Great Team at Rome Motors. I'm a huge fan of these guys and will continue taking my car here! When all the lights come on in your car, go see them. They fit me in to do a battery change, alternator change, and an oil change in under 2 hours... it was like a NASCAR pit stop lol

Chris at Rome motors made my car buying process a breeze! He was very helpful and honest about everything. The dealership also gives a great warranty just incase anything were to happen. I was in and out the same day, driving off the lot in my new beautiful car! All in all I highly recommend Chris and Rome motors to anyone in the market for a vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars

This place is great! As a first time buyer and taking out a loan i was super nervous to get screwed over. I saw an audi a4 on Cargurus that fit what i was looking for perfectly it just had higher miles than i wanted. But when Chris showed me the carfax and that it was serviced religiously at an Audi dealership and when i got to test drive the car i knew the car was kept up with and wasn t going to screw me over. Chris was great to me and answered everything honestly and made me feel like i was making the right decision. His inventory isn t junk at all, his prices are great, and he even had a brand new battery put in for me before i drove the car off the lot. Definitely recommend Rome Motors and will be telling friends and family to go to Chris!!! He also referred me to a guy to help get the best auto insurance rate. Super great place:)

Bought a wrangler here not too long ago, after driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on, something they promised wouldn't happen. To their credit, they did fix it. Not long after that, the vehicle stated leaking antifreeze fluid, I text the sales guy to see when I could bring it by with no response, so I did a surprise visit. They fixed it on the spot. I Reached out again about a week late for another potential issue with no response. I get it, used vehicles are going to have issues, but don't cold shoulder the customer after the sale, tried reaching out twice with no response.P.S the first issue was something to do with the catalytic converter which meant I had to leave it there for a few days while it was getting fixed which added the inconvenience of finding rides there and back again, although the salesman did give me a ride back one of the times, appreciated.Update - months later and they never sent the title in to the state. I had to end up paying the state myself to get the title.
