They are very laid back and easy to work with! I just bought a 2024 Kawasaki ZX10R Ninja from them! This was my second bike purchased with them! Everyone there is very kind and knowledgeable in there field! The financial department worked her butt off to get me on the bike! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Definitely one of the best dealerships around!! Of not the BEST!!!!!!!!

My husband and I stopped in to SVM on a random Saturday after both of us had signed up for our MSF course. We were welcomed by Hans who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was so patient as he answered all of our endless questions and seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I as we navigated the many options of motorcycles they had in stock in search our very first bikes. Despite coming back on 3 separate occasions just to look, he always seemed happy to welcome us back and was not pushy in the slightest which my husband and I both greatly appreciated. You could tell he just really loves motorcycles! We both ended up purchasing a bike from Hans and he even made sure we got a big green bow on our new bikes! Thank you Hans and SVM!! We are looking forward to what this new adventure holds!

This past weekend I purchased my first ever 2024 Can Am Outlander Max XT 700. My experience at Souhegan Valley Motor Sports couldn t have gone any better. After searching online this dealership popped up and I gave them a call. Will OBrien my sales rep answered.Will was phenomenal start to finsh. He was very insightful in helping me find the best machine for my wife and I. I told him my budget and he never once tried to upsell me, in fact he actually encouraged me to shop around more. That s when I knew I had the right place. I then set up everything over the phone and set an appointment to go into the shop.Once I arrived I felt at home. The whole staff was very inviting and even though this is all super new to me I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. Every interaction I had there was fantastic.Thank you Will! You made this experience a great one! After getting some good riding in my wife wants one, I will probably see you sooner than later!

Ive always wanted a Sled but didn t know much about them so I went to Souhegan to browse and try to educate myself to try to find a good fit. As soon as I walked in I met Will and was blown away at the knowledge and passion he had for snowmobiles. He made the process extremely easy and helped me pick out the Sled of my dreams! He then handed us over to the rest of the team to ensure we were ready to ride with all the proper apparel!!! I ll always highly recommend them from here on out and will be a customer for life!

Just bought a beautiful Z900RS, my second purchase of a brand new bike from SVM. I got a great deal on my trade-in, attentive support from the sales team, and a nice low rate on my loan. Also got great advice on some accessories I want to buy, even some that SVM doesn t sell. These are the people you want to do business with! And I m not just saying that because I work there! I ve worked for other places that I d never do business with. These folks are the real deal.

Great customer service no problems I was in and out all the Paperwork was ready upon my arrival bike ready to take home , Service and parts department was great to deal with for riding accessories and maintenance kits. I had a great experience working with Hans at SVM while shopping for my first bike. From the start, Hans was friendly, down-to-earth, and not pushy at all. He made the entire process effortless, patiently answering all my questions along the way. His extensive knowledge ensured that I understood every aspect of the bike before leaving with it. Additionally, Alyssa in the finance department was fantastic. She made the financial side of things a breeze, providing me with numbers in less than a day and securing competitive rates in today's market. If you're in the market for your first or a new bike, I highly recommend SVM and their team.

I bought the first 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator that the dealership had. It also happens to be my first motorcycle. I worked with Will. Everybody needs to work with him; he is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, etc...I could go on, but he's a great guy. You will feel right at home and comfortable working with Will and at this dealership. Don't go anywhere else.

We purchased and ATV from Souhegan Valley and Patrick and Aaron were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They answered all of our questions and spent time reviewing everything in detail. I have bought several new units from SVM with Will as the sales person,he has great knowledge of the products he is selling and the final paper work gal had all contracts ready when I arrived for pickup. Will was wonderful and showed us several bikes, asked questions to get us thinking about different possibilities and options and was extremely communicative, as he followed up and followed through showing us the bikes again the following day. His personality is great and his customer service level was superb. Ultimately, we ended up going a different direction entirely but hope to meet up with him in the future for ATVs.

Great family run motorsports dealership catering to motorcycle, atv, side by side, sleds, electric mountain bike, jet ski enthusiasts. Amazing inventory. Loved the service as everyone seems to care about my needs. Service, parts, sales are all welled staffed. Top notch informative staff guides you to the right department. There is a sense of professionalism and knowledge,.. kudos SVM, love the ROI of my machine. Definitely not your run of the mill dealership.

Travelled 6 plus hours from NY to purchase a new Can-Am Maverick from SVM. Hans and Alyssa were great! They offered straight up out the door pricing that beat my local dealers price. We had a deal worked out before we made the trip. Once we got there they went over the machine in great detail with a positive attitude. The paperwork was ready to go and we completed it in minutes. Best purchasing experience ever. I highly recommend SVM. Thank you!

I had an awesome experience at Souhegan! Both Hans Riemer and Alyssa Kilgore were awesome people to work with, they made the buying process as simple as possible. They were also very good communication wise.. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend them and souhegan. Love the new rig thanks guys
