Very impressed with this store, the staff and inventory. I needed a chainsaw for around the house to clean up after a storm. I had been researching the A Stihl MSA 300c and they had it in stock as well as batteries and a charger. The saw has amazing power , I had several hardwoods that fell and I was able to limb and cut them up in no time.I also grabbed a few items for my trailer, d-rings , tie downs etc. Great store and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a bx2380. They delivered it to me, and Garret was my salesman. This tractor is freaking awesome, the guys down there are super helpful. I don t remember who delivered but he took his time to show me everything about the tractor.I really appreciate everything they ve done, I didn t even know they had other stuff downstairs as well (specifically chainsaw stuff for me). If it wasn t so far away from me I d probably be hanging out there a lot more. They have a whole section for apparel too. My wife hates me going there, it s probably the ultimate dad store .

They got it! If you need it for your tractor, mower, yard and everything outdoors then Chappell has it.Very helpful and friendly staff always keep the place looking neat and clean. Their pride shows in everything they do.Fast service and parts departments keep you going when you need help.Plenty of selections and great financing to help with your projects.You need it, Chappells got it!

I ve had my BX series for a little over six months. I also purchased a snow blower with the tractor. We expecting a sizable storm tomorrow and after dropping the loader I could not get the drive shaft to engage. Panic ensued.I called Andy at Chappell service and he sent a tech right over in about 30 minutes. (I got lucky. One was in the area.)Charlie was amazing. Not only did he show me the trick , which really isn t a trick, to get the shaft attached, he walked me through the whole install and operation. He spent extra time to carefully explain the basic maintenance and care to extend the life of my machine and it s attachments.We have a lot of choices in Southern NH for tractor sales and service. I wouldn t trust or choose anyone else. From the moment I walked in for the first time, to the service I received today Chappell has been there for me. If you re in the market for a machine, big or small, I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed.

Bought a used tractor from them and absolutely love their service and hospitality GREAT PLACE. Follow up Again a used tractor and they are treating it like it s a new purchase. DO NOT go anywhere else. This place is phenomenal.

I rushed there during a snow storm that caused power outages. I have a generator and the pull string broke. They stayed open for me and helped me get the right one to use my generator. Not once was I rushed or reminded about store hours. They took the time to help me get what I needed and they made a lifelong customer out of me.I found his card. Scott Knowles was the individual who made this happen for me.Thanks for all that this company does for the community!

I've been going here for years. Whether it's for a hydraulic line or inquiring about equipment, I always get great service. I stopped by today and chatted with Garrett and got pricing on a few options for new and used Kubota tractors. Very knowledgeable and took time to go over the numbers for each option.

As a loyal Chappell Tractor customer, I wanted to praise our service representative (RYAN) who recently serviced our Lawn Mower and L-Series Tractor. His attention to detail, wonderful interpersonal skills, knowledge of the products he serviced, and his desire to deliver above and beyond our expectations is most notable. There was one nagging issue with our tractor, which upon my description he had an immediate solution to... that alone was worth the price of the entire trip. Quality service, done with a smile is a lost art these days. Chappell (and Ryan) do it right!

Here we go again.....This is my 3rd negative experience. I juat had my Tractor in for warranty service (axle seals), additionally turns out there was some sort of recall on the tractor felt they wanted to do. It wasn't really explained to me what they needed to do but when theres a recall even if the tractor is running for the most part flawlessly why not make sure to do any warranty service. Turns out they had to split my tractor in half. I wasn't too concerned until they told me my tractor would now not go forward or reverse after they did the warranty service. It was running great before and bow it doesnt run. NOW One of our snow removal machines was down before a snow storm. They gave me a "loaner". No cab and what turned out to be an already broken tractor. It had a leak that they then tried to and succeeded at blaming me for. Not a bunch of money but when they asked me to pay I lost it. What about the time and money lost my end. I simply drove it from they left from the job site to the house about 1 mile. I've been slowly trading my Kubota equipment for John Deere equipment. I can't wait to trade this tractor in for a John Deere so I dont have to deal with this dealer ever again. I don't have anything against the Brand just not having good luck with service when things go bad.

Purchased a Tractor and numerous implements. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Fixed minor issues with the tractor immediately. There was a recall on my tractor and Chappell not only notified me right away, they scheduled a technician to come fix it at my home the very next day!

Bought a 2016 Kubota 080 -4 excavator used and it needed work. They ended up fixing everything it needed to make a happy customer. I would recommend them for making things right.

Twice this winter I've blown hydraulic hoses on my Kubota tractor. Both times I was unable to transport the tractor to Chappelle so I called for roadside assistance they came quickly usually within the hour did a fantastic job courteous kind took care of my problems asked me if there's anything else I needed wonderful wonderful experience

Excellent service all around. Brad and team are always quick to address any issues. I own a small landscaping and firewood company. I get all my mower blades and chainsaw chains sharpened by Scottie downstairs. They always come back clean and razor sharp, better than new. I always look forward to shopping here.

This place was amazing to walk around an look at all the items they have for the outdoors all the climbing gear an saws the line of boots they carry guaranteed they have what you want. Took my 3yr old son there took me a hour to get him outta there! This place is packed with great tools an the sales people that we spoke with while there were helpful in every way possible.

Today I went in to buy an anniversary gift for my husband. I asked for a specific kind of chainsaw. As a woman walking into a place that mainly deals with men, I did expect the workers to be condescending or make assumptions. I wish I remember the name of the men I worked with but they were fantastic and respectful. Not once did they assume I was buying the chainsaw for someone else or that I didn't know what I was doing. (I absolutely was buying it for someone else and did NOT know what I was doing but I GREATLY appreciated the respect). I would recommend this place for any woman that fears going into a store that appears to be tailored to men! Wonderful customer service, thank you! :)

Great place. Knowledgeable staff great products. If you're looking for a chainsaw this is a great place. Only complaint I have is that they haven't restocked some of the arborist supplies in a while. But with the Corona virus I guess its understandable l.

Chapel tractor is a great place for the working Man in your household. They have a variety of options to choose from everything from still to Husqvarna. They have a clothing shop they also have a ton of tools and different things you wouldn't think that a tractor place would have. The staff there is great and friendly and very interactive with you and very very helpful. I went in there to get a lawn mower tractor key and was in and out of there in about 5 minutes they found my key matched it up and it was only $2.75 which I was amazed because I've lost keys before and they were in the price range of about $100 now I'm not saying that can't happen if you have a Makita I've heard they can be that expensive so it just depends on what you have I happen to have Husqvarna.
