got the work done a couple days later for a third of the initial figure...

United saved me $1100 fixing a severe door ding that had happened on a windy day. They noticed that while the door was dented in two places, it somehow hadn't broken the paint. They straightened the panel to near perfection! These guys rock!

I would put 10 stars if I could. You don't get service like this anymore. Quality work with an eye for detail and they went above and beyond. Great communication on status of my vehicle and very friendly.
