South Elm Auto serviced my wrangler for a rocker replacement. The customer service and work were excellent. The final costs matched the estimate. They needed to order a tool to complete the work, which delayed timeframe to complete the repair; but they gave us a loaner car and Rich communicated with us throughout the process to keep us updated. I highly recommend South Elm Auto. We will definitely use them again for future repairs!

This is a great shop! They truly care about their customers. Went in for inspection and got some other pointers before leaving. There are plenty of places that treat you like money, but they treat you in the best interest of your car. Give them a call and I doubt you will regret it! Definitely will go back!

I won't take my classic Land Rover Defender anywhere else. Sean and his guys are the best. They are thorough and fair. Sean knows more about these trucks than any other mechanic I've been to. Went to S Elm Automotive for the first time as it came highly recommended by a friend/neighbor. They addressed what I thought would be serious issue with my car promptly .. they got my car evaluated the same day I called and took care of the issue immediately despite the fact they were extremely busy. Great communication, honest, transparent. Extremely positive experience and I will definitely use them again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I got a flat tire on 93 and had my car towed here. Rich was awesome and was able to replace my tires within a couple of hours. I also asked if they could fit in an oil change, reattach a mud flap, and check out a clicking noise while it was there. He was so accommodating and able to have the team take care of all the work quickly and very affordably! Rich communicated everything clearly and thoroughly. What a trustworthy and professional team! I will not bring my car anywhere but here from now on.

We have been going to South Elm for over 15 years back when it was owned by the previous owners, Kevin and JOHN. The same amazing service has continued with the new owners, Kevin and Sean. We have literally saved thousands of dollars and unnecessary work by going to South Elm automotive. Local dealerships report problems with my vehicle with a very large price tag to repair them. I go over to South Elm with those same repair list and the items that are reported broken are actually fine. And they are the most honest mechanic we have ever had the opportunity to work with, and have referred many friends and family, who have also received the same great service and prices. Kevin at South Elm Automotive as well as everyone else are wonderful.Everyone is very professional and honest, and anytime I ve had an issue with my car, they have always done their best to get my car in as soon as possible. My family and I have gone to this mechanic for years, even before the new owners. The new owners are just as wonderful and skilled at what they do. I had a seal that could have caused major problems, my service car light was on. Although they had nearly 2 week wait period for appointments, a cancellation occurred and they took me right away. I was so worried, but they resolved the problem and it was a reasonable price, not an arm and a leg. Great service, great price, fast and friendly mechanics. I will definitely do more, ps, very knowledgeable about almost all makes, mine was a Volvo, some mechanics don t have a clue, but they know a lot.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great people, great service, and fair prices. :) They usually have better availability compared to most other places as well. I've never felt duped into paying extra for an unnecessary repair, either, which is a big deal to me!

Very positive experience! I have a late model Land Rover and the good gentlemen at South Elm Automotive took exceptional care of my vehicle, and did not charge the astronomical prices that the dealer charges for general maintenance. The service involved fuel injection on a 12 cylinder Aston Martin. The reception all the way through to picking up the car was extremely professional and well done. I have spent years in the business myself and feel the service that I had at Southelm is top notch. The appointment scheduled a week in advance was met right on time and finished remarkably quick. This is my go to place. I would not take my car anywhere else. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They always explain any repairs needed so that I fully understand what needs to be done and why. If you need work done on your car, give them a call. They were great!! I highly recommend South elm auto! I was having an issue with my vehicles windshield washing tubes, they were both broken. They were very accommodating and reasonably priced. I have brought several cars there now and told several people about them!

My headlight did not pass inspection. South Elm fixed it within 30 minutes. Last year, I brought my BMW Z4 to South Elm to have a full maintenance check that included new brakes and other general maintenance. They were efficient and the price was reasonable.
