Big thanks for the team at United Ag & Turf. Wayne performed the installation of a plow onto my 590M in record time and both Wayne and Luke helped me prepare the vehicle for transportation back home.They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation was quick and efficient, and they made sure everything was perfect.Let's hope for a snowy winter ahead of us to test out the new equipment. Wayne Owens went to bat for us with John Deere when our mower's engine died. He was able to get John Deere to pay for a full replacement engine for us & kept us informed with everything that was going on. He even offered us free pickup and delivery! Working with Wayne was a great experience and we will definitely use AG & Turf for all of our future needs. We cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent buying experience, Steve was very thorough and follow up was impeccable. The service department was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed explanation on the operation of the equipment. They made sure I understood how to convert my tractor from the mower deck to the snowblower. I would highly recommend doing business here.

Very great, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. I liked the presentation part when technician Wayne showed how to operate my new John Deere 1025r tractor and hints to run it the right way. In addition to that it was great to understand how to use other attachments I purchased. A PM overview was very helpful. Thank you for the great service.

United AG & Turf was great at helping me with my John Deere snowblower.The store I went to was 320 Elm St in Milford NH.When I called they only had one belt left and they put it aside for me with my name so it wouldn't accidentally get sold out from under me before I got there.I will definitely be one of their loyal customers for any of my parts needed in the future for my John Deere tractor and snowblower.Thanks to the staff for all their pleasantness, and helpful attitude!

5 stars.My experience was for a Honda snowblower product improvement program where both the previous dealer (Nashua Outdoor Power) and Honda dropped the ball.I purchased the snowblower from Nashua Outdoor Power and a few months later went in and mentioned the hydrostatic drive slows down after being used for a while. They brushed me off with something like "they all do that". Later, I found there was an actual repair for this from Honda. Nashua Outdoor Power still brushed it off and then they went out of business.I went to United Ag and Turf in Milford and mentioned it to them. Wayne in service took it seriously and treated me like I wasn't just imagining things. He also was happy when I could find documentation on the web for this problem and brought it to him.As good as Wayne did, Honda still dropped the ball. At first they said I was too far out of warranty and Wayne pushed them because that wasn't right. Even after all that, it still took the better part of a year to get the part due to backorders at Honda.Summary: This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had and Wayne, and United Ag & Turf went the extra mile.

They also come out to service our tractor every year, call early the book up fast. Fast, quality and always super friendly service, which is very much appreciated.

Whenever anyone asks me where do you recommend I go to buy my machine? I ALWAYS tell them you NEED to go to United Ag and Turf in Milford, NH! . Over the past years I have bought my John Deere x350 lawn tractor, Stihl chainsaw, Stihl Kombi system, and now just recently my Ariens Platinum 30 snowblower. I had Al help me with figuring out which machine I wanted to go with. Al answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had! Al was crystal clear with explaining maintenance, starting up/storing away, and gave me his real life examples of how his Ariens has treated him over the years, without the whole sales man approach. Al went above and beyond for me to help me load the snowblower into the truck and made sure it was rock solid for the long haul. Mike also helped me with the extra king pins. If I could give this location and their staff a million stars, I would in a heart beat! If you are in need of a new machine, want to see new products, or even picking up a cool toy for your son, daughter, niece, or nephew, then you gotta go to United Ag and Turf! BRING ON THE SNOWWWW! We went in on a holiday morning and left not even 45 mins later having gotten our first tractor. Not only was the process SO simple but the service was EXCEPTIONAL! We weren t pressured into anything, we weren t made to feel dumb for not having a clue what we really needed for our property and we didn t have our time wasted. This was easily the best experience I ve had w buying just about anything outside of groceries!! So thankful for Jonathan and his knowledge and efficiency in helping us get our first John Deere tractor!!

One of the best buying experiences I've ever had.Al Nickerson did an amazing job putting together the deal. He understood what I was looking for and came back with a price point I wanted to be at. Awesome buying experience.Al, along with the demonstration person (Wayne I believe it was), and the parts counter staff were all great to work with.I'll be buying my next Deere at Milford.

I brought in my lawn mower and thought it was going to need some major work. At the end of the day they fixed it as it was a quick fix, and there is no cost to me. This has saved me some time and will get it in the winter to fix the actual problem. the staff there are so friendly. I ve never had any bad customer service there whether they were in Nashua or Milford. I am so glad they have moved closer to my home. They are very knowledgeable individuals. Yesterday I dealt with Wayne Owens, Kyle and 2 other individuals sorry I did not get the names of the woman and the other gentleman that worked on the mower. I loved their other customer service agent (the dog) I posted a pic on their website. I will give this place 5 stars each and every time as this is not my first visit nor my last.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience dealing with Jonathan Dias. I was in desperate need of a new ride-on mower. After many failed phone calls/emails to several John Deere locations with nothing but responses about shortages or inventory not arriving until Sept/Oct. Finally I got in contact with Jonathan, who was the first to recommend a different 300 series model other than the one I was inquiring about at a similar price that was in stock. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Thanks to him I was able to get my new X350 48 mower on Friday!

Sales Rep Al, and Tech WayneWhat an amazing time here. We had purchased a old farm house with four separate fields and a lot of work to be done. Building our horse farm here is a lot of work and a lot of clearing. This 2025 that Al got for us is perfect, paired with the grapple and brush hog it has been amazing.Wayne had done the demo and work on the tractor to get her ready for us to abuse! Making sure to answer any and all of my questions at the end!Overall it was a blast to deal with this great company and at the end we even found a tractor for my 1 year old son!A++ rating for you guys!

I just purchased a 2023 John Deere 1025R and I could not be any happier. I had done a lot of research beforehand and considered many options from simple ride ons, zero turns and sub compact tractors. I had also spoken to many dealers during the process. United Ag and Turf will have my business for many years to come. From the first phone call to delivery was so professional and top notch I was very impressed. When I called I was greeted Lucas he was very friendly and helpful. It was like he was just waiting for my call to answer any and all questions I had. He walked me through the different options and models and help me understand what would be the best fit for me. After a few calls I decided the machine and this dealership were a perfect fit for me. Once all of the financial details were worked out (0% X 84 months, nice) I went in to pick up my new machine. The pick up process went perfect from start to finish. I was given a very thorough orientation of my new machine and I am sorry I can t remember the persons name but he was amazing. After loading up my new machine Lucas and Luke the GM thanked me for my business and offered to assist with any of my future needs. I also must add I purchased parts from the parts department and they were also very friendly and helpful. Great job guys and thanks again for such a wonderful purchase experience.

We had a very old John Deere Circa late 1980-1990 tractor, I inherited from my Dad that needed to be looked over and have the mechanics, fluids of the tractor checked out to be put in working order. The hydraulic arm on the bucket had stopped working. I don't know how to repair anything, though my Dad did. It is very useful tool for me at age 66 for plowing and gardening project, but also very sentimental!Not only has every other John Deer dealership refused to work on it, but they told me the parts could not be found. Wayne in the Service Department had a different opinion! He offered immediately to have United Ag and Turf work on it. He said it would be an honor to work on a tractor of this age. I almost cried I was so happy! It is a John Deer 335 and the repair was done within a week or two. It was picked up and delivered to us and we are thrilled. I will recommend your company to anyone who will listen.It was wonderful to find a company that really provides GOOD old fashion customer service, people who are interested in their job, talk with you and explain the issues so they can be well understood. Not only that they were pleasant to talk with and I will most definitely continue to do work with United Ag and Turf in the future. I hope United Ag and Turf knows how lucky they are to have Wayne the face of your Service Department. I don't know the name of the person who did the work, but I hope you let him/her know how thrilled we are with the work done and your company!Ann Routos

One of the best JD dealers in N.H. Jonathan Tirado sold me my first brand new tractor and he was very professional. He was also very patient with us & no pressure during the whole process. He answered any questions I had as well. Everyone else was also very helpful such as showing me the in & outs of the tractor which helps tremendously! I will definitely be back in the near future for my other John Deere equipment.

Wayne and the service department did a great job understanding our predicament and were able to quickly assess the issues with our mower. They were able to get us back up and running with minimal delay. Not to mention the final bill was lower than the estimate. Thank you for the great service and communication. Will be back again.

Ok so started off with a few miscommunications. Without getting to in depth I was not happy, However in the end this was fixed buy Wayne and Dave. Very professional and kind. I can't say enough about how they took care of me and the service with my X300 Deere. Thank you Dave and Wayne. I will return.

Excellent service experienceThe service team did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I dropped off my machine on a Monday and feared it would be a while before getting the repairs done. I was quickly given an explanation of the problem and recommended fix/costs. The work was then quickly completed and I was back mowing by Friday. Great job team!

Went in looking for a Lawn Tractor and worked with Al from the Sales Team. He was great. Didn't try to up sell me. I gave him the breakdown of my yard and he gave me a few suggestions and ended up with an X380. Buying process was easy and Al managed everything. Can't wait to work with the Parts Team to outfit my X380.

United Ag + Turf installed a new traction belt on my JD X540 today, and even accommodated me by servicing the tractor the same day I delivered it (I have a long roundtrip, so I didn't want to have to make 2 trips). The service staff (Wayne + Al) and the service tech. (Owen) were very professional and friendly. Also, I talked to Steve in Sales, regarding a new tractor (eventually). He too, is knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, parts and labor for a high-quality lawn tractor such as the X540 are pricey, but mine is nearly 15 years old, and still running very well, thanks to my maintenance and my John Deere dealer. Think of it as a reliable investment, not something to throw out in a few years, and then buy a new one, again.

I bought a zero turn Ariens mower from United a few years ago. I picked it up and it works great. The mower didn't come with a manual and they were never able to get me one. When i went in to originally put a down payment on a mower it was a mess trying to figure out the process. The salesmen i talked to wasn't there and the other salesmen basically said they cant do anything because they didn't have the information. I ended up being there 10x longer than i had planned because there is no communication between the salesmen. We finally squared it away and all was good....finally. It seemed like the other salesmen didn't want to help me since it wasn't their sale.I went back in here the other day (friday before labor day) to get a price on a bagging system for the mower. I went to parts and they told me I need to go to sales. I go to sales department and they tell me to go to parts. Finally i convince the salesmen i bought the mower there and they are the listed Ariens dealer in my area and i should be able to buy a bagger there. The salesmen agreed and said he would call the local rep and get a price. When i mentioned financing it since the baggers for these are over 1500$ he told me it wasn't possible but would look into it. The salesmen also asked if i would install it which i said yes and he laughed and said "that's what the all say". The guy has no idea what mechanical ability I have and just came off arrogant. I never heard back from him...shocker there.I cant speak for the service department or the parts really since i never used them.I know i wont buy anything from here ever again.

We called on our John Deere 120 mower when the blade would not engage. Wayne took our call and tried to trouble shoot over the phone. When that did work he arranged to have Owen come by and trouble shoot the mower. Owen was able to fix the mower in a few minutes and answered all of our questions. We received such great service and we were thrilled not to have to send it off for repair. I would like to highly recommend this company if you are wanting a great product with great service to match.

We just purchased a compact tractor from here. We started the process on line then finished it with Al in sales. Everything went smoothly and quickly, plus they had exactly what we were looking for in stock, not something that is common these days. Al answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The tractor was delivered today in a timely fashion and Steve, the delivery driver, was also very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend anyone to purchase equipment through the Milford branch.

Stephen Barrett knocked it out of the park! The team in the shop did a great job setting me up!After several months, this tractor is a champ. Added a mulching kit!!! What took so long? Best best attachment for the deck, ever.Looking forward to using the 44 two stage blower I picked up as part of the package. Guess I ll need to wait a few more months for that one.

I bought a Z545r zero turn mower from this place about a year ago. I called this year for service and talked to Wayne who said he would call me back in a day or two with a date and cost. After about a week, I called back and left voicemail for Wayne and still didn't hear back so I ordered the tune up kit and decided to do it myself.Wayne finally called me back to set up a date but still couldn't give me a cost. The day of the appointment he called me to tell me it would be $549 to have them come out (30 min drive) and use my parts to do the 0il change, air filter swap, plugs, and fuel filter (30 min of work). $549 for 1 hour of work. I told Wayne no thank you.The service manager called me and told me the quote I was given was just a guideline they go off of and that he would make an adjustment for me. I accepted, they did the work,And I am now a satisfied customer that will be using them again.Sometimes the way a business handles a problem is more important than the reason for the problem originally.

I'm very impressed with the customer service of UA&TMy visit to the Service dept. today was a simple task for them. That being said they took care of my needs while I waited. I also will say speaking for my father who is 80+ yrs old. They did a service call to his house in Mont Vernon and got his tractor back up and mowing with in hours of his phone call. Thank you to United Ag & Turf. Keep up the great service and sales!!

I never do online reviews, however in this case I felt I had to. I was in the market for a lawn tractor and a friend who has been a long time customer of United Ag & Turf in Milford referred me to them. I was very impressed right from the beginning,, from the sale to the service. Al N., who was the sales person, did not try to over sell me, rather he asked me a bunch of questions and recommended to me, a tractor based on MY needs, not necessary the most expensive one. When I picked it up, they spent the time to go over everything with me to make sure I knew exactly how to use it and made sure I knew all the features. After about a week, I had a slight problem. The safety switch on the tractor needed a minor adjustment, something I could have easily done myself. I called the service department to ask where the adjusting screw was so I can adjust it. I talked to a gentleman named Wayne. When I asked him how to adjust it, he simply said "that is not your problem, its ours" He told me he will send someone out to my house to pick it up and fix it immediately. I was very surprised when he told me this since they are in New Hampshire and I live in Massachusetts and furthermore it was something I could have easily done myself with a little guidance. A lot of companies go out of their way when it comes to the initial sale and if you have a problem they are no where to be seen. Not these guys. They went out of their way to do what it took to take care of this minor problem I had. Very impressive!! If you are looking for a company who not only has the best when it comes to products, but also actually STANDS behind there products AFTER the sale, I would highly recommend this company. Great products and more importantly, Great people who work there. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends and family in the years to come !!
