My wife and I brought my son here to get his first car. Had a great time with Jerry, he made it an enjoyable and memorable experiment for us. Nathan, the owner personally made sure everything was right and we were ready to go. Very attentive, and helpful. Great group, everyone I met. I have purchased a lot of cars over the last 30 years. I highly recommend Reliable Auto. Excellent selection of good clean cars. Great pricing on everything. Thoroughly checked out and ready to go. Very happy. Thank you.

Great place to shop for a quality car at a reasonable price. I have personally worked with Nathan and Kenneth at reliable and have nothing but great things to say about them. I spoke with Bryan briefly and got a great vibe from him as well. They also do service work. Definitely worth looking into.

Horrible experience!!! I bought a 2009 VW Jetta, around Nov 2022, over priced of course in this market, that has had problems after problems. I paid $5750 for the car for my son and have put 2k in less than 3 months of purchase!!!! AND the interior cloth has all fallen down, looks like they tried to glue it up. AND now its is broke down again!!!! I was told when I bought the car that it was a mechanic owned car and is in great shape! BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY a CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! Go Elsewhere!!! They should change their name to UNRELIABLE AUTO!!! My son has been saving for a car since he was 14 and now at 17 he is out 6k!!!

I worked with Bryan from the Manchester office for the purchase and picked my vehicle up in the Milford office with Kenny.Both were efficient, honest and professional.Made the buying experience very streamline.

Excellent experience buying a car from them, straightforward friendly sales people, and quality vehicles at very reasonable or below market value. If you are on a budget and looking to avoid a nightmare cars shopping, definitely check them out.

Bought a 2012 jeep compass in April. Motor blew in June and we have called and emailed this place numerous times about it... No return call. I do NOT recommend this place
