I had a great experience here! I came in to get my brakes inspected and an oil change - and I offhandedly remarked to the mechanic, Chris, that I had bumper damage that had previously caused me to fail the state inspection - which I thought meant I needed to go to a separate body repair shop.While he was working on my car, he figured out how to fix my bumper without replacing it. How lucky am I?! I was able to get my brakes fixed, my oil changed, fluids flushed, and my state inspection for less than the price of my supposed bumper repairs! Both Brad and George, who ordered the parts and took care of me while waiting, are two of the nicest guys I ve ever met. They really do care about the customer as a person and not as an ATM. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at AutoCare Plus, they have earned a customer for life!!

Did my brakes and inspection and I couldn't be happier. They were fast, honest, and fairly priced. A bunch of real decent guys which is super hard to find in that industry. They even helped me switch my key battery because I'm an idiot and couldn't get it open. I was so grateful for their quick help with my brakes that I went back the next day with cookies for them. Thanks guys! I'll be back for the next set of fixings.

Hands-down, best customer service team! I have been going to get my car serviced at AutoCare plus (Merrimack, NH) for years now and they never disappoint. I can t thank the whole team enough for all their excellent customer service through the years. It s amazing to know that I ve found a great place for my car service needs. My visit with Auto Care Plus was refreshingly efficient today and it s most appreciated. They made an extra effort to get me in for a late inspection and it all went off without a hitch. Certainly worth a try if you re like me and without a go-to mechanic. I believe I ll be returning their effort in making my next car care opportunity theirs.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service I received today. Just over a year ago I purchased 4 brand new tires and I was told there was a warranty for the life of the tire. Yesterday one of the tires got punctured, I called and told them and was told that there was a road hazard warranty. Great, so I made the appt for this morning. Not only did I have to call and follow-up status 5 hours after receiving confirmation my tire was being looked at, they also wanted to charge more almost $40 more than another tire company, and most of all wasted my time.I do not recommend this Auto Care Plus location.

Just sent the car in for inspection. It passed. Then a list of a few things that should be done I laughed. Asked why as we passed. They went over something. Added a thought for new filters etc..well I skipped filters but went ahead with the loose front link thing..drove home half thinking I wasted a couple hundred bucks..but. whoah!! I wanted to thank AutoCarePlus in Merrimack, NH. Last week, I was just going to ask for recommendations for the best way to put plastic over my window before I drove back to Maine. The window was stuck open. It had been worked on a few weeks earlier in Maine, but obviously hadn t been fixed.The technician immediately offered to look at it and said he didn t think I would be comfortable driving on the highway in December. He was very efficient, persistent, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and sent me safely on my way with no charge. I would highly recommend the AutoCare Plus Service Center in Merrimack, NH

George really knows how to run a shop. The breakdown of service is easy to understand and accessible through your phone, they don't do any of the work on your vehicle until you've authorized it. The staff are respectful and courteous and their work is top-notch

Brought my car in for an inspection and tire rotation. My breaks stopped working the very next day after they had done work close to the breaks. Keeping in mind I just had them done 8 months ago.I was also told I need close to $3,000 for a repair and failed me for the inspection. I brought it for a 2nd opinion who said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the parts Auto Care Plus were saying we needed fixed.

George and the team were great to work with. We had to turn around just after leaving due to a low tire pressure light that popped up. It was nothing that was part of the service that we had done but when we pulled in they quickly found the issue and has my wife on her way in just a few minutes.Thank you gentlemen for taking the extra time to quickly help.

I wish I could do zero stars. Very dishonest and extremely lazy. Don t bring your vehicle here unless you want to deal with useless idiots. If their customer service was decent I would be able to forgive but these pompous pretty boys are rude and put people down. Can t stress enough how lazy they are.

Disrespectful, lazy, and incompetent are the words I would use to describe this company. My experience with George and Pete were horrible and I will not be returning. Don't let yourself get scammed by these idiots

These people are geniuses! I have an antique 1999 Audi A8 that is in great shape but needed some TLC. They fixed things the dealer could not. My radio, my headrest mechanism, the noise in the front, all working again. I even now have cold air coming from my AC again! I could not be happier.

My car started making strange noises, so I made an appt online after hours and was able to get in at 7:30 the following morning! George and Brad were pleasant and responsive. Brad drove me to and from work, communication was clear, and my car was fixed promptly. All good!

Have been using AutoCarePlus for my car service for the last two + years. So far have been very satisfied with the normal service I've had.This was the first service that entailed multiple items needing attention.Got a quote from ACP and searched the internet comparing prices for the services I needed. Shout out to Jayson, John, and Lew. They are great. And I can assure you, I'm the engineer asking 1 billion questions. They are always k knowledgable, honest, and helpful. Patient too!Also, shout out to the mechanics because they do a great job!Auto Care Plus is my trusted mechanics. They have gone above and beyond servicing my mini cooper for 8 years now. And twice, they contacted the dealer to perform work that was either a recall or under warranty. For example, this week, they brought my car to the dealer to perform the work. Another time, they returned my vehicle because the repair had a recall. Minicooper didnt honor it and the Auto Car Plus Service Advisor (Kristy?) spent a lot of time explaining the problem and printing paperwork to send to Mini.I really appreciate them being my advocate while making my car drive smoothly.And also doing the right thing!! And that's what you want in a mechanic, one that is willing to build trust and loyalty in their customers while still doing a great job.

A mechanic was busy so we thought we'd our car here. We figured the steering fluid was leaking. Instead of finding the leak they said we needed to replace it. Brought my car in for state inspection and oil change knowing it would need some other work. I mainly worked with Brad who was kind and professional. I ended up needing quite a bit of work done. Brad went over everything and explained my options. I never felt pressured or unsure of my decision to get the work done, despite the fact I have very minimal knowledge of cars. I was sent a full report including pictures of the issues that needed to be addressed. They got it done in a timely manner. I didn t request a loner vehicle in advance, but between Brent and Brad they figured it out and I was on my way in a loaner in minutes. Thank you for the great service!
