My wife and I purchased a Volvo wagon from Real Deal a while ago, it turned out to be a great car for our family for a long time. When it was time to get something newer Ken at real deal was the first place we went. Our second vehicle purchase from Ken went just a smooth as the first one. Ken s communication through the process was great and we left the lot as satisfied customers a second time. If we re still in the area when the time comes we ll definitely be back to real deal for our next car.

Melissa and Ken were very transparent with everything, as was the mechanic. I purchased a safe vehicle for my 4 small kids and I to get around in. They communicated well and helped the process of purchasing a car go smoothly! I would recommend giving them a visit if your looking for great customer service!

At first, the owner Ken was super nice and emailed back and forth with me to get the deal going. Ran my credit, estimated my trade in and sent the car to the mechanic for one last check before finalizing the sale.This is when things took a turn....the car suddenly needed a new transmission and while I appreciated that they were going to replace it, they fell off of the earth and stopped communicating with me. No returning me emails, not answering my phone calls, yet answering phone calls from other people that I had call to see if they were just not answering MY CALLS. I was really excited about the car and was beyond patient with their lack of communication which went on for WEEKS.Because of this, I would NOT recommend doing business with Real Deal Auto.

Real deal auto IS THE REAL DEAL % my wife and I had gone in to look at a few cars and she was so happy with everything. As for me I don't trust many car places but I sure do trust them. Very honest and will not tell you a story about a car they tell you what you need to know. Was an awesome experience working with them.

Ken won t put anything on his lot that isn t reliable and has alot of life left. He mostly stocks family cars and cars that have good safety features. There is alot of quality here being a small, privately owned used car dealership. Ken is a father and grandfather and it shows in the way he guides a customer through the buying experience. Both parties win when you buy or finance with Ken, him with a sale and you with a good car ready for its second life.

Outstanding Customer Service,Ken and his team was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. Was treated with respect and made you feel like family, he takes care of his customers.A wide selection of vehicles to choose from cleaned and detailed. Picked out a nice Lincoln at a great price. Very pleased to have the vehicle already inspected along with a warranty on the vehicle when you roll out.Make sure you tell them Mikey sent you. Ken and his team really make the whole car buying process a breeze. He is a very laid back and honest guy, and clearly cares a lot about his customers. He takes just as good of care of his cars. We got a great car at a great price and couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well maintained vehicle.

We are on our second vehicle from real deal. Ken and his daughter are amazing people. Made the process very simple and fast. We had an issue with the back windshield wiper and he had us bring it down and fixed immediately. Highly recommend them. They are honest and fair..

Ready to buy 2nd car here! Impeccable service & customer care! We saw a Saturn Outlook SUV on their website. We had lots of initial questions and all were answered promptly and honestly. Ken had affordable financing in place, just as we requested. When we drove 60+ miles to see the car, it was both mechanically and aesthetically exactly as described. The price was very fair, less than blue book value. But Ken wanted to take care of a few minor cosmetic details inc. putting in new wipers before we took it. He also went above & beyond by installing new tires and all new brake sets! We couldn t take it home that day, but were willing to come back to pick it up. He insisted that we take a loaner vehicle home so we wouldn t have to drive back, and he would deliver the SUV to our home regardless of the distance. (The loaner was very luxurious.) As promised, our Saturn was delivered the next day! I m happy to validate this rating, & I still have several texts proving how professional, accommodating and genuine Ken and his daughter were.

Vehicles are all junk bought 2 vehicles from there both ended up with issues days after leaving lot, I got no help. From real deal. Had to pay $1000s out of pocket to have both fixed and still waiting on parts that real deal said they would send me over and over, been 3 months now and still haven t got them. Great prices but now I know why because they are junk card that they rig up until sold had an alternator they put on snap the bolts of in engine because they never tightened it, bought a truck a few years ago from them and got no help once it left lot either, worse customer service I ve ever had.

I just purchased a Toyota rav4 about a month ago price was good love the car I small oil leak I call them back and took care the problem immediately car is running perfectly fine I fully recommend them

Do not recommend. Bought a truck that took them 2 months to get inspected. Communication with them is terrible. They ordered me a tailgate for my truck and it came all dented and bent and they did nothing about it. They finally inspected my vehicle and then a couple weeks later there is a gas leak that cost $800. Don t go here, definitely not worth your time and money. All it has been is a hassle.

Bought my sons first car here..RIP OFF!!!!!! We've had the Honda 4 months replaced the engine, and now transmission went. My mechanic said they must of known because they put allot of fluid in transmission to get it by longer an old TRICK apparently. Also there was a hole on side of engine block. . But it came with a sticker how is that. so i'm hoping this will save someone else all the grief and aggravation this has caused my family! Good thing reviews can't get deleted.

I purchased a 2010 Volvo from him and all the way he was upfront honest and went above and beyond to help me get it to be my own. He trusted me to uphold my word on my end and didn't have to the service is exceptional I have never had such a great experience and would recommend them over and over again!!!

Bought a car not even a year ago took it to get inspected and didn't pass everything the shop said was wrong with it would not happen in a year like the e break not hooked up or parking rear left side parking break not hooked up but real deal auto shop had made sure it passed. oh and the engine light keeps going on and can't read the right codes he tells you to lie to the loan compays. just a major scumbag place won't do business to them or send anyone to them ever.

I had a great experience with these people. I live in Lowell so they actually had one of their guys meet me at the Lowell RMV with the car and all the paperwork. The guy was super nice and stayed with me to make sure everything was all set and then they ubered him back to Manchester! I shouldn't have even had to go to Manchester, but the check engine light did come on so I did drive there. They went above and beyond making sure everything was all set for me to get a sticker like the ad had guaanteed. I mentioned the wiper blades kind of sucked. Bam, they threw on new ones. Asked about an oil change, bam, done. I mean these people were very nice, caring people. I would definitely recommed going here.

I did not have any service done with them, but my car was towed by Supreme towing and the mechanic and the owner took the time to help try and figure out where they were located and and called them for me since Supreme towing wouldn t answer my phone calls intentionally. Thank you!

Place sucks for customer service car was decent but needed a few things and he said he wouldOrder them and never did so I called talked to him once he said sorry that he would order it , still never did, I called and called and left messages and nothing not response from them I definitely wouldn t but a car from there again
