i love it here! everyone is always so nice and welcoming. i get all my vehicle work done here. i had an axle on my car break once, and they noticed it while doing an oil change on my car. they brought me into the garage to look at it and show me what exactly was wrong. that meant a lot to me, because it showed that they aren t the type of shop to take advantage of you or try to make some extra money. highly recommend it here, i will continue to come back!

Friendly and intelligent staff at every post, from the front desk to the garage. Merrimack Auto has reasonable prices, is always ready to start doing the work at the scheduled time, and can give you all the info you would ever need about your car and what they've done to it, or may need to do to it in the future.

The best auto car center ever. I needed a new battery for my car and they were able to get it done in an hour on a Friday with short notice. I would give 10 stars. 5 stars isn t enough! If only I discovered them right when I moved to NH instead of almost 6 years later. I hope anyone else who moves to NH reads this review. Needed a new alternator which caused damage to the serpentine belt so I had both replaced. My car ran so smoothly on the way home, it felt so good! I didn t understand why the belt needed to be replaced considering I just had it replaced 5 months earlier, but it was all explained to me (I m very curious and always like to hear the why). Brooke took plenty of time with me to explain every process and she listened to everything I had to say. She didn t interrupt me, give me attitude, or discount anything I said. An absolute pleasant experience during a stressful time. All the women inside were extremely nice! On top of it, they saved me money on the belt replacement and even arranged to pick me up so I wouldn t have to Uber there (Fred was an absolute delight as well!). I wish I got to meet Chad and shake his hand for this type of service! They treated me better than some of my own family treats me. If that doesn t tell you something, then nothing will. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

So glad I came to Merrimack Auto. I moved to Merrimack 2 1/2 years ago. I've taken my families 3 vehicles to another local garage near my house, and spent thousands. My wife and I always felt like we were being taken advantage of. After seeing so many great posts and reviews online about Chad and Merrimack auto, we finally brought our vehicle to them. We instantly felt comfortable. Chad took the time and explained what was wrong, answered any questions we had, and got the problem fixed right away. Their price was way more reasonable than the other garage and we finally feel we found a business we trust and will build a relationship with. My work vehicle is getting up there in miles and I feel at ease knowing I have somewhere I trust to bring it. Can't recommend Merrimack Auto enough. More than friendly staff. Knowledge. Had a part go bad. I was refunded in full, parts and labor. I ve never had Labor refunded in the past. This was a pleasant surprise. Full service garage. Three generations and for a real benefit,They are Christians. We know there honest, reliable , and trustworthy.The price is a bit high, however I am new in the area, and are in line with competitors.

My first impressions have been amazing Anna was there before I arrived bright and early the check-in process was easy and efficient, and the whole process still ongoing has been amazing They have had great communication skills throughout the the entire process. lets forward to the day after I get my car back and it dies going home unrelated to the original issue Merrimack auto and team stepped up and had me fixed up within the hour over a tiny piece of leaf that has attached itself to my mass air flow sensor. Such a great shop for almost everything automotive. Brooke and Chad and the whole team there are top notch. They have serviced my Porsche, my wife's BMW and my son's Subaru over the past year and the quality of repairs and the customer service is the best. They have been flexible working with my schedule and all work was done quickly with thorough explanations and details. It was recommended that I go here for tires and I was very pleased from that moment on. All the staff and Chad the owner are personable, honest, are happy to see you and are genuinely good people. Recommendations are made with the customer in mind, not the bottom line. I will never go elsewhere, they have earned my business and any referrals I get along the way. Chad and his team at both locations have always went above and beyond to take care of our family. We have multiple cars and have been taking them there for 3 years now. I had a flat tire close to this auto centre so I had my car towed there.Turns out I needed to replace all my tires.The auto centre was able to fit me in quickly and had my tires replaced quickly enough for me to get out of there.I really appreciate how fast they worked.They also know what they are doing.

If you want good service and good customer service with fair pricing and quality results this is the place. When my previous mechanic left the business I was at a loss for where to go. Someone recommended Merrimack Auto to me and I was not disappointed. I just bought a used Lincoln online and when I got it shipped to my house it emitted a weird sound upon acceleration. Merrimack Auto was able to quickly diagnose my issues and repair it in record time. They also had a shuttle driver that made the drop off and pick up of my car very easy and convenient. I will definitely be going back to Merrimack Auto any time I need any work done on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Simply an amazing experience. I had literally just registered my car and transferred my license when the flashing check engine light came on and my car was violently shaking. The crew here were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the problems my car was having. I was very pleased with their service, and they far exceeded my expectations. A miserable Friday turned out for the best and I couldn't be happier. They certainly have earned a customer for life and I absolutely recommend their service. Very fair pricing and quality work.

I so appreciate the atmosphere at both Merrimack Auto Center locations.With their strong emphasis on customer service, the work done on my car (which was done well, and done quickly) felt less like a trip to the dentists, and more like a visit with a friend.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.I loved my experience with them.Thank you, guys, for your hard work and great attitude!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and service. I had to have my car towed over the weekend, called and left a message and they contacted me early Monday morning and it was already being worked on! The cost was very reasonable and fair, Chad and Nicky very friendly and helpful and Steve even transported me from my home in Merrimack to pick it up. Very efficient and do great work so I could get back to work before noon! Thank you!

Merrimack Auto now has a new location in Nashua at 150 Amherst Street. The shop is very convenient to exit 7E. I have been going to the Merrimack shop for a number of years and have been very satisfied. The Nashua location is much closer to my home so I am thrilled they have expanded. I have had my car and my daughter's car serviced in Nashua recently and am receiving the same excellent level of service. Chad and his staff thoroughly explain the problems and work recommended to fix the vehicle. They are informative and do not pressure the customer into agreeing to work; they do not recommend work that isn't needed (like some other auto repair establishments). Pricing is reasonable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable; coffee and other beverages are available as well as fresh baked mini-muffins. The work is done in a timely manner. Merrimack Auto offers a complementary ride to home or work so you don't have to spend the day at the shop if your car has a lengthy appointment. I highly recommend Merrimack Auto!

Omg I wish I took before and after photos but honestly I was embarrassed of how yuck my car was. I drive a mom mobile so there was sticky hand prints and snack crumbs everywhere. When I went to pick up my car I legit walked right past it because I didn't even recognize it. It looked BRAND NEW!!!! I was so impressed! It's more than I'm used to paying for a detail but it's seriously the best my car has ever looked so it was worth it. Definitely coming back again. Thank you so much!Service: Auto detailing

Had a tire go flat on me on my way to work this morning! Originally they weren't sure if they were going to be able to get me in but thankfully they weren't able to see me, but managed to squeeze me in for a morning appointment. (Which as somebody who works around appointments based business, I know that's not always easy!) Super transparent, incredibly friendly customer service, really happy! They were able to not only help me figure out my issue but do so efficiently. Highly recommended, definitely coming here in the future.

The team at Merrimack Auto Center is incredibly helpful and trustworthy. They helped me with prepping my car to sell, and also taking care of my new car. Chad was informative and answered any questions I had. Definitely will be going back! Can't recommend them enough!

I thought I was crazy when my parents said they loved their mechanic in DC. They I started having Merrimack auto service my vehicles. From standard maintenance, to services I would have never imagined myself needing. They really do treat you like family. Having a mechanic taking care of my repair/maintenance the way Merrimack auto does give me such piece of mind. Knowing my cars are always going to be well cared for is one less thing I have to figure out on this crazy sometimes stressful journey called life.
