The shop s high level of mechanical knowledge and expertise solved my vehicle s transmission issues quickly and I was back on the road sooner than expected. They not only provided excellent customer service, but went way beyond by checking all of my vehicle s systems, not just the one they repaired to ensure I wouldn t encounter any more mechanical problems. Thanks again Sergio and team! I highly recommend them!

Had my Silverado dropped off on a Tuesday for a transmission replacement and picked it up Friday afternoon and it ran better than ever! Sergio and his team did an awesome job and didn t rush me what so ever! Found a new shop and met a great group of guys at the same time! Honest guys, honest work, and the quality speaks for itself!

So my husband and I were traveling from Texas to Vermont and broke down in Bedford New Hamshire .Our car was towed to a local repair shop and we were told it was the transmission.The shop owner recommended Aamco in Milford NH since he had sent other customers there in the past and said he hadn't had any complaints- So he called Aamco and got the green light to have our car towed there.Well it was a excellent experience!! Sergio and Anthony were great ! We had to leave our car behind and fly back since my husband had business back home to take care of,Sergio took time out of his day to drives us to out hotel and to the airport ! Who does that nowadays? They do! We came back 2 weeks later to pick up our Yukon and they picked us up at the airport! And the most important part of all is the excellent repair to our vehicle! It drove back 2700 miles flawlessly! They also repaired some small issues at no cost ! Can't say enough about them.Thank you for a great experience in a crappy situation.

Fantastic customer service! Sergio figured out what was wrong with my van- and I never questioned it - he was so knowledgeable. He was very straightforward, friendly, genuinely kind and flexible with scheduling service. The atmosphere there between Sergio and the other technicians made it seem like a great place to work- they were all nice and liked their jobs! (Rarely seen other places)Great communication throughout service and my vehicle is running great again!!Will definitely be taking our cars here for future service. I can not speak highly enough of Sergio and his technicians. From the very first time I spoke with them I was treated like family. I could not have felt more comfortable entrusting the care of my car to anyone else. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and both the customer care and the work on my vehicle were top notch. Car guys working on cars and Jeeps. Thanks to these guys my Jeep's clutch feels sooo much better... previous owner claimed s brand new clutch was put in... These guy corrected all that was wrong and my Jeep world is closer to being right.. Sergio is knowledgeable and honest and I literally want to hang out at his shop all the time...

The best Transmission service and best technicians. Super happy with there work and I will be going to Aamco for all my car care needs. I must mention the service manager Sergio is super amazing and is super knowledgeable about transmissions in all aspects of vehicles. The technicians are amazing both of this location and the Manchester location as the Manchester location rebuilt my transmission and so far the transmission is running good it is having some technical issues that we are still working out and Aamco and Sergio are more than happy to honor the guarantee in which I got with my transmission rebuild. I have decided that all of my vehicle care needs Weather minor from oil changes to tuneup anything in between shocks, struts and all my transmission repairs. I will be definitely going to Aamco in Amherst New Hampshire I highly recommend Aamco to all my friends and followers. They deserve the five stars that were able to give them here however they deserve 10+ stars for their work and dedication with everyone s vehicles and with their patience in dealing with warranty companies as they had to deal with one that I had for three months and their patients was amazing and they still got the job done and done right. I have to make a special note of thanks to Sergio and the team of technicians at this Aamco in Amherst New Hampshire as they had to deal with the warranty company for my van for three months and in the end we still had to open a line of credit and have the transmission rebuilt however Sergio was able to work everything in so that it would fit within our credit and we didn t have to spend anymore out-of-pocket right away. This Aamco and Sergio gave us an awesome deal on our transmission rebuild and I know that the type of job that we had done typically cost so much more but this Aamco and Sergio was super fair and super nice in helping us in our unique situation. Thank you Aamco Amhest NH and Sergio and your team of awesome and dedicated technicians. We will try everything to bring you more customers and I hope this review helps with new customers looking for the best place for vehicles and transmission repairs. Thank you again and I will see you soon.

These guys are awesome! Sergio was able to work through a clear checklist with total transparency to diagnose and fix an issue with my 2005 Tacoma. Would recommend any car or truck owner utilize this mechanic/shop to maintain their vehicles.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

A friend recommended Anthony for some underbody work on my 2001 7.3 diesel. They found some serious problems my old mechanic ignored (a fix it after it breaks guy) so needless to say, he's fired and I now have new mechanics for life! I honestly believe they saved my truck. She has a little over 50k miles on her, and I know with them as my mechanics we'll see 500k! I'd give Sergio, Anthony, and their crew 10 stars if I could!! *Side note* I recently moved about 2 hrs away... I will still be traveling to have all my vehicles serviced by them. LOVE these guys! Thanks for the honesty and care you guys provide!

Sergio is amazing. I made an appointment for late day due to work and they fit me in. I wasn't sure if I had an engine problem or a transmission problem. Sergio drove my car around and we talked about the issue and what it could be. He is determined to find the root cause of any issue it seems and wants to give his customers the most accurate and detailed information they can. This is rare in the automotive world I feel. I feel confident that they want to do the best they can for their customers and not charge them for things they don't need. I will be bringing my vehicle back for them to go through and diagnose the issue with more time.

Sergio and Anthony were fantastic.I had my transmission rebuilt there, and they identified some additional problems with my truck that needed to be addressed as well.They were upfront with their pricing, took the time to educate me about the transmission, the rebuild process, timeline and the other problems with my truck(the previous owner had improperly repaired the rear end)I appreciate them taking the time to answer all of my questions (I had more than a few) and they obviously are passionate and knowledgeable and it shows in their work. They earned a dedicated customer, Ill be going to them for all of my car repairs and maintenance from now on.Service: Transmission

Had a transmission slip on the way to vt over the weekend. Called these guys up and they got me right in. My work schedule conflicted with the shop hours, but we were able to handle everything over the phone and figure out drop off and pick up. I got great news that I didn t kill my transmission. I will be back again for regular trans maintenance. Thanks all you made a stressful situation ez breezy!Service: Transmission

Having done ALL my own repairs for the last 60 years, I was not quite sure what to expect! My first meeting with Sergio to explain my problem was very up lifting, Sergio explained his thoughts and what his plan of attack would be to verify the problem. He explained what options I had as well. Sergio is an excellent communicator. He does not need to think what to say next. This alone reflects the professional that he is and how he runs the shop!I would have expected this type of service 40 years ago but not now in 2021! Very pleased to still see this is the case!After the initial problem, others surfaced that had no connection to the original one. Sergio was very accommodating in getting these resolved as well.Bottom line: my car runs and shifts better than when picked up new.I highly recommend AAMCO of Milford for professional repair of your vehicle at this service shop. I was having concerns about a transmission noise on my truck.� I ended up calling his shop for advice on the matter.� The owner named Sergio answered the phone and I proceded to explain my transmission concern.� Sergio took the time to completely understand my issue and gave me complete information on what might be going on.� He was so polite and helpful. I began voicing all my concerns including costs and what to do.� He made time and answered every question I had with confidence without trying to sell me anything.� He said if I have the time, swing by the next day and he would look at it.� I went there the next day and he immediately came out with his diagnostic tool and he drove my truck around doing various driving, braking, and accelerating techniques while collecting data to share with me.� He explained all the data and told me his professional opinion.� He said that everything should be fine for awhile and I have nothing to worry about all while maintaining his professionalism and still not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.� I highly recommend Sergio's Aamco and will 100% be going to him for any transmission/car issues in the future and will recommend anyone else to do so!Service: Transmission

I ONLY bring my vehicles to Sergio and his crew!!!! I ve been bringing my vehicles to these guys for about 3 years now. So I ve been many, many times. Sergio is such a nice guy and wants nothing more then to help his clients. He is very fair and considerate when I bring my vehicles to him. He and his crew are very thorough and up front when diagnosing issues with a vehicle. I ve been to some shops who try to tell me my vehicle needs more work then it really does, just trying to make a quick buck. NOT THESE GUYS!!!! Any time someone asks me where to bring a vehicle to be worked on or even just diagnosed, I tell them they absolutely need to go see Sergio and his crew!! A big THANK YOU to Sergio and his crew for everything They ve done for me over the last 3 years! You guys rock and will always have my business.

Had some car trouble, called Sergio on a Thursday night after 5, he called me back about 10 min later. Was able to bring my car in to the shop the next day, he took a look at it, couldn't find an issue, kept it for a few days and with all his crew looking at it, finally found the problem, fixed it and my car drives great! This was my first time here & I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to Sergio & the rest of the guys!

I drove across the border to bring my 4L60E transmission in the back of my wife's SUV in for a rebuild. I picked it up a week later. It's worked perfect so far and could not be happier with the customer service. Sergio and Anthony offered up some advice on the install and I took that as an opportunity to ask way too many questions that I wasn't sure about. They patiently answered them all. Well lets see.... brought a 2006 Honda Accord in for a clutch replacement, center axel replacement and a few odds and ends. Poor Sergio, two of his shop techs came down with COVID at the same time setting the shop back days and days. Come to find out Sergio had to bring in community help (techs he knew) so he could continue to service the vehicles he had already taken on. It took a bit for them to complete the job for me, that was including a snag or two (its a 2006 New England driven Honda). Sergio was very fair with the charges as he also took into consideration the amount of time the vehicle was in his possession. He also sat and talked shop for a bit. Very personable. I had some work done to my Silverado which I needed done ASAP. Not only was it done in a timely manner it was done to a standard that was above and beyond what I ever would have asked for. The owner took into consideration the urgency of my situation and got it done. Exceptional work, customer service, integrity and respect. I would recommend this place to anyone. AAMCO transmissions in Milford will take care of you. They were very transparent and excellent with communicating what they were doing, and they didn't try to sell or push me into any decisions. They even brought out parts when out came time to cash out to show what they had done and explain the difference it would make in my vehicle. Excellent customer service, these guys know what they're doing and will give you and your vehicle they're undivided attention.
