Overall buying experience was perfect. Exactly what I could ask for. Sales manager, Matt, did all of the transactions and answered all of my questions through text message. I didn t have to keep checking my email or returning phone calls. That was the biggest selling point for me. That and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. They offered a fair trade for my vehicle and it was a very smooth process. I hope their service department is just as good as the sales department!

We had a triple experience at this dealership.We placed an order with a deposit on late December 2023 based on their salesman estimate arrival of a car on early March 2024.After several contacts and update on arrival date. Eventually received a call that our car is ready. We followed the salesman full instructions on what we need to bring, such as if, bank check, insurance document, they said since we have more than one cashier check, they need full information about our job, social sec. Number and we were miss treated badly. We left without purchasing the car. Few minutes away is Hudei dealership which they were so professional, gave us a good deal too, we purchase a car from them, auto fair of Manchester.

We just had the BEST experience buying our Kia EV9 at Quirk Kia Manchester. Our sales person, Matt Schoech, was so incredibly helpful, informative, and patient. He spent hours with us showing us every feature and how to set every feature up for our preferences. He was incredibly knowledgable about EV cars and that seems a bit rare in the current marketplace. Buying from Matt and Quirk Kia was seamless, we were able to wire payments and docusign all paperwork saving ourselves a trip to the dealer. When we did go back to pick our new car, it was ready to go, 100% charged and Matt walked us through even more exciting features. We LOVE our new car and loved everything about our experience working with Matt.

I have had an incredible experience from start to finish at this dealership. Joao was INCREDIBLE to stay the least. I ve been with Honda for 6 years, but have fully transitioned to team KIA. Never once did I feel like an inconvenience, even when asking about multiple cars, multiple options and everything in between. I left with a brand new KIA, and am so happy about everything I experienced. I will suggest this location to everyone (go see Joao)!!!

Buying a new car should always be this easy. The team at Quirk Kia Manchester helped us forget the pain of previous buying experiences at other car dealerships and simplified the process. I came in ready to haggle, but with the price the car was offered at (compared to other Kia dealerships) there was no reason to. No back and forth with sales managers, no waiting around for approvals - just a fair price from the get go. Matt, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kept the buying experience short and sweet. We will happily return to Quirk in the future if and when we need to replace another one of our cars. We'd gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Kia.

I want to share a POSITIVE dealer experience for anyone buying in the Northeast.Matt Schoech at Quirk Kia in Manchester, NH was great to deal with. I contacted 5-6 dealerships weeks before reservations opened to find out who would sell the EV9 at MSRP. Matt was the only one to confirm that before Kia sent out their letter to dealers asking them to not add markups. I placed my reservation when they opened and Matt communicated with me immediately. He kept me in the loop through the build, shipping, and delivery.The car came in exactly as I had ordered it. We decided to add the trailer hitch and roof bars after the fact and those were done at a very reasonable price. The final price was MSRP without any dealer add-ons. A few were offered at closing but there was no pressure to add them and no surprises of "we already added that".The entire experience was low-key, calm, and business-like. I will DEFINITELY do business here again. It's worth the drive to Manchester, NH if you're in the market.And, bonus, NH has no sales tax on cars (or anything) so there is no song & dance to avoid taxes if you're an out of state buyer. Obviously, you'll have taxes in your home state but I know it can be difficult, or even impossible, to avoid taxes in the dealer state unless they will deliver out of state.

I leased a vehicle from Quirk Kia on Sept 28th 2021 and had a good experience overall. I only knew that Quirk had inventory of the vehicle I was interested and walked in with the intention of securing my new car same day. I worked with Mirhad through the entire process and he made the experience easy and as stress free as car buying can be. I really appreciated that I wasn't passed between representatives like I have during past purchases. Mirhad was honest, straightforward and gave me time and space to make a decision as I was torn between a purchase of a 2021 model and a lease of a 2022. In the end I decided on the lease and was able to take receipt of the car that day. I'll be going back for service and know I can reach out to them anytime I need something.

Bought my 2022 telluride from them, car has 20k miles. engine light came on thanksgiving day. Brought car into them all they did was clear the code and tell me to drive it and if light comes back on bring it back and they will diagnose. Brought my car back in for no heat at idle. Service told me they burped my coolant and now it s fine. Pick it up and immediately see heat is still not fixed. Bring it back in for no heat at idle still and was told I was crazy and heat is fine. Third time I bring it in they did a more in-depth burp of the system and claimed heat was now fine again. Also mentioned I have sputtering in my exhaust. Service told me that s normal for this car and there s no issue. Picked up the car and once again immediately noticed no heat at idle. Brought my to another Kia dealership and as soon as they got in they noticed no heat at idle. Popped the hood and found massive puddles of coolant all over my engine from quirk. Diagnosed and found out the issue with my sputtering exhaust, check engine light and code that came on thanksgiving day and no heat at idle is my head gasket. I will NEVER go back to quirk! The manner in which they spoke to me, the number of times I brought my car in for the same issue only to be told I m crazy is unacceptable! Worst service experience ever! Zach the service manner doesn t care and has zero regard for his customers.

We worked with Matt S. to buy a new 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. We told him what we wanted, and he called back a week later telling us he had one coming in a another week with our specs, so we put down a deposit over the phone, and when it came in to the dealer the process was very smooth and easy to complete the purchase. No high pressure at all. We loved working with Matt S., and would use Quirk Kia again in the future when we need another Kia.

My sales person, Dan, was amazing! Great guy to deal with! I drove three different vehicles, never felt rushed. Very knowledgeable people here at Quirk Kia. My lease was up on my Colorado, I went with the Forte GT but if I had just a little more to spend I would have bought the K5 EX. Two very different cars, love them both!2023 edit!Again! Nailed it! I was going to keep my Forte GT but the sales staff knew me well enough to contact me about a K5 GT! I now have a new lease, paying less than I was before as my Forte was in immaculate condition! I couldn't be happier!

This place has almost cost me my wife and son due to their EXTREME LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE! After they tried blaming 2 quarts of oil down on a head gasket leak(not one drop of oil to be found on the engine, drive shaft, or undercarriage) the motor blew while my wife was on the highway. It almost got her killed due to not being able to get over from the fast lane, and there was no breakdown lane in the fast lane. Got it towed back in and low and behold the motor was faulty and part of a recall. After the motor was replaced, we noticed the exhaust was loud and we had an intermittent power issue. My wife went to merge on the highway and had no power and almost got hit. After they diagnosed it, I was told that the muffler was causing the noise and power issue. A muffler causing power to stop for a couple of seconds..... ? We took the car home and had the muffler replaced against my better judgment. A day later, my son was driving it and almost got hit merging on to the highway because the power problem was still there! When I called and talked to a lady, she asked if we had replaced the battery and that may be the cause! At that point, I knew they didn't have a clue about how a car functions! The battery is charging when in motion, and the electrical system is running off the alternator! A few days later I get a call and they tell me that a cylinder was down due to a rusty spark plug, and water was in the cylinder...remember, they replaced the motor a month or so back. They wanted to charge me to replace the plugs at an astronomical price. I told them I would be paying nothing as THEY were the last to touch the motor/cylinders. The guy then tells me that the water could have come from the air intake.... once again, the old tactic of blaming the customer. My response was, "Is the air filter wet?". His response was, "I didn't check!" Why would he say that if it was a guess? After freaking out, they ended up changing the plugs. Drove it home, and the next day, the check engine light comes back on!! Fool me once.... I brought the car to Capitol Kia in Concord, and within minutes, the service writer Ed told me that all the symptoms sounded like a catalytic converter issue....which made sense to me. He then explained that due to the faulty motor burning quarts of oil, that would pretty much destroy the catalytic converter.....in the end, it cost me $500 to replace a muffler that was fine and weeks of my car being a paper weight. Never mind almost KILLING my wife and son multiple times. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM NOT ONLY QUIRK KIA BUT QUIRK GMC AS WELL! Check my other review on how Quirk gmc cost me a transmission and $4,000 extra in repairs because they don't know how to diagnose a truck when I told them what was wrong!! Seeing a pattern of HORRIBLE TECHS AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES!

Don't bother getting a pre-approval. The dealership doesn't accept draft checks from legitimate financial institutions like U.S. banks and federal credit unions. This must be because apparently everyone keeps $50k in cash lying around. A colossal, and pointless waste of time as this was not communicated until days before delivery. I am happily taking my business to another dealer who actually understands how large financial transactions work. Here's a quick lesson in business for you folks at Quirk, if your policy is stupid (as this one REALLY is), change it.Update - Read your response. Nope. What you are doing is trading a legitimate preapproved financial instrument for an attempt to push customers into in house financing where you get kickbacks and incentives. It's not illegal (though it should be) but it is unethical. HOW I purchase a vehicle should not matter to you if the check clears. You can hold delivery until that event which is usually a day. Justify your stance however you want, but people should know that your dealership doesn't actually meet customers where they are. BTW, Nashua Kia inked their deal this morning. Could have been you Quirk!BTW - The clock is still ticking on the refund of my deposit...

I work here i do the oil change, tire rotation, recalls, I test drive the new cars that get sold , and flat tires I love my job and the people I work with. I work hard to make the customers happy. I just purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage and Matt at Quirk Kia did an outstanding job communicating everything I needed to know as well as following up on the additional accessories I wanted. He delivered the vehicle on the date he said he would and made the pickup and trade in seamless. This is my 3rd Sportage and I love the new hybrid. The service department workers at Quirk Kia in Manchester, NH I dealt with proved to be thieves. How? They robbed me of my valuable time, and not once but twice. The first time was on November 8, 2023 when I appeared for my 11/8/23 recall appointment for the installation of corrective, anti-theft software into my notoriously theft-prone, 2014, Sorento. I made this appointment after receiving a letter from Kia stating that they had solved the incompatibility issue with the 1st version of the corrective software that had rendered it as useless for Sorentos equipped with "remote start" capability. About five minutes after checking in, the female service representative (See photo) informed me that they didn't have the software that was compatible with my remote start Sorento; thus, they couldn't do the recall service. That was the first theft of the almost two hours of my time to drive there, round-trip.The 2nd theft occurred on 4/3/24, when I appeared for a 2nd appointment, one set, after receiving a mailing from them stating that they now had all they needed to perform that recall service. Before I made this appointment, I phoned the service department and spoke with a male rep who assured me that they indeed had everything they needed to get the recall job done. Upon appearing for this appointment, the same female service rep I dealt with during the first robbery, told me they WOULDN'T do the work. Why? She stated it was because I had made a video recording, without the consent of the service manager, of the 1st appointment, one documenting the service rep telling me that they COULDN'T do the work. This video, was made in a very public, customer waiting area; wherein, no expectation of privacy could exist ( N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. � 570-A:1, II ); thus, these insidiously evil people knew, before I ever left for the 2nd appointment, that they had no intention of performing the recall service, and deliberately robbed me of my valuable time yet again.

Matt is by far the most respectful, kind, and honest salesman I ve ever worked with (I m in auto sales myself). I called him this morning on a whim to ask about the Wolf Gray 2024 K5 GT-Line that I saw on the lot as I was driving by on the highway and within a half an hour I was 100% sold and approved on the car. I took delivery of the vehicle after I got off of work today and the paperwork process was a breeze. This vehicle has been my dream car ever since Kia came out with the K5 and to finally be driving it doesn t feel real yet! I highly recommend going to Quirk Kia of Manchester and seeing Matt for all your new car needs!

This is the best dealership I have ever used (and I'm in my 70's)! Doug made buying my car SO smooth and easy. He was awesome! The service dept took care of a minor issue fast and efficiently. And Matt the manager answered all the after purchase questions I had about changing settings and what buttons did what. He made me feel welcome to check in anytime. No question too silly. I could not be happier with this dealership! Oh ya, and then there is the car - LOVE IT!!

I only gave a 1 star because we initially got a "good deal" on the purchase. Since day 1 we've been lied to. Make sure you READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!!! this dealership will get you every chance they can. Lies about free initial services after purchase, lies about free app for automatic car starter (was only for 1 year). Diagnostics coming up "empty" and no resolution to windshield wipers stopping during rain. And kicking bluetooth off, requiring to factory reset every time. NOW trying to get something covered under warranty, a known oil consumption issue, and have to jump through hoops, getting the last 3 years of maintenance records to start the process, then to pay them to do oil changes, even though one was done yesterday. Their service department just "blinked" at me when I voiced my concerns. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KIA EVER AGAIN, especially NOT from QUIRK KIA Manchester.
