Ron s toy shop is an amazing repair facility. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I ve brought my personal vehicles there as well as my company vehicles. Had a minor problem with a repair in the past but Ron s stood behind their work 100% and made it right and even took the time to check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. They truly are a genuine company and have earned my five star review!

Purchased a BK100 orange and black motorcycle wheel chock from Ron's Toy Shop to use in my garage when working on my vintage 1975 BMW R 90/6 motorcycle. So my wife and I purchased a fifth wheel recently. Consequently, I needed a new vehicle and then of course a hitch to tow it. I did my usual search and the reviews for Ron s toy shop were pretty impressive. I m a skeptic by nature, but thought I d give them a call and see what kind of experience I might have. I ve spent many years in the customer experience business, and I have to say each individual I spoke to was pleasant and extremely helpful. This was my first time with a fifth wheel set up and was looking for lots of information. The Ron s Toy Shop team was awesome!. When I picked up the vehicle, the tech (Roger) who installed the hitch, walked me through how it operated and how to use it to my advantage. Big thanks to Marc, Kyle, and Roger. Plus I think a couple others that I spoke with, but I don t know their names. I will be back again and again.

What a great group of guys! The owners are always on sight and friendly, Mark at the front counter is very knowledgeable and the techs are friendly, professional and quick. Must be a great place to work, everyone s always saying hello and smiling!I ll definitely be continuing to get my work done there!

Such a great experience!! Went here for the first time today and I will definitely be coming back. I have a Kia so I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit, but it definitely was. Waiting room was clean and spacious as well. They were SO nice, and the price was well worth it.

This placeI came up from boston to look at a trailer. The staff was so helpful. I had spoke to a gentleman (Matt) on the phone earlier. I had told him what I was looking for. He went to work and found me exactly what I was asking for.There in inventory is huge. They will work for you, too get what your looking for.Ron's toy shop will be a great experience you will never for get. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Enclosed Cargo Trailer 6'x10'+2'V BLACK RAMP Covered Wagon from Matt Founier at Ron's Toy Shop early 2017. I have had the covered trailer for many months now and I am still very happy with it. It is a great family run business and the Customer Service was pretty awesome, in my opinion. Several members of the family were out late on a Friday at closing to help me hook-up my trailer and be on my way. Very knowledgeable and no B.S. when it came to the sale of the trailer. I will continue to recommend them for cargo trailer sales.

They had it fixed and ready the same day before close. Fantastic service once again. Purchased a Durabull trailer remote from PA. Kyle did a virtual trailer walk-thru, helped answer all my questions and had all the paperwork and everything ready when I picked it up on Memorial Day weekend! Trailer is awesome, customer service is excellent!

I was looking for pricing on a 7x12 enclosed for a business purchase. I was shown around by Matt who once he knew about my needs directed me to a much less expensive option to get me thru the summer. I will be putting an order in for custom enclosed later in the summer. Bottom line great sales reps no hard sell foolishness this won t be my last purchase. Thank you Matt

Took my 1980 corvette to Ron's to have them take a look at it. I had purchased it recently. I have never owned a carbureted car, and had been told I had a vacuum leak, as my pop up headlights were slow to activate. I asked them to look it over, and left a list with small things that need repair: drivers door mirror, drivers sun visor, see if it needs a tune up. Ron's called me back and informed me they did a compression test and my cars engine had lower than normal compression readings. When I went to pick it up I was presented with a bill for nearly $800. When asked what they did to my car I was told "he's into it for a lot of time." Anyway I paid the bill, took my car home. The next day it wouldn't run. I called Ron's and explained my car was stalling/unable to run. Their response: "was there a question? I didn't hear a question." I responded "You just serviced my car now its not running." No apology from them. They said "bring it back." I explained again that it wasn't running, they said it was my responsibility to get it towed to them. After "fixing" my car a second time, I asked what the issue was? Their response: "you have a vacuum leak." So I paid them nearly $800, and they didn't fix the leak. Fast forward to a couple days after they worked on my car for a second time, and the car wont turn over. MIND YOU, when I originally dropped my car off, it was running and reliable. Now I need to get it towed to a mechanic that actually knows what he/she is doing.UPDATE: Ron's saw my review and contacted me. I went into the shop during my lunch break, requested to speak to the owner. Was told the owner passed on. I asked who the new owner was. Was told it was Ron's wife and that I was not allowed to speak to her. Was told I could "leave a card, or speak to the owner's Son." I had to wait to speak to the son. The son wanted to shake my hand, I explained that I was unsatisfied. The son (part owner?) repeatedly said he had no idea what was going on. I said "someone saw my review and contacted me, who called me?" An employee behind the counter raised his hand. I said "Ok so you've worked on my vehicle, two times, and this shop is claiming they have no idea what's going on?" I was asked several times to give them an opportunity to explain. When doing so, they're only real response was that they understand that I'm not satisfied, and that they wanted the opportunity to make it right. I explained, yet again... that when I entrusted my classic car to them, it was a running reliable vehicle. I paid them nearly $800 and I received it back, and it stalled In traffic (nightmare situation). When I brought this to their attention they never apologized, and said it was my responsibility to get it towed back to them. In good faith I gave them a second chance to fix their mistake. After working on it a second time, its still stalling. To reiterate, it was not stalling and was a reliable vehicle before they touched my car. Not one time have they offered to refund my money. When asking for a refund the owner/owner rep said "we worked on your car, we provided value..." I said "I paid nearly $800 and my car isn't running what value did Ron's Toy shop provide me?" He responded by asking "why did you bring your car to us? what did we do to your car? we did a tune up." To which I responded "You are the owner, and you don't know what's going on? And I wasn't told you did a tune up." He corrected himself and said they replaced the distributor. But I was being "hostile."Please, learn from my customer service experience. Ron's claims to value customer service: "Born of a time when great customer service was NOT the exception; Ron s Toy Shop strives to give excellent old fashion quality service at competitive prices."-taken directly from their website.I'm sorry to hear the previous owner has passed on, its obvious current leadership Is incompetent. Think again before entrusting your vehicle with this shop.

Professional service. Friendly staff. Wish they called or texted more updates as my shipment of a part was delayed. Other than that, great experience.Update: Returned for general maintenance as my car recently reached 200k miles. Car has never run smoother. These guys are the best in the biz!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They are upfront and very honest with you. They don't lie or try to soak you for more parts and money then your car actually needs. Very happy to have found them and will take all my cars there. I highly recommend that you give them a chance when your auto repairs. I believe you will be shocked and impressed with how well they take care of you and repair your vehicle.

Ron's has been my go to for auto work for years. My dad always said when you find an honest mechanic you stick with them. Which is why my dad has also been going to Ron's for decades.Ron's is always top notch and honest, they are not going to BS you into getting things you don't need. They are a little more expensive than some other places but it's worth it for reliable quality service. You get what you pay for with Ron's!

These guys at Rons are spectacular.I've used dozens of repair shops over the years. It starts with Jaime answering the phone, the guy is awesome, friendly, understanding, helpful, polite and courteous.Jimmy has been my mechanic that has done several jobs on my truck and he's great. The quality of service goes way above any other shop I've experienced, the prices always seem far, I've been surprised how low the price was instead of the other shock of a price being too high and I've done some fairly extensive work with them. I can't say enough, this is my new favorite shop and I'm thrilled I won't need to find another one.Thank you guys, keep up the great work.
