After reviewing several tire shops, I decided to have 4 tires replaced at Sullivan Tire in Manchester, NH. The job went great with no problems. Adam and Brian did a great job changing, mounting, and balancing the tires. Also went up and above and cleaned my wheels. They were also personable, polite, and knowledgeable. Matt, the store manager, and Chris were also kind and helpful. What a great team. They care about the customer and deserve your business... Mike

I loved that they were personable, upfront & fair with their quote. There were no hidden fees or gimmicks, and they let me know what to expect. Much better than dealing w/ a dealership. These guys are great!

Good experience with all the gentlemen who put up with me. I have to give you them credit because I went in there angry and took it out on them. They did nothing wrong. I was having a bad day and when I left all were forgiven with me and I'll continue to buy from them. The job was done very quickly and it was under emergency as far as time went. Thank you to all behind the counter!!

I brought my car in this morning for maintenance, an oil change, and an alignment. They had me in and out in around an hour and a half and were so helpful in explaining how everything worked, what needed to be repaired and even gave suggestions of where to go for the issue my car had. Overall a wonderful experience, will be going back!

Brought my car in to have new tires put on and the technician scratched and gouged my expensive aftermarket wheels and also left white tire geese all over my wheels and tires. Looks like someone also rubbed up against my white car and left grease smudges on the drivers side. Definitely would not recommend this place if you have wheels that you care about.

Get a coffee machine or something guys lol you need to wake up. You put the wrong tire on my car, then replaced it and forgot the valve stem cap. You tried to charge me for a new tire and acted like I forumulated some hare brain scheme for getting free tire. If you go here, customers, make sure you double check literally anything they do for you.

I always recommend this branch of Sullivan Tire. They have always been very good to my husband and I and are very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. This time, I found out I had a nail in my tire and had driven on it. I called and asked what they would recommend for tires and they told me about a sale that made a set of very high end tires the same price as your mid-range tires. I opted for them and I had the tires installed (along with some other overdue maintenance)two days later. My car was ready within 3 hours. This is my go-to spot in the area and I have never been disappointed.

At the Manchester, NH location, Rick and the team are professional and friendly! They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do, and take time to thoroughly explain things if there are any issues with our vehicles. We are repeat customers because they are trustworthy! Matt took the time out of his day to help my aunt that needed a tire replaced. This was on short notice, and he was already booked for the next day. My aunt needed this done ASAP as she had to return home for an important appointment and blew her tire out on her way back. He accommodated us with the best deal possible and even called me to ensure she made it home safe! Highly recommend!!!!

Great customer service even when they don't do the work scheduled. My father In law had perfectly good tires on his vehicle and instead of just installing the new set he wanted, they questioned him, educated him, checked his alignment and sent him on his way at no charge. The could have easily just sold the set of tires to him but instead, they did the right thing and told him his tires were in great shape. Kudos to you Sullivan for being a value driven, honest company. You solidified the reason I sent him there in the first place!

my dad went there to get ONE tire put on & simple valve fixed and he was played . He was over charged and manipulated by a younger employee & told one price , & then at the end an older man came and told him a TOTALLY different price , almost double what the 1st employee said . My dad just paid the amount after waiting over 2 HOURS plus whilst they took multiple other customers whilst he sat waiting. they take advantage of people that are in experienced and & don t know a lot about vehicles ,sickening

Bought four tires from them and one keeps going flat. Took it to be fixed and they said nothing is wrong with it but why does it keep going flat? My locking value cap came up missing. Still trying to get this tire fixed but can t stand on my foot I had surgery on.

I was very impressed by the quality of service I received. I ordered my tires at 5 on Monday and was able to get an appointment the next day on Tuesday. Shortly after I received an email stating that the truck was already loaded they apologized that my tires didn't make it on the truck because it was already loaded but they were able to get them there the next day which I was very impressed and had them on in a matter of hours. Very professional. Along with the Professional Service I got to substantial rebates which no other Tire Company could match so I had a very great experience with Sullivan Tire Manchester New Hampshire. Thank you

Did what they promised, didn't try to upsell me into products I didn't need or want, got me in and out well before the time quoted, generally very pleasant experience all around. I made an appointment following up from an oil change that it was recommended that I needed new brakes for my car and that it is best to do them both at the same time .I did get a quote at that Manchester store on South Willow Street . I made an inquiry about the cost of the job and asked for a better price there was no special coupon for service work at this time offering a good discount .The following day last week a store employee called me and he had spoken to the manager Matt and they ended up giving me a better discount that I was satisfied with .On July 8 th I dropped my car off and the service writer Randy went over with me what would exactly be done. I was told me car would be there for a few hours and Randy drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready so I didn t have to hang around.I was very satisfied when I picked up my car and was told to go easy On the brakes for the first 1,000 miles to break them in .I have been a long time customer of Sullivan Tire and have always had a great experience and the quality of work has always been superb .I want to thank Randy and Matt the manager for working with me and of course the team at the shop who worked on my car .

Got a good deal on four Goodyear Eagle touring tires. Got in and out in a respectable time frame. The feller behind the desk was quite a conversationalist. He kept me entertained during me wait. I've been a loyal consumer of Sullivan Tire, the service and products meet my high expectations.

This small place.... Why would you go here with so many tire mega stores around the area right???!!! Well, that's what I thought until a friend of mine had the most honest and fair experience with her jeeps e-brake. So I tried them out for myself and the men who work here were so friendly and welcoming. I am very happy with the service and the pricing and I know they weren't after my money they just wanted another happy customer to leave their store in a safe vehicle. I haven't had a warm fuzzy feeling ever spending money for car maintenance ...Until today! I am family for life now. Thank you guys. I'll be back soon!

Good morning Sullivan Tire, I scheduled my appointment with Matt at the South Willow St manchester, NH location for state inspection. My car was ready in under an hour. While waiting I took notice of how professional Matt is with his customers. This is what keeps me coming back. I scheduled an appt for my work vehicle (fleet customer)for a tire rotation and oil change. Left vehicle for a full 5 hours at which time I needed it for a mid afternoon customer visit. When I came back they did not even have on a lift yet. At that point I had to leave without the needed services completed. When I spoke to the manager about my dismay and asked about rescheduling for a time I wouldn't need to leave it all day he stated he couldn't provide that service for another 2 - 3 weeks. This store is not run efficiently, no sense of urgency, and needless to say I won't use Sullivan in the future for work or personal vehicles. (Manchester NH location)

They did the service I requested but lied and ignored what I said. Don't come here, they'll do whatever they want.Examples:- Said they needed to install a 60$ part, and I said "No", yet they proceeded to install said part and charge me 90$. (They didn't listen to me and lied about what they were installing)- Said they needed to install a new ball joint, instead they installed WAY more than a new ball joint (They AGAIN lied about what they're installing)- The best part is all of the above was discussed over the phone so good luck getting any of this on paper! XD

Great experience! I went in with one flat tire and was told that all tires needed to be replaced. Nick was great at explaining the reasoning and was not pushy at all. The team is definitely knowledgeable. Gilbert worked on my car and did a great job! Thank you so much for your help and recommendations!

Nice and Professional staff. Location of store so could walk to other stores while waiting. Updated me during wait time on what stage they were in. Good pricing. Rebate. Clean waiting room and bathrooms.

Found a screw in my tire and called at 10am. got me in at 2pm, patched my tire and changed a brake light in one hour. 45 bucks. Great experience.

Had a great experience here. I called Sullivan right after calling AAA when I got a flat. It was 5 mins before they closed and I was not expecting them to answer (most places don't that close to closing). They answered and fit me in the next day first thing. They worked quickly to change my tires and the staff was honest and reliable. They could have sold me an alignment but honestly told me I didn't need and alignment or new rim and instead and took care of my tires (and rotation, etc.), plate lights and a couple of stripped studs for a low cost. They also turned off my maintenance light (which was neglected last oil change). I feel like we all have trust issues with garages. A lot of times I have my dad or partner confirm I need something before a garage tries to sell me something, but I really felt they were honest here and did a good job (and quickly) and went above and beyond.

The staff are all friendly and professional at Sullivan Tire Manchester. I trust them with my car and never worry if they're going to screw something up or over-recommend services. They make honest recommendations for what my car needs. Over the last 4 years, I have needed maintenance and repairs big and small. When possible, they give me options for what tires to choose or how to fix whatever issue my car may be having. The prices for parts and service are reasonable. The assistant manager Matt G. is kind and very helpful. Great place!
