In late July, I went in for annual checks and an oil change. The service rep mentioned "we'll add tire rotation ($80) and then alignment for $180". I asked they check if either was needed first, then I'd be good with it. They did the tire rotation and oil change and didn t specifically mention the alignment. It was only after that we started noticing the vehicle pulling right a good amount. Maybe we just hadn't noticed it, and no idea if rotating tires could throw off alignment. We finally got it back in for an alignment and they quoted it at $240 (and it was actually $250). When I asked about $180 and the situation before, they noted the oil change and rotation, and the alignment quote was of course not documented since it wasn't ever checked. They said it's been that price for a long time, and while that holds up from what I see online, it's not what was quoted in July. They also mentioned "alignment check" isn t really a thing as they would just do it, yet didn t mention that before. I read some people get the lesser price for multi-service, so maybe that's why it was quoted at the lesser price the first time, but that wasn't acknowledged. So, we've spent $400 over two visits on two tire rotations and an alignment on a car that hasn t reached 15k miles, and the alignment this morning took 3 hours.I think it warrants some sort of acknowledgement of the miscommunication (at the very least), which cost an extra tire rotation, possibly $70 from the originally quoted alignment, and an additional 3 hours. While everyone was very respectful, definitely felt like I was given the runaround with no attempt to acknowledge or resolve.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I bought a 335i from this dealership in January, the sales rep told me multiple times their mechanics went over the car. This car was back in their shop not even a few weeks later and has been in and out of shops NON STOP ALL YEAR. They had the audacity to quote me over $10k in repairs around August for a car I purchased in JANUARY. (More than than half the purchase price!). THEN I Went to a BMW specialist shop and found that half the problems werent even in need of fixing! This dealership quoted to replace a TRANSFER CASE and the noise ended being a POWER STEERING PUMP!!!! The bmw specialist also fixed a coolant leak this dealership missed. They also sold me a car with a leaking oil pan.I barely even drive the car and it has been nothing but problems and a money pit!. I wouldnt trust this dealership or their mechanic shop at all. Prices are also ridiculous, they quoted me over $600 to fix a hood latch that another mechanic FIXED FOR FREE, IT DIDNT NEED ANY NEW PARTS!!!!!*** Editing this review since I received a response ***I still have the walk around video from the mechanic and one of the first things that they mentioned was replacing the hood latch and cables, it also now concerns me that if they were able to open it and it really wasn't broken and just needed to lubricate it. If thats the case... Why wasn't it returned to me in functioning condition? Why was I still quoted over $600 to repair the hood latch? Another mechanic did it for FREE and it has been working perfectly fine ever since. I will gladly share the videos for others to see! I can also happily share the paperwork from when I purchase a car when it had closer to 114k miles in it, now the car has 121k so actually over the course of the entire year I drove it around 8k.... I'm aware that I purchased a used car, however being purchased from a dealership and that was supposedly reviewed by a mechanic a couple months prior. It is absolutely absurd to be quoting customers over $10,000 in repairs for a vehicle that was purchased within the same year. Also quoting to replace a transfer case that didnt need to be replaced? It was reviewed by two other bmw specialist shops. Seriously? I will gladly continue to take my bmw elsewhere......

I had a flat tire on my way home from a ski trip and my BMW X1 was towed to Tulley BMW In addition to needing new tires, other parts needed to be ordered. Eli was so professional and compassionate as he kept me up to date and informed me about what needed to be done by the service department. Even though my car was not going to be ready that day, Eli set me up with a BMW 330i sedan loaner, and showed me how to use the controls till I was comfortable driving it until my car was ready. My BMW is running beautifully now. I am grateful that I had a top-notch team of experts giving me high quality service and value.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Convenient and don't have to wait to get an appointment. The will recommend unnecessary services though. I put new tires on last month. Only had a couple of hundred miles on them. They recommended a rotation and said they were half warn. Also told me to replace the coolant reservoir based on age, 6 years. That is not a wear and tear item. I had bought the car from them less than a year ago and they recommended over $ 7000 in repairs, including brakes which they installed brand new last year. Did you sell me a $29000 lemon? Needless to say, if a service department is this desperate for work that they recommend unnecessary repairs then they will not get new business. They create there own deficit. Bite the bullet, be honest and professional providing exceptional service and the business will come. PS, you scratched both my and my daughter's wheels. Use the plastic protector on the tire machine please. And don't replace a TPMS sensor then forget to put the valve stem cap on. The sensor will corrode and go bad again. Don't lie saying the cap was missing when it came in, it was there and the new sensor comes with the cap anyway, I asked parts.

Joe the Service Manager is a total star. He knows everything, explains it clearly, and is accommodating and patient with non-tech people, as well as incredibly responsive. Joe is a gem.

Worked with Brian first couple times, then with John during most recent visit. Have no complaints and they explained everything clearly. They also have valet service, which Brian told me was included with Ultimate Care+ for no extra charge (usually $50), and we live an hour away so it was a no brainer and excited to take advantage of it next time. They did break one of the tabs on a trim piece but immediately arranged to replace it and it looks new again!Obviously, since I have UC+, I'll be back (or maybe not physically back there since I'll be taking advantage of the valet service).

Everything seems to be done right and they are cordial enough to deal with, but service always seems to take longer than initially stated. Yes, I am a repeat customer and will continue to use their service center.
