We had an emergency and our brake caliper ceased up and caught on fire. We were stranded and was about an hour away from home and needed to get the kids from school in a couple hours. They took us in within an hour and we were able to make it home to get the kids off the bus.

Went here for an alignment on my older Silverado. I called Monday and they got me in for an alignment Tuesday. Truck drives nice and straight now. Jean's is the best. They treat us like family. They ask the right questions before doing repairs. They've offered me quick fix vs. permanent fix options depending on how long I plan to keep a car. I would not go anywhere else.I've been going exclusively to Jean's for over 10 years. Years ago, I tried a few other places to save a few dollars here and there. It was never worth it, and ended up costing more in the long run. I trust Jean's to give me a fair price, to complete quality work quickly, and give me good advice.

Jeans is not only an amazing mechanic shop that doesnt try to bust your head. They were honest with what i needed to have done and what could wait. And personally Jean was a blessing to me when i needed one most. He made sure to get me back on the road safely for my trip back home to South Carolina and took the time to point out things i needed to do and how to do them before i left. So Jean if you see this, THANK YOU for being a god send and making sure i was safe.

Honest and professional! Jean's has been wonderful for my family. However, I made the mistake of going to one of those chain locations for a NH State Inspection. After failing the inspection, I brought my car to Jean's and found the chain store had tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. Jean took time to explain exactly what he and his team saw. This is a local business I'm happy to support.

I have been going to Jean's since 2002. There are many reasons why I wouldn't go anyplace else. Service is exceptional, they are honest, and have a vast amount of knowledge. A+

Probably my all-time favorite place to bring my car. They always take the time to help me understand what s going on, but they don t treat me like I m dumb. I ve got an old Passat wagon, and these guys have figured out problems that I spent years trying to get right at dealers and other shops.
