Arrived at 3pm to test-drive the Mazda CX-3 they posted online. By 5pm, I had my new car in hand, financing all approved, trade-in made, paperwork drawn up. Very friendly staff: Jim Pitka, Ali Al Fartousi, Phil and Jonathan all helped make my car-buying experience relatively stress-free and enjoyable. The car is very clean for being used and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Best car sale I ve ever experienced. Definitely, ultimate professional customer service that is unmatched by Jim Pitka, Ali Fartousi and Shalina Gupta.I definitely recommend future buyers to look here first if you re interested in buying a new car. Purchasing with Off-Lease was Easy and they offered the highest trade in for my car, that was in line with Edmonds valuation. I originally started my search at Team Nissan and then we ventured to Off-Lease, my sales person James was able to stay with me through both endeavors. James was friendly, knew a lot about ALL the different cars I wanted to look at, and there was no pressure to buy. We looked at a LOT of different vehicles and test drove probably 5 and James was super patient the whole time. Phil and Matt was very pleasant to work with as were the service manager and the finance fella. I would recommend the group if you are in the market for a vehicle in the Manchester Area.

Let me start by saying that our purchase at Off Lease was the best buying experience EVER!We arrived at the dealership with a specific car in mind and our own financing. Within 2 hours of first walking through the door, we test drove the car, were approved for lower rate financing, leading to a lower payment, sealed the deal, and signed paperwork at the price we wanted with an extended warranty included.Jim Pitka, the GM, and Andra, our salesperson, were accommodating, knowledgeable, informative.We left Off Lease in a gorgeous 2018 Dodge Charger GT, still under factory warranty.My husband and I have bought many vehicles both new and used but always dreaded the buying process. Jim, Andra, and their dynamic team changed our mindset.I would recommend Off Lease to anyone in the market to buy a car.

I cannot express the excellent service we had at Off Lease Auto Mall. My boyfriend had been in the market for a new car the past couple of months when he finally found the car he wanted at Off Lease. GM, Jim Pitka was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process. Jim was able to give a generous military discount on the car as well. We were extremely happy leaving Off Lease on Wednesday, we went back Saturday morning after we were told about a Grand Cherokee coming in the next day I was interest in. We again were able to work through the entire process with Jim. As a very indecisive person, Jim was patient through the whole process with no pressure to make a deal. After going back and forth Jim offered me a great deal on the Grand Cherokee. Jim worked with both of us until we were happy with what we were getting and my boyfriend and I both left Off Lease happy with our purchases.

My son was interested in purchasing a Subaru WRX for his first car. We went to Off Lease Auto Mall to test drive it. Trey was the Sales Associate and he made it a great experience with no pressure to buy. Jim the Sales Manager and Ali the Financial Manager were so helpful and they gave us so much advice and information that it made purchasing the car so easy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would consider buying another vehicle from them in the future.

I can't say enough about the team at Off Lease. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and the entire process was seamless and easy. Specifically, my sales representative Christina was great, ask for her if you visit! Also I'd be remiss to not recognize the above and beyond effort from Manager Phil. I took delivery and noticed a small issue with one of the tires and Phil and Christina immediately addressed the issue and had the tire replaced. The showroom is clean, the staff is extremly attentive and helpful, and the inventory they have is better than anywhere else I looked in the region. When I took delivery the (used) car looked brand new, cleaned and came with a full tank of gas. I've worked in the industry so I know first hand how painful the vehicle purchase process can be. That was not the case with Off Lease! I'd highly recommend you visit for your next purchase. Ask for Christina and Phil!

Spend the day shopping around dealerships to trade in or sell my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Casually walked in Off lease, and left with a beautiful MB E300. Not only did they purchased my vehicle at a great price, they secured a low interest rate and monthly payments within the range i was comfortable. But most importantly; the team is knowledgeable and friendly. Jim, Trent and -I apologize the other sales manager name I am forgetting- gave us a great shopping experience fairly quickly. Highly recommend.

Easiest purchase I have ever made. Picked out a few vehicle, test drove them, picked this beauty and drove it off the lot 2hrs later signed, sealed and delivered!Thank you for a wonderful experience! Recommend this team to anyone!

I have been dealing with this dealership for a few days now, and while I did not end up purchasing the car from them, I must say they earned my respect. My sales person Anthony A was a great kid, respectful and attentive, more concerned with the customer service aspect then then sale, now how often do you see that?!! These guys, including the sales managers were just amazing, they were not pushy, not trying desperately to "close" me, they all gave me space, let me take the car for a few hours to my mechanic, this was truly a pleasurable experience, and honestly, when can you ever say that about buying a car?!9 out of 10 times it's a NIGHTMARE! Thses guys were gentlemen, understanding of my needs and equally as understanding when I backed out. I will be purchasing my car from them when that time does come.Thanks guys, I appreciate the service you provided.

We recently stopped in to off lease to check out a few vehicles. We were fortunate enough to have Nick Digirolamo to assist us. Nick was very informative on financing options and his knowledge of vehicle options and offered unbiased opinion. We found our vehicle and could not be happier with our purchase. A few weeks ago we decided to get rear breaks replaced with them because the price was pretty great and we could get in quickly to get them done. During the service, they realized they didn t have all the parts they needed so they gave my husband a rental car to use for the next day and gave a discount on the total cost, which was very nice. They have great customer service! He noticed some shakiness in the truck the past two days and was going to get it looked at at the end of the week. Unfortunately, he wasn t able to get it done quickly enough; the back wheel flew off on the highway, and someone smashed into the back of him. This shop was the last one to touch the wheel a few weeks ago and then this happened. Insurance will be handling it from here on out, but I wouldn t risk taking my car here again for anything. It could have been a simple error not tightening the wheel enough, but this turned into a pretty big deal and I wouldn t be able to trust them in the future.

The best car buying experience I ve ever had!! I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and Trey Samuels, my salesman, was literally running around getting everything ready for me!! When it came to numbers Jim Pitka, the Sales Manager, was a magician!! I told him what I was comfortable with and he made it possible with all the add-ons I wanted!! Once everything was a go, Shalini Gupta in finance made signing a breeze! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know ready to upgrade their vehicles!!

Originally I went here to get my oil changed and tires rotated on my Ford F-150XLT. After waiting for a hour and a half the Service manager (Tony) came out and said they couldn't rotate my tires because there was less tread on the front than the back so he wouldn't do rotate the tires. I may be mistaken but I thought the better tires should be up front. He also mentioned that I had to much air pressure in my tires that the sticker on the door of my truck said max 35lbs. My tires say 51 lbs.max pressure, as you can see in the 1st picture. Drove my truck home and noticed it was pulling to the left. Checked all the tires air pressure and the front 2 tires were set to 30lbs PSI and the rear are set at 32lbs. PSI. I haul a lot of materials in the back of my Truck as well as pull a 14 foot trailer for work. Took it back and wanted to know why the air pressure was set at 30lbs abs he said cause that's what the sticker on the door said. He failed to look at the tire itself and see the max pressure is 51lbs. I had all of them set at 42 PSI and never had one problem. I would not recommend going to have any work done on your vehicle knowing that the guy can't even read the correct tire pressure. What a hassle!!!!

Bought a truck there with lots of shady problems. 1. They showed me an I Owe You sheet with three things on it including filling holes in the dash. When I got home this was replaced with a blank one with nothing on it which I noticed upon going through my documents. 2. Going through my documents because 2 weeks after purchase the drive shaft is going out.. they have a 50% parts and labor warranty which I am sure is either planned I would be back or they will try to avoid until the warranty is up. Will update this after my visit.

Do not step foot near this dealer--- your going to get ripped off 5 different ways and your going to get 1 key and nothing else that your supposed to have that comes with the vehicle.....went to get my flat tire fixed and there was no key to unlock the rim anywhere and some snarky geek was useless when I called looking for it or a replacement when obviously they have extras

Do not give these people the time of day! Seira kept emailing me asking how she could help me. Asked me to give her a challenge and a chance to earn my buisness. I gave her my details on my trade in and never heard back from her. Don't trust her or them. Scam artists is what they are. Lies and lies and more lies. Take your buisness elsewhere!

I bought my 2018 Audi from off lease maybe a month ago and I loved the energy when I got my car, the issues happened when I went for my first oil change with a appointment made and left my car to get coffee a hour had passed, nothing was done because the said the car needed a factory oil filter and I had to wait 5 hours until it was done, today on September 10th I had a indicator saying my left tail light was faulty and I called the service dept to check it from yesterday, they said they would look at it and less than 15 minutes they told me they didn't have time to check it and to make an appointment after buying this with the factory warranty still on it.
