Used the website text option to communicate. Olivia was very helpful, even catching a mistake after placing order. Her customer service skills and knowledge was exceptional. I will be using this company for all my Mazda purchases.

Third time using Mazda Parts Factor. I'm not sure how I originally came across their website, but I'm glad I found them. They've been consistently amazing with their customer service, quality products, and great pricing. I left a message on the chat feature via their website, they were closed but said someone would reach out to me via text (I didn't expect much with it being the busy Christmas season, but lo and behold not only did they reach out when they reopened, they helped me find the exact part within minutes and shipped it out the same day). I had the exact part I needed within 7 days (first interaction to installation)...and this was during the holiday season. Random backstory, but a hawk of all things flew into my car, hitting the driver side mirror, and popped off the cover the week before Christmas:( , I never found the hawk or the mirror cover :/ ). Mazda Parts Factor had a brand new cover, perfect fit, for a fraction of the price! It literally took less than 10 seconds to pop it back on once received. Great selection of accessories as well! I'll continue to use them as long as I buy Mazda cars.

Where we live is no joke. IE: Snow lots of it. When I ordered recovery equipment for my Mazda it showed up fast, and exactly what needed. Order confirmation and track was also very quick. Thank you.

Hey Dylan Gallagher, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU!!!!! If I could give a million stars and the moon, I would. I have leased a Mazda a couple of years ago but had to turn it in as I retired. My husband and myself own a Jeep Wrangler and this morning the tires had very low in pressure (29 all the way around) and I had tried 4 gas stations and none of the air pumping units were working. At the Shell station on So. Willow street, I see my Mazda dealership. I thought to myself, well there is no harm in asking for help. Yes I played the chick card, damsel in distress card hoping I could get air in my tires. Having second thoughts, I was just about to turn around, out walks a gentleman named Dylan. Long story short, he heard my cry for help, and took the Jeep to the service department and filled up all my tires. He refused my tip and ask for a review. Well Mr. Gallagher it is my sincere hope that everyone at your dealership reads this, especially the Boss. You are a wonderful human being, you took the extra effort, and I will always be grateful. KUDOS YOUNG MAN....YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!

Super easy to deal with. I placed an order on a Saturday and had a response from the Parts Dept. within an hour that one of the parts I ordered was not in stock. They quickly cancelled that portion of the order and adjusted my total invoice. I received the parts 5 days later. They included some of their Mazda swag along with a return shipping label in case I needed it. The rails fit my Daughters CX-5 perfectly. I just placed another order and except another great transaction.

Rachael in Parts is awesome! She went above & beyond in assisting me to locate parts for my now 'vintage' 2002 Miata LS. She provided details and suggestions on tracking down parts that are no longer available from Mazda. Strongly recommend this business for your Miata/Mazda needs!

Mazda parts factor are the best ever! I needed a small piece of my convertible top that broke for my miata. I searched eBay and everywhere else. Found these guys and honest to God have never had such a pleasant experience. It was easy as 1,2,3. It was all communicated via text message. They responded promptly and we got my part ordered in 10 min. The transaction was done on Tues and I received my part on Fri. It was very very reasonably priced. I can t say enough about the experience. We all know customer service is not at all what is was in the past and this gave me a glimpse of hope again.

I needed a seat heater switch for my 2008 Mazda MX-5. The Parts Dept. did an excellent job of locating a part that had been discontinued. They went to great lengths to find the part, contacting other dealers both in the US and Canada including Mazda Corp. directly. Rachael kept me updated as to the status of my order and when it would be shipped. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts for their Mazda! Both the price and the customer service were second to none! A big thumbs up!

Highly recommend these folks! I have an aging mazda and it is difficult to find parts. If you provide your VIN when you order they ensure that you WILL get the right part. I had ordered the wrong part and after a brief email exchange Jenna modified my order before it was shipped so that I got the correct part quickly and painlessly!I will be ordering parts from Werner Mazda every time I need more parts to keep my Sunshine (yellow protege5) cruising!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HERE IF YOU WANT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. I sent a message asking about specifications on speakers that I have searched all around for and haven't been able to get a solid answer. I had even contacted another company that denied me any information and told me to contact Mazda.So I called Werner, the person I spoke to didn't have the info on hand that I was needing in their catalog and asked for the vin number. I didn't provide it but I explained what and why I was needing the info. The person replied back with, "I am on the phone with Mazda for another customer, I will ask your inquiry as well, please hold."Next message had the exact specifications and a polite helpful caution to "research and install at my own risk". Beautiful customer service. Very helpful,they could have just denied my request and moved on, but nope THEY EXCEEDED AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I didn't even make a purchase with them. They will be the first I contact for any parts in the future, and I will need parts, I have a 2008. Thank you ma'am and sirs for great customer/human services!!!!

I was having trouble finding parts for my 2022 vehicle as it is so new. A lot of the parts said they wouldnt fit my car but once i gave my VIN, the specialists were able to help me find all the parts I need. I didn't get any names, but the two parts specialists were so helpful and fast! I don't normally leave reviews but they made this process so easy compared to the dealership. The dealership charged about $150 more and wouldnt give out part numbers! I will use Mazda Auto Parts every everytime I need to repair something on my car! Very satisfied!

I recently ordered a part for my Mazda CX-5. It was a great price. Their website was easy to navigate, and I liked they confirmed the part ordered with the VIN. The part shipped out the same day, and it arrived quickly. If I never need anything in the future (hopefully I won't), I will go through Werner Mazda Auto Parts again. Also, a note to shipping and receiving... Thank you for throwing in a pen. It was a nice touch.

I needed a heater core and found several places on line that seemed reasonable. 3 of my near by Mazda dealers had one they would sell me but $200 more than the online dealers! I had ordered one online from a different company and got an email saying shipping was going to be $50 more! I cancelled that and then went with Werner, I am so glad I did, the order was placed and the shipping was as stated, arrived on time, nicely packaged and works perfectly. I would recommend Werner Mazda to anyone :-)

I'm skeptic about all the websites on the internet, so I took a risk buying some All Weather Mats for my CX-50 with Werner Mazda Auto Parts because they had a really good price and everything turned out perfect. The delivery and service was great.

Genuine Mazda parts with top notch prices and knowledgeable staffs (actually knowledgeable). Even with shipping, the price is much lower than my local Mazda dealerships. Have no idea how they beat the competitors but I'm happy with what I got. Will come back again with part needs.

Let first start off by saying I own a Mazda and I am in the Air Force stationed half way across the world in Europe and I took my Mazda 3 with me. With that being said Rachael has been extremely helpful with every question I had and all the information needed for any part I throw at her. She always gives quick responses and is extremely professional! I literally take pictures of parts that need replacing or if somethings missing she sends me quotes and the part numbers. The prices are actually some of the best on the market as well and shipping isn t that bad either even being half way across the world. They are an amazing Mazda part store and they ve made a lifelong Mazda part buyer from their store!

Excellent! Speed! Price! Assistance!Bose replacement speakers are impossible to find and when you do they are RIDICULOUS in price!Werner beat ANY price i could find! BY A BUNCH! I had my speakers 3 days after the order!Rachael fixed my order as well! I thought all 3 dash speakers were the same, or so Crutchfield told me, I sent in my VIN and she fixed my error! Thanks A lot! Speakers sound GREAT!I replaced the door speakers with aftermarket, I may go back and replace them with Bose now that I know where to get them at a reasonable price!

I had looked online for my Mazda 2018 CX-5 rubber mats and was not having m much luck, on the original rubber mats. Either they were too expensive or the laser cut liners were being advertised . After reading the reviews and looking at customer pictures, I placed an order from Illinois. I was keeping my fingers crossed because it almost seemed too good to be true. I have to say, i am most impressed by the speed (got them within a week), the communication (received emails confirming the order, and shipment tracker) and when they arrived, they were PERFECT! Boxed, with each wrapped in cellophane , and great quality thick all-weather rubber mats! I am very pleased and the photos on the site do the mats justice. Yes, they fit perfectly also :)

Rachael the parts manager went above and beyond to ensure I ordered the correct part having choose the wrong one. Not only is customer service excellent, the price was the best out of every local Mazda dealer and online store and I received the parts within 3 days. I will continue to order from here in the future. Thank you Werner Mazda !

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a replacement for a damaged rim, but with some uncertainty about which exact part number was needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. The price was good, too! Recommended

Couldn t find OEM 2023 Mazda CX50 floor mats anywhere. When I did find them they were either a cheap brand or over priced OEM version. A user on Reddit recommended Werner Auto and I m very glad I went with them. The floor mats from Werner are high quality and I got them at a really good price. Also, the time from placing the order to delivery was extremely fast, like Amazon prime fast. Thanks for the excellent service and the fast shipping. Will for sure order from here in the future.

This place has by far the best prices for genuine Mazda parts hands down. The service and shipping are also amazing. I will for sure be buying ALL of my Mazda parts from here from now on, I price compared exact fit parts across Amazon, eBay and google and they couldn t even compare to the prices here for genuine parts! Rachael Lowe, the Parts Manager, provided excellent, superior customer service to me to resolve a couple issues. This was on top of standard checking of parts ordered vs. VIN# (definitely provide this with the order, it's easy), and the best prices I could find on the internet for OEM parts.

Best Mazda parts pricing, and very fast shipping (even on parts ordered from Mazda). I've ordered from them twice and every time they've been excellent. I don't see a reason to shop anywhere else.
