My first time here, and I cannot say enough good things about the service here. They were so kind, very knowledgeable about my car and what was needed. The guys got the job done efficiently! Went to get my car inspected failed from a windshield wiper and forced me to purchase one from them. Instead of allowing me to come back. - scum bags- lost a long time customer over a few bucks great choice

Pulled up for an inspection got told an hour and 45 minute wait. Been here over an hour. They brought the truck in that was before me. Truck has been sitting in the bay for 20 minutes and they disappeared. They haven't even started on it. Definitely never coming back and they aren't getting a good rating.

Sal, Johnny, and Alex deserve high ranks in the areas of automotive acumen and skill, as well as kind, emotionally mature, and supportive professionalism in their style of customer service comportment. If asked I would and will recommend anyone seeking maintenance services to patronize this particularestablishment on Mast Road. They adhere to the Valvoline protocols, that was reassuring to this customer, who found them lacking in another venue, along with patience, and the customer/technician collaborative atmosphere that is the signature feature of the Valvoline code of conduct... all of which were demonstrated at this Mast Road facility. I will return no doubt.

This is the nicest auto service center I have ever been too. Everyone working on my car was knowledgeable, polite and were genuinely recommending only what was necessary instead of trying to tack unnecessary things on my bill. An oil change took no more than 25 minutes from start to finish without an appointment. I really appreciate everyone's work and I will definitely be back!

The 3 guys that were working at the time I was there were all super nice, friendly and my oil change was done in a very timely manner. They recommended a couple of things on top of the oil change and when I said that I couldn't have anything extra done there was no issue and I never felt pressured. I will continue to go there in the future!!

I was told I need to make an appointment for state inspection. It does not say anywhere on the site that you need an appointment. Not happy that I was told this. There was only one car ahead of me and the guy said he was booked for state inspections. Never had to make an appointment to get my car inspected. Was told to go back Friday? Huh wth!

First time going to this location usually go to Epping. Even though they were very busy. They were very quick but most impressed by how not only friendly but funny the guys were. May just make this one my new spot

They charged me a $199 to fix my air conditioning I air conditioning they told me if I have any issues with it bring it back to them and they will try to fix it again it stopped working I brought it back to them they told me go somewhere else and get it fixed and did not help me they are not honorable

Fast and professional service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything that they were going to check and what they were doing every step of the way. The customer service more than exceeded my expectations, I actually enjoyed the usual chore of getting an oil change. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service in the future!

While they are fine for oil changes & other minor services like wiper, filter & bulb replacements (although a little pricey), and the person who greeted me was very friendly & personable, i do not recommend them for state inspections, as the inspector failed my car for condensation in the headlights, which has been there for years & had never been mentioned by several different inspectors, including at another Valvoline location & the same one just last year! After checking the official state criteria online, i pointed out that is not a listed requirement, asked him to show me on his computer (which has the same list posted online), and after he pointed out several irrelevant items, which i refuted, he made up a final "it's an electrical hazard." Explaining to him how that's not at all accurate, given the way headlights are constructed, got me nowhere, since he had his mind made up, so now I'm stuck deciding between unnecessary replacement of both headlights, or paying another inspection station to do the job competently. The best part is, a few hours after i picked up my car, i decided to take a closer look myself, & neither headlight had a drop of moisture in it! Needless to say, I'm very frustrated!

Friendly and professional workers were able to change my oil quickly and efficiently. I also went ahead and had my air filter changed while they were under the hood. The next time I go there I will have my rear and front differential fluids changed.

It was my first time at this location and the service and staff did not disappoint. Andrew, Jose, and Corey went above and beyond and not only completed an efficient oil change but went the extra mile to show me the air filter and even check my tire tread and explain the measurements when asked. I'm a new car owner and thanks to their help I now know the next steps to maintaining my vehicle. Thanks so much and I will definitely be returning in the future!

DO NOT visit this establishment. I took my Toyota 4Runner in for a routine oil change and left with a destroyed vehicle. The technicians here are not trained properly to be handling thousands of dollars of machinery. Long story short, 24 hours after I paid for an oil change at this Valvoline, my oil pressure had dropped to catastrophic levels on the highway and my engine suffered permanent damage. After numerous calls back and fourth with the Valvoline branch manager and area manager, they refused to cover an engine breakdown diagnostic after the Toyota dealership determined my engine was bricked due to an improper plug replacement. There was VISIBLE ALUMINUM in the oil pan and both managers from Valvoline admitted fault but told me that I shouldn t trust the dealership because they want you to pay for things you don t need . If I had the energy, I d take these chumps to court. Instead I ll take my fleet vehicles to another company for services. Extremely disappointed in my experience here and will no longer be giving my own hard earned money or my company s money to ANY Valvoline establishment.Service: Oil change

If you want to wait for 3 hours to even get your car looked at I suggest you go to this place. They will gladly fail you for inspection to take your money. This place is a scam and a waste of time and money I suggest bring your business anywhere else

I got an oil change here. Not but 4 days later my engine seized due to 0 OIL in my engine. I'm not sure how they did this, but cost me $4,000 from not knowing how to perform a proper oil change. I have left this review before and it somehow got taken down. I had stopped going here for years due to the management taking advantage of certain people.My husband started going back now that it is a whole new management.The employees were very friendly, professional. They checked all my systems. Vinny showed me my battery power which was low. That explains why my automatic car starter did not work that same morningThey changed out my battery.I was not pressured into services I did not want. Such as recommended transmission flush.My vehicle has less than 30k miles.I declined. My decision was respected.Vinny asked if he could open my passenger door to place the battery charger inside my vehicle. I appreciated that.The atmosphere was pleasant. Vinny and the gentleman who was doing the work on my vehicle seem to enjoy their working relationship.I felt safe and respected throughout the entire service.I definitely recommend this place!!

4 stars due to price! But epic service, crew was perfect and professional.. sign says 15 minutes, I didn't time it but was in an out in no time. Will be back but seemed pricey but that could just me not knowing cost of new truck oil change prices.

These folks actually let the oil drain for a while whilst they checked everything from headlights and blinkers to air filters and windshield wipers (and more). Very thorough yet not coming off as an overt upselling scheme. Kinda pricey but I would say worth it. I also got an annual inspection done - that also was very thorough - I would say meticulous. When I left this shop, I was pretty sure everything they were supposed to do was done well.

Great fast service. They accepted my Groupon, only slightly charged me for an additional quart of oil, checked the pressure in the tires, air filter and fluids in all under the 15 minutes.

I arrived for an oil change and after they did the full inspection of lights, etc.. I was told they didn t have the filter for my Toyota Sienna and they asked me to go to the auto parts store to get my own. After doing so (filter cost $17.99) they wanted to offer only a $7 discount. While I was talking to them about this, they drained my oil. I was then forced to get it done there. I will not be going back.

They did what they were told.Checked on things that I did not ask about. Even checked on my air filter after I said I replaced it less than 20k miles ago, showed me there was a small amount of dirt and suggested I spend extra to replace it. They highly recommended I replace my cabin filter (though they never looked at it since I said not to) and said it should be replaced every year.If you know what you need done, don't mind paying extra and hold your ground it's a good place to go. The very pushy stance that these places always have on customers is why 3 stars will be the highest I can rate them.
