I have been a service customer for 12 years and have always received friendly and reliable service. I just purchased a new vehicle from them and found it to be a great experience. The sales and financial staff was friendly, helpful, easygoing and low-pressure. The entire transaction was completed in a very timely manner as well. I look forward to many more years as a Contemporary customer!

We had a check engine light come on in our Jeep Wrangler while on vacation! Even though Contemporary Service had a full schedule they worked us in and were able to fix the issue (plus install running boards). The Service rep, Michael, was excellent - honest about the time it would take and kept us informed of the status. Excellent experience with a great service department!

I recently went to Contemporary to have some service done on my vehicle. Everyone from the front desk to the parts and service department was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The service itself was efficient and I was kept up to date on my vehicle the entire time. Gerry specifically helped me find the best tires for the best price. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking!

I took my car in for an airbag service. The Red team is very professional. They noticed my car is immaculate and took precautions to keep it that way - which quite frankly speaks more about attention to detail than a good repair to me.They also did an outstanding job identifying and repairing my airbag system.I'm a very satisfied customer and will gladly return for additional service.

Beware!!! I would not recommend using their service department for anything other than a routine service.In February 2022, I brought my vehicle in for a leaking oil pan seal that was under warrantee. I was informed by the service manager that the vehicle cab, motor and transmission would need to be removed in order to complete the job. I gave the go ahead and brought the vehicle in with expectations of them having it for a week.After three weeks of excuses, I was informed the vehicle was finally ready. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and noticed a low coolant light. The service manager informed me that it was most likely caused by air in the line that prevented them from filling it up which sounded reasonable. They topped of the antifreeze and I drove off the lot. About 10 minutes into the drive home, the engine light came on. I called the service department immediately to inform them that I would be taking the vehicle back.The next morning, I found antifreeze and transmission fluid on the ground underneath the vehicle. I inspected the vehicle for the transmission fluid leak and discovered that it was a loose fitting that was never tightened. I tightened the fitting on the transmission and proceeded to look for the antifreeze leak but could not locate it. The antifreeze level, which I was assured was simply air in the lines, was once again low. So, I proceeded to bring the vehicle back to the dealer.After examining the vehicle, the service manager informed me that the engine light had nothing to do with the repairs they performed and that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. I informed him that neither the engine light or radiator were a problem when the vehicle was brought in for service but he insisted that it had nothing to do with the repairs they performed even though they removed these items to complete the repair.I decided at this point to remove the vehicle from their service department and bring it to another dealer. It was discovered that the antifreeze leak was caused by a clamp that was simply never tightened properly causing fluid to leek out when the engine was cold. They also discovered that a fitting on the fuel pump was leaking. Something I was unaware of. I was informed that this was most likely caused from someone at Contemporary who did not properly disconnect the fuel pump fitting before attempting to remove the engine to perform the initial repair. The engine light is still something we are dealing with but it has been determined that it is transmission related. Ironic that this only became a problem after they removed the transmission to perform the initial repair.After all of this, the oil pan seal, which was replaced is now leaking again and will need to be addressed yet again.I am not an unreasonable person and know things will and do go wrong. However, when they do, a reputable company will stand by their work and make things right not make excuses. So, if it's a simple service you need, you will probably be OK. However, If it's anything else, get ready for the runaround from the Contemporary Service Department!! Buyer beware!

This was a repair from 2019 the dealer broke a piece of trim replacing drivers seat. A new piece was order and they broke that piece also. Brought truck in for service checked on trim had to be reorder (after having to go to GM of dealership).Finally piece came in, brought truck in they replaced all trim piece told me I was set to go. Got out to truck checked repairs and job was not completed they left off a piece of the trim. Went back in spoke to service rep. explain problem. He looked and agreed it was forgotten. After final piece was attached truck given back to me guess it me but Rep say well it s a good the WE CAUGHT THAT.I would have to say in my opinion check your vehicle carefully when picking it up. Course this was almost two months ago maybe they got better at checking after repairs are done. But glad after a 2 1/2 year repair is completed have fun dealing with them.

Wonderful service and very accommodating. My purchase was a very complicated situation because I m in the military and where I live versus where my permanent address is and needing to register my vehicle somewhere else. They overcame every obstacle with ease making the buying process very fast and efficient. Great team members there; shout-out to Chad who helped me get my brand new truck that is better than I expected.

Save your time and money, go to a different dealer for service. Not only were they late with the appointment, but the vehicle failed inspection for a technician recommended repair. Although the repair was valid, it did not relate to safety or the qualify to fail inspection. Two second opinions from outside shops have now shown that the vehicle does in fact pass inspection and is safe. On top of it all, after failing the vehicle claiming it was unsafe, they then contacted about purchasing the vehicle. Bad business to mislead customers into believing their vehicle isn't road worthy, then offering to buy it for cheap to resell it. Mind you this vehicle is only 3 years old

received really great service during the sale process from Julio, he and the finance manger, whose name is escaping me, were awesome!but then when i called about having damaged my car (i pulled off the plastic flare over the wheel well)1. i was quoted a 1hour appointment just to look at it which is an exorbitant amount of time (it took the mechanic at my local shop literally 5mins, maybe even less)2. i was told the flare would need to be sent out to be painted a custom color (my mechanic found the piece in the exact color i needed and it looks exactly the same as the rest of the flares, zero painting necessary)3. i booked the appointment prior to checking with my local shop but then when i called to cancel the appointment, because my shop was able to get me in sooner, it wasn t even in there for the time i confirmed, she couldn t find my name in the schedule anywhere!!so not only was i overquoted on time, clearly the intention was to overcharge me for sending out the piece to be painted when that was completely unnecessary (which i wouldn t have known if i hadn t inquired with my local shop, and i imagine most people wouldn t question things like that either if they have limited car knowledge like i do), and if i HAD gone in for the appointment they likely would have turned me away because it was never even put on the schedule!again, i received great service during the sale, but, i ll be generous and say, subpar service from the actual service department. i recommend working with an actual body shop for any repairs (my local shop looked at it, got the part, and installed it in less time than was quoted just to LOOK at it at the dealership) or you run the risk of wasting a lot of time and being intentionally overcharged (i know services are more expensive at a dealership, that s a known fact, but to quote an additional service that was completely unnecessary in hopes that i wouldn t realize and pay for it anyway? not cool)

I was very pleased with my service. The repair was quick and worked great! They even washed my car and wiped down all the dashboard areas. Comfy waiting room, free wi-if, snacks drinks and coffee. Very happy!

Booked an appointment for a simple oil change and was treated like dirt by the General Manager of service department. I was told the appointment wouldn t be kept as it would take too long and that I should take the brand new vehicle back to the dealership I bought it from for service. I rarely leave reviews, avoid this dealership. I have rebooked this appointment with another dealership who stated the oil change with recall shouldn t take more than an hour. So, not only was I treated like dirt, I was lied to about how much time it takes. Avoid this place.

The service team was terrific! After listening to my concerns Michael spoke with the service manager and he agreed to do his best to rectify my concerns. Then the techs did their usual first class work and my truck was returned to me in great condition with the problem repaired!I am very happy with the way I was treated! Thankyou!

From the moment my husband and I were approached by our salesman, Jack Vance, I felt like there was no pressure. I've always been afraid to car shop because of pushy salesman. That was not the issue here. Jack was very welcoming and asked what we were looking for and what were the top things we would like in our car. After test driving the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I told Jack that there was another car at a different dealership I wanted to try out and he, again, was so no pressure. "Let me know how it goes!" I loved that! Not only was I thinking about the Jeep I test drove all day after we left, but I just loved the customer service we received and didn't feel the anxiety of car shopping at Contemporary. From the first handshake from Jack to the final one from the financing manager Michael Resto. Thank you to everyone at Contemporary for all your help and patience!!

Since they got a new service manager, service has stepped up except for a branch that is supposed to have the most superb service due to the new wagoner and grand Cherokee L, they never filled my tires with air when they obviously saw the light in the dash after fixing the check engine light. Tell the techs to stop rushing jobs.

Picking my Jeep up from service was a hassle, mainly due to the lack of employees, there was nobody around and it was just before 1 pm, I walked into sales, which is the only way to get to service when picking up, walked down to service and there was no one in sight, I shouldn t have to search for someone to help me; and when I say nobody around I mean nobody.. no receptionist, no cashier, no valet, no sales people, managers, service advisors, it s like everyone went home. Then when someone finally arrived I m assuming the service manager, he didn t greet me just asked what I needed when the Jeep finally came around it was as dirty as I dropped it off, no courtesy wash here, And never mind the next morning I saw a few drops of oil on my garage floor where the jeep is parked, so let s see if that continues I ll be giving them a call.
