Great customer service (thanks Gary). Only issue was with tire rotation, tech stated lug nuts were swelling and too tight. They were the ones that last tightened lugs when I got new tires. Also tire pressure not checked and tires had different psi while driving home, not a big deal but should have part of the service.

Always a pleasant experience at State Motors. Staff is thoughtful and friendly. They don t pressure me for services I don t want. Chris is the salesman that sold me my Corsair and he was so kind and did not pressure me. I have always taken my Lincolns to State Motors for service because of this and will continue.

Work was done well I just wished they had mentioned when I made my appointment that they charge 3% if you pay by credit card. Cash, check, or debit they don t charge for. I was 160 miles from home. Who carried checks with them? And who has 1200 cash on them and I don t carry my debit card. It s ANNOYING. But they did inform me when I made my 80000 appointment that they planned on charging me $75 fir a loaner car for the day. I clarified when I arrived that, no, they were not charging me. I just wish they would figure out the talk track.

I love going to Lincoln State Motors. Their service is excellent, fast and efficient. Everyone is kind and they re not pushy, you leave knowing you re getting great service.

Excellent service. All work that was performed was explained by the service manager. Very efficient, the work was completed and car washed and ready to go in a short period of time. I received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Always professional and competent. Only complaint is that there was a recall on the vehicle that I didn't remember and State found. They had to correct it but didn't let me know it would delay the process.

I have worked with State Motors for over 10 years. I have bought 2 cars from them and get my cars serviced with them when needed. Chris, Jon and Bob are fantastic to work with and I trust them with my car(s) and their advice. I would HIGHLY recommend working with State motors for ALL your car needs.

I love this dealership, they are very kind. Only thing I would say is that they need to have a little more attention to detail in the shop. Transfer from service desk to mechanic and back can be a little challenging and not everything requested gets completed.

Needed new tires, ordered on Monday didnt have them in stock. Called me Monday PM, will have them, come in for installtion Wednesday 12:30 PM. Travelled an hour to get there at 10:30 AM asked if they could take me early, couldnt do it, understandable Did some shopping, got back to dealership at 12:30, gave them all our info, will be 2 hours or more maybe. Great restaraunt next door, went for lunch 15 minutes later got call Tires not delivered Yahoo What a joke offered other tires Service: Tires

Excellent service, on short notice. I had my second low beam failure in a month, but this time, more than the bulb needed to be replaced. And I was heading out of town the next morning. A new socket needed to be soldered in. Jon in Service got me in that afternoon and I was on my way. Thank you State Motors!
