I definitely don t recommend this company as they have horrible customer service and over charge you for the towing along with the repairs plus the labor is expensive. They threatened to crush my car if I didn t pick it up in a week but I didn t have enough money at the time and was trying to pay over time but they demanded the all the money to pick it up. Therefore, I had to find someone to pick up my car from them and bring it to better mechanics that were closer to where I lived. This company is rude and disrespectful to customers especially over the phone. For example, I asked for a copy of my receipt and they told me to contact the person they gave it to and find out where it is in a rude tone. However, I am not stupid and I know that they have a record of the receipts in their database on the computer but they are lazy and untrustworthy to get that information and to stay with this auto repair company. I rather choose a different company than this one.Services: Car towing, Auto maintenance

Rude to girlfriend wouldn't allow items to be grabbed until tow was paid. Needed those things. Only reason was used was an accident the police chose them. If you have a choice. Do not. Way better people out there

These guys have always been honest and upfront with me. They try to save you money when they can without compromising safety or quality of their work. They don't hose you for stuff you don't need or charge for hours of labor they don't need. Been going to these guys for over 12 years and they've never done wrong by me. Always a happy customer. Great service! My daughter was broken down on the highway, they made it to her quickly to tow her back to Goffstown. The gentleman on the phone was very upfront with time and price of service. Would definitely recommend!

My neighbor recommended this place, now that I'm working from home and need somewhere local. They were able to get me in for an inspection with no wait, and I liked the way Don separated out the services that were needed for inspection versus the additional ones he recommended. We discussed the options available, costs and timing, and they were able to get the work done that same day! My new favorite mechanic!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Nothing bad as far the actual service* provided they re just DUMB AND LAZY.My car was towed by Merrimack pd around 6pm and I called around 8 to get my car out, I was informed by the man working (who must ve been running around because he was breathing very heavily each time I called) and I was informed I couldn t get my car until 8am the next day, even though it s a 24/7 shop. I acknowledged that they have certain hours of operation however to mutually benefit both of us I offered to pay up to an extra $60 on a $150 bill, heavy breathing man than informed me (very cynically) he would only do it for $225 which he claimed was the cost of A SECOND TRUCK! This wasn t an official pricing policy they had This employee just wanted to practice poor economics and customer service. For those factors alone I highly recommend alternative shops for any consumer.

Our family has been coming to this location for years. Our recent repair on our 2010 Ford Expedition went smoothly as it needed a sensor. my friend and i got stuck in the parking lot across the street at the twin bridge park and needed jumper cables. after calling our friends and relatives, we decided the auto shop across the street was the next best idea. after explaining our situation, the man inside told us that he did have jumper cables, but would only let us use them if we paid the bill for a tow truck. we told him that we were right across the street and didn t have money on us for a tow truck, so he compared us to going into shaw s and asking for free food. we re both teenagers and thought it was kind of ridiculous for him to say that as our car was literally right across the street and we already tried all of our other options

They recovered mine fiance car in the Everett turnpike in merrimack. NH. responsible people nothing got lost from her car and the car was there for more than a week really good people really respectful thanks guys...

I dont appreciate the owners approach on business. Trys to tell me I can pay him cash to come get belongings out but cant pay the bill in full and have it towed outta there since I'd have a tow truck with me. Refused to cooperate with me since he wanted to try to shake me down for 2+ extra days for no reason. I had to contact the police in order for him to release it to me. And then to top that off I got charged just about 500$ for a 4 mile tow and less than 2 full days of storage...just truly felt like he was trying to take advantage of me..very dissapointedService: Car towing

Absolutely horrendous staff. The man that answered specifically said it s 4:30 in the morning, I don t to talk to you.... BBB REPLY: ACTUALLY I DO own the property, so you pulled that out of now where. Secondly, I didn t even get to finish my question before you hung up on me! So yes, I called back. I have all the times as well. And what was asked. And maybe you shouldn t be in business if you are going to be the rudest person I ve ever interacted with. Go home and get some sleep and have someone else take over. You're just trying to cover up how rude you are.

2am Sunday call for roadside assistance. Upfront discussion of price. Came on time and was 100% professional. Got the job quickly done. Other towing company failed to show up twice. Called maybe 6 other "24h" roadside companies who were MIA.

Lewis s Towing is a trustworthy auto repair shop with friendly and hard working employees. They have reasonably priced repairs, and I love how they will let me know what might need repairs in between state inspections. It is a great feeling to have an mechanic that you know you can trust and rely on.

Very much recommend Lewis . They are very professional. They are quick and efficient with work done. I got my inspection and oil change done here a few months ago. I recently got brakes done. Honest, Reliable and Affordable. Lewis is a very welcoming site when you need car repair, sticker or oil change. Hopefully you don't need a tow but he does that too. Don't hesitate if you need work done on your car. Woman are treated with respect too!

Lewis Towing has helped me several times with auto trouble, within a reasonable time, and for a decent price. There is nothing shady about them and they are always polite, and explain everything they need to do, and how much it will cost, and other options. I highly recommend them, and plan to use them again.

Local business with local people. Been providing honest vehicle repairs for many years. Just inspected my vehicle, recommended another local shop for welding. Thank you for the work, recommendation and making sure my old vehicle passed inspection.

Amazing...they came out within 15 minutes as promised after 2 am when we had waited for another tow for almost 3 hours and were most pleasant and helpful!! They also fixed the car promptly the next day and did a great job! Thank you!

Great service. My check engine light came on. The employee figured out what was wrong with it. Ordered the part and installed it within an hour. Hopefully I'll never have to go back there, but if I need auto service They will be the first I call.

If I was able to give zero stars I would ve. The most rude and unprofessional man at the counter. I was in an accident on the highway and they towed my car to their lot and refused to let me get my military belongings out of the car. I then had to go through hell to get my belongings and actually had government issued belongings I needed to train for two weeks withheld and interrupted my training. By far the most inhumane people I have ever dealt with.

Terrible! My 60 year old mother had new breaks put in here. She can barely afford this as it is, and a month later she started having problems with her new breaks. I took a look and discovered screwdriver marks all over the breakpads! Unbelievably shady practice. Clearly they want repeat business but will not get it from us. Avoid like malaria.
