The guys at the desk and the tire tech were wonderful! Kind, polite and kept me informed while determining the cause of a slow tire air leak and fixed it. I was shown how to use the coffee maker and appreciated the customer care. recv d terrible news via text while I was there and was crying and upset. great people, expressed condolences when I explained the tears. Great team with a can do and will do it right attitude! I will definitely come back and recommend this location.

Absolute 5* service through and through I busted my headlight on a pot hole in Manchester and my subaru was fixed within 2 days replaced my headlight for a really good price and gave me quality work highly recommended

I went in for a flat tire, thinking it was only going to need a quick repair. When they came back and told me that I needed four new tires and an alignment because my tires were so bad, I was visibly upset. I work in public education and have very little funds- but Mike and Max really worked with me to make sure I could afford it and get me on the road safely. I really appreciate professionals who take time to talk and work with you, especially when you are very stressed about the situation. I cannot thank you enough Mike and Max for helping me and being patient with me today!!! You are the best. I truly recommend VIP for your auto-care needs!

In this day and age, getting good car service at an affordable price is so important. And the fact that VIP Tires and Service at 445 Hooksett Road in Manchester is our "neighborhood" service center, less than 1.5 miles from home, makes convenience also a great importance. And to top it all off is always the people.And service writer, Holly Dionne was knowledgeable, informative, and so pleasant to work with! VIP is where we always go.

We have used this VIP for all our family s vehicles for 16 years. It was always a convenient place to take our vehicles but since Mike took over as Manager it quickly became the only place we go. They always take care of the routine and not so routine maintenance for our trucks and our kids cars. When our son s newly purchased used 09 Camry engine froze up after 500 miles, Mike battled the warranty company for our kid to get the engine covered. Then his team installed the new engine and got the car back on the road very quick and there hasn t been an issue since. Always polite , always professional. I feel confident my family is safe when they are in their vehicles because these guys take care of our vehicles like we are their family.

I've had to go to VIP a few times over the last couple of months- for new tires initially, but the most recent time was for an inspection and an oil change. They have always been quick to get my vehicle in and serviced. However, this most recent time took a little longer than expected. I went in last Saturday 3/23 for a state inspection and oil change, and was told that it should only take about an hour and that I was safe to just wait in their waiting room until the job was done. Long story short, I guess one of the mechanics left for lunch when they weren't supposed to, and that pushed EVERYONES appointments back. So what was supposed to be an hour long wait, turned into an almost 3 hour wait.The man at the front desk that day (I believe his name is Max?) went above and beyond to help me out. I had booked the appointment a few days in advance, he and clearly felt bad that I was waiting for such a long time. Although annoying, I had my book with me and I was chillin and not complaining at all. Not only did he go back to check on my vehicle several times, unprompted, when he was told by the mechanics that it would be a longer wait for my car to be done, HE started working on my vehicle himself- in order to get me out ASAP! And during all of this chaos, there were SO many irate customers that Max and the other gentleman at the front desk were dealing with, and they kept cool, calm, and professional the entire time. And at checkout, because of the wait, he was able to offer me a significant discount on the services. For professionalism alone, these men deserve a raise. I will definitely be back for more services, when needed.

These guys are my go-to for most services (even before my VW dealership), from inspections to oil changes to tires, and they always welcome me as a walk-in, especially when I m late for a scheduled appointment. Very kind, courteous and quick. The only constructive criticism I have is the wait time, simply ask them when you should come back - I waited longer than I had planned..but on the upside, there s a nice waiting area with WiFi and chairs to chill in if needed.Max and Holly were running shop while I was there and they got my stuff done with VIP treatment.Thanks guys.

I've always found VIP staff to be very friendly, polite, and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. I went in for an oil change and they informed me that my front brakes were bad. Part of me wishes they hadn't looked as all I wanted was an oil change, but if the brakes needed work I'm glad they checked.

Ive been coming here for about a year now, I ve always had a great experience. I came in with two flat tires today and didn t have to wait long for the repair. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I will be coming back!

They were quick with my state inspection service! Have gone last year and this year to this location as well as very accepting of brining my dog in to wait with me! Appreciate the nice workers there.

The group of people working there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific battery I wanted. I had researched what I needed and most mechanics could not even find the right battery. VIP knew what I wanted and I was pleased with the price. Just a note, a number of shops wouldn't even give an appointment. That, in total, makes you a number 1 shop.

What a terrible experience I had at the Manchester NH location today. I called days prior to get an appointment to have my tires changed. When I made my appointment I let the woman know that I had my own tires and that I needed the four tires to be put on my vehicle I was quoted a price of $133 to do so which included my tires to be balanced. At that time I also scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and was quoted that price as well. I showed up I spoke with a very kind gentleman I did not catch his name He took my information took my keys and brought my vehicle in the bay. Approximately 15 minutes later another gentleman called my name over and said that I was quoted wrong and that my cost to get my tires changed was not 133 that it was over $300. I question his costs several times and asked him 3x what is juts the cost for my tires, not the other two services I was getting. After my third attempt I simply said could I please just get the cost of the tires to be installed again. He then proceeded to scream in my face and tell me a cost of $190 something dollars. At this point I was completely beside myself not only was he condescending and rude The first three times I asked him what the cost was of just the tires He finally gave me that cost and decided that it was appropriate to yell in my face. At that point I looked at this technician or manager as he called himself Mike, and said to him that there is absolutely no need that you need to yell at me and it is completely inappropriate that you were yelling and screaming at me right now in front of all of these people. I kindly ask him not to speak to me and that manner. At that point you could clearly see that this escalation was getting even higher with him He then proceeded to say to me I don't know who you think you are and who you think you're speaking to in this manner. Apparently it was okay for him to start yelling and screaming at me but when I confronted his behavior he didn't like that very much. I am a paying customer this is not my first time at a VIP store or this location for that matter. I have been to this location on several occasions and it has always been a pleasant experience. This is my first time ever seeing this gentleman at this location and what a terrible horrible experience it was. After all his condescending and yelling and screaming at me I was about to ask for my keys back and leave because it was just a terrible experience and humiliating in front of all these people. Before I got a chance to do that he actually looked at me and said You know what let me do you a favor here's your keys threw them on the countertop and walked away to let the technicians know to take my vehicle out of the bay.This behavior is completely unacceptable This is not how you treat customers This is not how you treat human beings and not only did I not get my tires changed my oil changed All my windshield wipers put on I left it with nothing and now I need to go ahead and make another appointment at another location which won't happen until after the holidays which I'm supposed to be traveling for the holidays.I would appreciate that I receive a response directly from VIP and how this matter will be handled and what can be done.After reading the reviews at this location it appears overcharging woman seams to be a normal practice.Thank you

I recently had tires replaced. Had voucher for 4 free tires. It took over two hours, longest I have ever experienced. This however was not the low point. Same night after getting home came back out to discover a flat. When I brought car back in they admitted fault and replaced the tire free of charge, just under an hour. However failed to check other tires. Within a month second tire came off rim. This time they tried to charge me for new tire. I was able to talk them down but believe this to be poor customer service. However paid a service fee. Still saved money but was it worth the ongoing headache?

Just had VIP in Hooksett Nh complete a rear differential service on my Honda. No issues getting appointment and the let me change it to sooner short notice. Done in a timely manner with a complete multipoint inspection. Communicated via text with a link to keep updated with progress. Everyone we spoke to very polite. Thanks.

I've gone to VIP forever and their prices on tires, oil changes, and inspections are best in the area. This is the second year that I have passed inspection with flying colors which speaks volumes in itself. I have never received an unnecessary upsell, which speaks for itself.

I arrived at my scheduled time(8:00am) for my oil change and tire rotation. They were busy and appeared to be initiating a new employee but took me right in and proceeded to start working on my truck. I was out of there in an hour and on my way.I was a little surprised about the price of an oil change was $93. Seems like the price of everything keeps going up these days so the free oil change will be appreciated.

Mike and his service team gave me a 2:30pm appointment and when I stopped by at 9:30am they said we can take you right now! Excellent service. I do all my truck service with VIP.

Holly was absolutely amazing!!! Couldn t be happier with the service I got! Right when I walked in the door she was very kind. I left and got a follow up call stating my vechile was done. Mike was also a huge help and the car is running excellent!! Thank you guys for all your help and my experience!

I have had amazing experiences working with VIP Tires and Services for the past 3 years! They have excellent customer service, are always responsive, and do great work. They also have reasonable pricing and will talk through all options before you need to make a decision. I will absolutely continue to go to them for all my car needs!

Stopped in today to get a state inspection. Was having a pretty bad day but things turned around during my visit. The staff was super welcoming, the tech was supposed to leave but made time for me and they applied a veterans discount. I highly recommend this location.

My husband went for an inspection, tires and oil change. Took over 3 hours. Then got into his car and low tire. Then he had to use his OWN jack to raise car. Spoke to manager and told him you just lost 2 customers and he said oh well! What kind of behavior is that???? We will be contacting BBB and reporting this establishment!!!! Over charged him, did not try to make it right. And put tires on incorrectly. I do not recommend this place. I will also be calling corporate office as well. This is the Hooksett rd.

The person was rude and didn't quote me correctly. I used to love VIP, but after this experience and being treated like the person behind the counter had better things to do before helping me out. They lost my business. I ended up going to my own dealership with a better deal. For the record, this was not the Bedford location, and that's the one I used to go to and prob wouldn't have had the experience I had in Manchester.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEREI brought my vehicle in for service on a Sat. They put a gouge in my driver side door. Then denied they did it. Doug, who works at the front desk, said he would call me that Monday to discuss. He never called. I called that Thursday got some sort of regional manager named Mike. I explained what happened. He said he would meet me Saturday at 8am to look at the damage. I brought it in at 8. Mike never showed up. Doug was incredibly rude. Continued to deny they did the damage, which they did and I have a witness. For the work they did complete, they told me it would take 2 hours. It took 8. Literally 8. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had left my headlights on for god knows how long and there were greasy fingerprints all over my vehicle. I now have to take my vehicle in somewhere else to fix the damage these guys did. Bottom line, I've never had a worse experience. Not to mention they damaged my vehicle.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
