The service was great and I especially like the video of the work done that was sent by the technician. They were very informative about my warranty and the service desk staff were very friendly. I bought my car which is a Volkswagen at CarMax and have decided to only use that Volkswagen dealership for my service because of the first impression. It was definitely a lasting impression. Thank you!

My Salesman s name is Jack. He was extremely professional from start to finish. The Finance Manager is Mr. Koza. These two outstanding young men treated me fairly and made good on their word. I had been to other dealerships and was outwardly lied to. These guys were honest and made the experience a good time. I am happy to recommend this combination of Dealership, Salesman and Finance Manager. 5 stars.

Was greeted and made comfortable by a woman. I didnt get her name but she was super friendly! They called to cancel my appointment because of lack of staff but they were still able to take care of my car. The appointment didnt take long and everything went well.

They had the only manual transmission in Manchester that I didn't feel like I was getting robbed on. Then they dropped the price. I actually wanted another Subaru. The price for used Subarus is criminal. They are getting more for used than they were brand new.I got a really good price with phenomenal warranty and excellent service. All I got at the 5 dealerships I went to first was an understanding of how a women feels walking into a bar alone at midnight.I didn't get oversold. They didn't try to talk me into anything other than the car I was there to see. The financing was faster than my credit union with a lower rate.I got a new Jetta for 20000 plus gap and warranty for 22500. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles but I don't need them.Next year my wife's car will be paid off and Quirk will be my first stop. Highly recommended.

Jack and Joel were both amazing to work with when purchasing my new 2024 Tiguan. They were easy going, they didn t play any games, and it was one of the easiest car transactions I ve ever had. I drove 3.5 hours to get my car, even though there were several Volkswagon dealers closer to me, because these 2 made it worth it! Thanks so much! Love my new car!

Both Devon and Jack were great to deal with and very straightforward. I chose to drive to Manchester instead of the VW a couple miles down the road because they weren't pushy at all and found me a good deal without all the theatrics. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I am very satisfied every time I go into Quirk for any serious my car needs, Logan is awesome and has been helping me for the past year. He always very thorough and explains everything that was done or needs to be done to maintain my warranty and my car In perfect condition.

Matt worked very hard to make sure I got in and got my inspection sticker. He made sure that I had ample coolant.What needs Improvement: it would be more convenient if Quirk VW would go back to providing loaner vehicles rather than Lyft shuttles. This way the customer has more freedom to continue running errands or continue on to work. The Lyft shuttle limits the customer to local locations only.Outdoor seating/waiting option would be health-friendly.Last time I tried to use cash as payment I was told that I could only use credit/debit.Interior vacuum service would be so nice if included with visits.

Jack was amazing. He was super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable . He was very prompt with his communication back and forth with me for the week or two before I was able to make it down to the dealership. Dylan was also great. Not only did he meet me half way to deliver my new vehicle, but he took extra time to show me how to use all the new features on the touch screen. He made sure I had no additional questions or concerns with my new vehicle before I made the long drive home.

Great customer/mechanic service.Jodi was very helpful.I was a little dissapointed that the dealership does not offer any incentives for loyal service customers- i.e. buy tires at Quirk- get free rotation when you get your oil changed, etc...

The billing was a complete disaster. It took three phone calls and 3 days to get resolved. VW should also be aware of when recalls are due, and offer those immediately to the customer when dropping their car off, rather than mentioning when the car is being picked up. This is especially true for a FIRMWARE recall, which takes zero effort.

Car had check engine lights going off in a brand new car I purchased from quirk VW in Manchester so I brought it in for service. Not only did they waste a week of my time not knowing what the problem was having brought the car in multiple times, missed work and personal appointments and was dismissed with no booking of a follow up appointment. The entire week the real service manager never reached out once. I assume it s because I was lied to once when I called, and the receptionist said the manager Logan would be on the phone. Turns out he s not the manager. He s a service tech and I have never met anyone who was so apathetic or cared about their job less. I ended up going to another dealership who spotted the problem and ordered the part in a few short hours. Don t do service here!

I had a great experience with Keith. He was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He heard what I was looking for and he helped make something work! I would highly recommend working with Keith for your car buying experience. The close was also very easy, thanks to Keith and Jeremy!

If I could have given them 0 stars, I would. They scam people into unnecessary work on their vehicles without giving verbal or written quotes! Then they argue how they gave a quote over the phone without even diagnosing a car! Bunch of unprofessional; while I was waiting for my car, I overheard employees discussing other customers' financials. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Quirk is a solid dealership. I buy a lot of cars and they made it very easy to both buy and sell them a car. Joel handled my purchase over email so all I did was show up and sign a few docs. It was a pretty easy process. Great delivery and follow up.Fair prices, fast delivery and solid follow up.My original trade in ended up in a nightmare due to Mercedes not doing their part and quirk stepped up and handled it all. Mercedes couldn t be bothered and it was their fault.Good people would buy here again.

My service writer Megan was awesome! I had multiple problems I wished to have addressed with the vehicle and she was understanding, professional, and honest. She followed up sooner than expected to schedule the rest of the repairs. I have an all-track belly pan mounted on a mk8 gti. I was glad none ofThe t-25 torx or other hardware was missing after the repairs. While this may seem like it shouldn t be a surprise some shops cut corners to save time and many customers wouldn t even notice a few screws missing from their belly pan. Im glad the Quirk techs did not do that. Repairs were efficient and done with care

I just purchased a brand new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BECAUSE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS UNIQUE AND UNBELIEVABLE!! I have owned so many different luxury suv and cars; I have shopped at and sat in so many dealerships to complete financial paperwork throughout my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. From deciding on the vehicle I wanted , getting financed and trading my vehicle in, the experience was so simple and stress free. NO PRESSURE, HIGHEST PAYOUT ON MY TRADE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF AND OVERALL THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I worked with Jeremy Lent, he's the general manager and he is absolutely amazing VW really have the best employees who know their product, he knew every answer finance wise and vehicle wise, I left that day in my new car on a HOLIDAY and late evening!! I can't say enough other than I am very picky, I research everything beforeheand and this experience at Quirk VW of Manchester was worth it and I hope this review helps anyone who might be hesitant on purchasing from here, this was the best service and before this I owned a luxury suv and was treated awful after purchasing and giving 10k down, but NOT here at Quirk VW I was treated like I was important and even after purchasing Jeremy is still answering my questions and emails immediately! My advice is don't walk, run and get your new or used car here you will be happy you did!!

I've literally never had a better car buying experiance. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and informative. They were considerate of all my needs and provided upfront numbers that I didn't feel the need to pick through. It was a terrific visit!

Everything from walking into the show room to signing the papers was a breeze! We specifically worked with Joel and there was never any pressure at all, his only concern was making sure I was getting everything I was looking for in my new car and he delivered! So happy with my new Atlas cross sport!
