My car s battery light came on. I had it towed to HM Motorworks in Merrimack NH. HM Motorworks sent me a text message that showed what their inspection of my vehicle revealed. The program they use to show you is cool - I even showed it to my co-workers. It was very easy to understand. Then they sent another message that showed the cost to have the various repairs done, and I could choose accept or decline. The Service Advisor told me what could wait and what should be done immediately. I thought the cost was very reasonable as well as the turn around. I would highly recommend this shop for your car repairs.

Was referred to HM by a friend for expertise on foreign cars. Very thorough and responsive. Was well informed on any service needed / performed with pictures and write-ups. A pleasure to deal with which was all done over the phone. We will do business with them again.

I was having trouble finding an auto shop that would do an alignment on my after market Mazdaspeed 3. I called at least 7 other shops before I called HM Motors Works. I brought my car over to their shop that day and they told me they could do my alignment. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next week. Everyone there was extremely pleasant to talk to and the work was done faster then I expected. I would highly recommend them for aftermarket car work. I will definitely be going back to use their services in the future.Service: Wheel alignment

After taking my vehicle to BMW in Manchester for diagnosis they had told me that I needed a whole list of replacement work done. After bringing it there for an oil change a month before with no issues all of a sudden it needed 5 grand in work. Spewing oil everywhere. And they basically told me that they don t know exactly what the issue is so they d need to replace tons of parts and see if it works. Kind of just a wild way to diagnose a car leaking oil Fast forward a few days after cancelling my appt at the dealership as it felt really off I found HM motor works. They actually did diagnostic work. They recommended putting dye in the oil and washing the undercarriage to see where it was leaking first. That made more sense and it s a bit wild the dealership didn t recommend that.Long story short nothing the dealership had recommended fixing was broken. Turned out to be two completely different issues. This included transmission fluid leaking, which could have been an even more serious issue if it ran out of fluid.ConclusionSkip the dealerships. Skip the mechanics in Nashua that pretend they can service foreign cars.Go to HM. The staff is 10/10 friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable. And even though fixing your car can be a burden.. they make it a pleasant experience. And they do it right the first time.

Brought my Tesla in after reading on a few forums that they have extensive experience with them. Went for a state inspection and was in and out within 15 minutes of my appointment. Extremely happy with the speed and professionalism at HM Motor Works. Will definitely be coming back for all future car needs.

I took a Mercedes I was considering buying to HM for them to inspect. They found several items that needed fixing- some quite significant. I went back to the seller with HM s report and they agreed to fix all the items at their expense, so I bought it. If I d had to fix these issue myself it would certainly have cost me several thousand $. So getting the inspection was money well spent. Everything went very smoothly, and they gave me a ride to a local coffee shop while they looked at the car. Always a pleasure to work with these guys.

My first time using HM Motor Works, was a very positive experience. My service advisor, chelsey, was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication throughout the process and even shuttled me to and from my house so I didn't have to wait. I will definitely be going back for any future work needed on my Audi.

If you want a truly professional job done on your Range Rover, this is the place to go. I will also be using them for my other import cars.Prior to signing off on the requested work, HM motor works provides a full diagnostic report. In my case it included some video of the internals of my cylinders showing the problem.This gave me great confidence in the accuracy of the diagnostics thus resulting in a thumbs up to go ahead with the repair.Thank you to the gang at HM Motor Works for doing such a great job.

We utilize HM for all of our cars. Their service staff is very professional, excellent communication. Feb 2024: Sean and Chelsie great to work with as usual again. Needed after-market performance brakes for a family daily driver due to ongoing warping from dealer installed standard brakes, and the team at HM had car in and out quickly! We dropped my wife s car off after making an appointment and confirming it would be finished at a specific time. Called before picking it up at the agreed upon time and they had not started working on it yet. Disappointed as we made an appointment with the expectation the vehicle would be worked on based on a schedule. Understanding things can change a little if a car in the bay needs extra attention. I was looking for a high end automotive service shop to maintain and service my 2006 BMW 3.0si Z4, so I contacted HM Motor Works, I spoke to Sean who is the manager of the shop, Sean told me to just bring the car over. ( No appointment needed ) he briefly looked at the car, started it up, and said that the car is in good shape. He then gave me a tour of the garage,I saw technicians working on various cars such as an Austin Healey,Ferrari, even a Bentley, not to mention bmws,and a mercedes, 6 months after my first visit I made an appointment because I had a censor light appear, his tech found the problem and resolved it using OEM parts, the service and parts are all guaranteed.I won't let any other service facility to work on my car.Thank you HM

The staff at HM Motor Works are very friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment in two days upon calling and they did a great job. I will be going back for anything else I need done on my car. If you are looking for a new place to fix up your car, go no further because HM Motor Works is ideal.

HM Motor Works was fantastic! I called them to explain the issues I was having with the brakes on my SUV. With how unsafe my brake problems sounded, they snuck me into their schedule immediately (20 minutes from the time I called). I got a full report of the work I needed, complete with pricing and accurate time estimates.The associates I spoke to on the phone were very friendly! I had an problem with my custom 2020 Shelby GT350 giving fault codes and other local service garages either weren t comfortable working on it or couldn t figure out the issue. I brought it to HM Motor works and they got me right in and found my catalytic converter s were both cracked and they replaced them in the time they said and at a fair cost. As a business owner myself I can appreciate very good customer service and I ll be using them going forward.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement

We had numerous issues with an older Mercedes S class...Sean and Chelsea were terrific to deal with. The issues were resolved over time and they took the extra time to test drive my vehicle to make sure the issues were resolved..So far so good..This place is a good alternative to the dealers..They were thorough , professional and kind. You should give them a try.....

The real deal, especially for complex problems and invasive repairs. Had an annoying heater problem with my BMW. These guys chased it down with a vengeance and got it resolved. This is not your typical around the corner car repair shop, these are experts at what they re doing. Shawn has been a treat to work with as a customer service professional. George is a great technician that wasn t afraid to discuss the problem and ideas with me, which gave me confidence in the process.
