Scott and Pat are super helpful, straightforward and gave great service and fair quotes! Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to find trustworthy auto mechanics in the area.They diagnosed and made repairs super fast, and recommended+performed some standard maintenance and replacements on my 150k+ mile Camry that I was already expecting to do within the year, all quickly and at a very reasonable price. They were also responsive and answered any questions I had over the phone, super nice!

Very good customer service. I was so impressed, they were able to squeeze me in with just a phone call. Reasonably priced and excellent quality of service. They went the extra mile even in the smallest way. I had not yet put my license plate on and they offered to do it just because. Highly recommend.

Came in for a state inspection late on a Friday afternoon. They accommodated me for a walk-in, and when my brakes failed they were able to get the parts and replace the rotors/pads within 90 minutes of when I entered the building. Super fast, very accommodating service.

these Guys were Great. Very informative, friendly and just honest. I found my new mechanic. The guy at the front(sorry i can't remember his name) but had a great attitude and made you feel comfortable.

They are clueless on how to communicate with costumers. Said repair 1-2 days tops. Never called on day 3 . I had to call and it took 4 days for a 1 day job. I would not let them work on my bike cycle They left grease finger prints and caps off my tires. Don t do little things right as well as the big things

I haven t had service this excellent from any establishment since pre-pandemic!Thank you Pat for asking Brian to take a look at my tire pressure. Brian was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was on my lunch hour and was in and out in 30 minutes! I will continue to use Meineke Car Care Center in Merrimack for all future service.

I am very pleased with the service that I received! They were friendly and kept me informed. Although I asked to have extra work performed on my car they accommodated me and my inspection and the extra work was all completed in a timely manner! I would definitely return for more service on my car when needed! Thanks Jim D.

Honestly will never go to another automotive repair shop! The absolute best. In a terrible unfortunate situation, they got me in right away and fixed my window for me. I cannot say how thankful I am for these guys. Jon was the most honest, straight forward and realest technician that I have worked with in my years of driving! Had a good experience here. Associates are well rounded in Jeep Wranglers. Knew what was going on in a heart beat. Not the cheapest, but worth the quality of service and expertise.

Brought my brand new truck here for the state inspection, the process was easy, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, the price was fair, it could have been a good experience. BUT when I picked up the car I can see grease and oil all over my steering wheel and driver side door handle, also pen ink and a scratch. I wiped most of the grease with wet wipe but the ink and scratch stays. I always respect mechanics but I m VERY DISAPPOINTED about what happened at this shop. Washing your hands and treating customers cars with care is the least you should do but you have failed. I wish I never give this shop the opportunity to ruin my new truck.

Jon at Merrimack is the best!! Always honest with what s urgent and what can wait. Prices things out and breaks down parts and labor. Shows you on the vehicle the actual things needing repairs to give you an idea of the situation. I will only go where Jon goes!

Had brake work done and they got me in for the very next day, applied a bunch of coupons and got the job done in a fair amount of time and I felt they were very honest<< #1 in my book. Not a 5 because they lack a handicapped accessible bathroom.

Thought I found a relacement service center. My previous servicer changed ownership. All I needed was a State Inspection..my vehicle passed without exception. However although I had requested with the individual who checked me in and the Manager who asked me about my request that the Decal be placed in the same spot as the old one. (the vehicle has a very small windsheild and the decal location hinders my line of site) what I got was a decal slapped on nowhere near the spot requested and it was placed on an angle..if this attention to detail is missed with a minor request...I don't want to see the results of a Brake Job or other specific repair. I requested I e removed from their notification system and text..that also has been denied..instead I got an email for this survey and a text to my phone.

I was there for a state inspection. I had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. My car was taken into the garage on time and the work was completed in a timely fashion.

Very accommodating, I bought an as is van from a dealership, I had meineke inspect it all they found was a license plate light, burned out, they could have charged me for things I didn't need. This is why I go back to them. Very very happy

Scott was awesome while waiting for an oil change and when it was done he showed me the new digital inspection of the car. Awesomeness with pictures of what s wrong so you can see it and just not try to visualize. The inspection showed how dirty certain fluids were in my car vs what it should look like. That digital inspection addition is just a giant step in what makes them so awesome. Great place and very knowledgeable. I found my new go to car service center

Everyone was very polite and communicated well with me about what they were doing with my car. I asked to see what was going on with my brakes and was shown and was explained what I needed to know. I m very happy with my experience with them and will definitely go back.

I was treated with great respect especially as a veteran I was honored I went to the meineke in Merrimack one of your mechanics John Sampson did an exceptional job as I am on a long journey coming up for myself and my vehicle of course checked all fluids did my inspection was treated with the utmost courtesy, there is a question though if somebody actually reads this it says that I have 4900 points but I cannot redeem them I asked the mechanic he does not know why so I'm hoping somebody can help me because as I am relocating to another state I could use those points if they are accessible for me at another meineke location of course any help would be appreciated hopefully an AI is not reading this cuz then I will not get any answers at all

I pulled in without an appointment for lube oil and filter and tire rotation they noticed that I needed front brakes were able to get the entire job done for me within an hour provided me with a loaner so I could do a few errands the entire staff was so friendly and helpful it was a great experience

My friend Travis Holbrook goes here with his work trucks. Unfortunately, my guy's landowner sold his place, so i had to make a switch, I am impressed, i was brought in super fast, everyone is very courteous, and Pat is a sweety. The price point is fantastic . I even got a picture of my truck when they were working on it. How cool, now i have an account with them, and it was super easy!!!Thanks, guys! The place was great! It made me feel almost like I was at my neighborhood shop. These guys in Merrimack NH make you easily forget that you re at a chain. They were very helpful, pleasent. They explained everything as you went. Especially Kevin. Ryan did the work on my car I can tell he really knows his stuff and does a solid thorough job. Both had great bedside manner. Everybody else seemed pleasant. I did not feel like I was being forced into anything unnecessary. To be honest I really had a great all around experience and will be using them for for all my future automotive needs.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection
