I called on Wednesday after my local Chevy dealership turned me away. Had my car towed and they were able to get the parts in Monday and got it finished by end of Monday. Shawna at the service department was amazing on helping me through this and unexpectedly I found out I could cover it under my insurance. Rodent chewed my wires and built a nest!! The service department was quick to get me in and out and I m so grateful cuz they were crazy busy. Great communication, kind, understanding people in that department. I can t wait to but my next car and or service my vehicles there I highly recommend them. And truly an extra thank you to Shawna she even stayed a little later so I could pick it up.

The service team at Quirk are great, personable and they do quality work. I always appreciate them getting me in for service fast and completing the work diligently. At our company we have a fleet of 18 vehicles and we are always coming back to Quirk for their expertise. Highly recommended!

Own a GMC 2500HD. Needed service so went to Quirk GMC side, I am usually a Chevrolet guy but we splurged a little this go around, after being in their showroom/service area for 35 minutes, being told one more minute for 20 minutes straight I had enough. I don't give a hard time over the increased cost of going to the dealership but I expect service for doing so. I went to the Chevrolet side and I can say they are a different breed over there. Within minutes my truck was being pulled in, my information all recorded and even ended up with report same day which I was not expecting. Extremely easy to approve repairs after being thoroughly explained why and how along with the might as wells. So even when repair bill came in at over 5k I didn't flinch. The service was on point that my comfort level with my service advisor left no doubt. What was being fixed is what was needed to get me back on the road and to work with out all the up sales. Even took the time to get me the accessory quotes for bed cover, liner steps and mirrors with no pressure. Needless to say this where I will return to and will by next new from in a year. Thank you Quirk Chevrolet for not being the norm!!

The dealership experience is good. Service department is average at best. A very unique policy to not accept cash, and even less common to not tell people about it until they walk through the door. The public should be made aware of this before their arrival.

Update to my review below: After speaking with the service manager it was clear that they were unwilling to help and blamed it on the "Rough New England Roads." I picked the car up and brought it to another nearby Chevy dealership where the fixed it clear of charge. They were extremely friendly and explained that a 2 month old Tahoe should not be having these issues. After buying two Tahoes from Quirk in the last 1 1/2 years and spending upwards of $150k, it was sad that another dealership was so willing to help. I strongly suggest traveling a little north for your next Chevy or GMC. In response to the below comment from the dealership, I did in fact purchase the additional tire and wheel protection. I guess that does not cover the damage caused to the inside a wheel well from a two month old tire exploding.I have bought two brand new Tahoes from this dealership within the last 1 1/2 years. The wheel on my 2 month old Tahoe completely blew up while driving on 293. I brought it to the service department and they claim that this is due to impact, however there is absolutely no damage to the rim. They refuse to warranty any of the $900 parts to fix the damage done by the faulty wheel. They also refuse to look at any of the other issues until I pay the $900. I would definitely think twice before buying a car here or having it serviced at the dealership.

I was in a bind with the vehicle I owned (I bought with my heart and not my head) and I needed to get out from underneath it.Frank came in clutch! There was no pressure to buy. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and sent me home in a brand new Equinox that I love.The while process only took a couple hours and the whole staff was super friendly and fun to talk to.This experience made me rethink my views on car buying. Great job. Would recommend. 10/10

I was having trouble with my wiper motor. After I myself had changed it, it had quit again a few months later. The motor turned out to be fine. After working with the the tech he was able to pinpoint the issue as the fuse block and replaced it very quickly. Very happy with their service especially during the rainy season.

Scheduled a 35,000 maintenance appt. A couple weeks out. I stated my wiper fluid was not holding and would work one or two times then I would get an alert for low fluid and the rear wiper fluid wasn t working at all.. I arrive (early) for my appointment. I am then told they do not have time for a 35,000 maintenance. And wouldn t have time to fix the wipers if anything is wrong (Even though that is what I scheduled in advance!!) I am then told multiple times that my vehicle was not a certified pre-owned when it actually is. (Called original dealer to confirm) after a few hour wait for this, they text me my vehicle is ready. I m then told there is nothing wrong with my wiper fluid and that it was just low.. (even though I explained EVERYTHING multiple times ) they charge me $150 and tell me I need to schedule an appointment to look further into the wipers. They also tell me I need to leave my car all day. (I work before they open and don t have anyone to give me a ride) I ask for a loaner and he laughed said get in line . So I left without scheduling anything. As I drove off I got the alert my wiper fluid was low. called original dealership in Massachusetts.. they came to my work the next day, gave me a loaner Tahoe, took mine. Fixed the wipers and returned my Tahoe back to me completely detailed inside and out. They also reimbursed me for this $150 charge for the oil change from Quirk as my car IS a certified pre-owned which gives me a couple free oil changes! Needless to say as someone who works right down the street from Quirk I m highly disappointed in the customer service I received and I will never go back.

We worked with Cameron B. and we could not be happier he was our sales contact. I was in need of a new car as my lease was ending however in a tough spot because the 24 Traverse is not available & there were no 23 Traverse's available that we wanted. He had a GM certified Tahoe on the lot that met our requirements with low miles and the price was right. He was patient, explained everything, and very communicative. We have never had an easier experience car shopping. We are a chevy family and this is our 5th car through Quirk but first through Manchester. We will be back for sure! 10/10 experience.

I bought a car from Ryan a few years ago at Quirk. We have stayed in touch over the years and a friend recently told me she was having trouble with another dealership in town. I begged her to call Ryan Boulter at Quirk yesterday. She had an appointment with him at 10:30 this morning and called me at noon and could not speak more highly of Ryan and Quirk. He got her into a beautiful truck, took in her used truck and she could not be more elated. Not only for the purchase, but a peace of mind with a warranty.Thank you again Ryan Boulter.

I attempted to schedule service for my 2017 Colorado due to the engine light going on. As the website stated I had to call to make an appointment, I did. I left a voice mail message. Then I sent an email message. The sales office contacted me to clarify if I was sailing or servicing. The agent attempted to transfer me, but nobody in service picked up. She then left a message. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED during the entire seven days I was in Manchester!!!!!!

I am not one for posting reviews. Usually only when I have an exceptionally bad experience. This time, I have nothing but good to say about Autumn Thompson and her Manager. So much so, I have gone out of my way to tell a number of friends, relatives and colleagues about the experience (uncharacteristic for me). I have been buying cars for nearly 50 years, and by far - this was the best experience I have ever had - bar none. No pressure (except for that which I exerted on them in negotiations), Fair Price, Knowledgeable, Patient with me as I worked through the decision process, and painless paperwork experience when picking up the new vehicle. All around - Top Notch.

Autumn was amazing to work with! Everything was handled quickly and smooth. I could tell right from the start that I would end up leaving with a vehicle from them. Autumn had an amazing personality, which made her easy to work with. And since she is also the financial manager, the process only went through her. I was never haggled or felt forced into anything unlike other dealerships I tried working with. You can trust and count on Autumn to be completely truthful. Thank you Quirk!

Just bought a new truck from Quirk on 9/16/23 and came across a little problem on the way home. Contacted the service department and brought it in for a look. This issue was not easy to replicate but they were eventually able to find the problem and arranged for a replacement part. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Quirk and the service department does everything possible to make sure you walk away knowing they did their best to serve you. I could easily drive to a Chevy dealer closer to home for service however I have developed a deep trust in the service and sales team at Quirk. Thank You all for being there for us when we need you.

From the moment I was reached out to by phone from Nicole and the time I walked in to meet with Nicole . It was a great experience. Greeted the moment I walked in and Nicole was told I was there and came over to see me. Nicole got the Chevy Equinox that I asked about and took it for a ride. Went over the details and financing and was so excited when Nicole said it will be a bit they are going to clean the car and we go over signing the paperwork and getting to take the car home . It was quick and so glad I came back to Quirk to purchase the car . Everyone was so helpful and friendly. What I was so excited about was how everyone working that day was just so excited for me and that was wonderful to see. And just how attentive they are were with ever customer that was there or came in . Best experience and second time purchasing from the dealership.

Horrible customer service. Walked the lot on Sunday early afternoon, and there wasn t a single person out there. We went inside to be completely ignored by 8 men sitting at a massive desk. We walked up to one who was extremely unfriendly and obviously not interested in selling anything. There wasn t a single customer in the building so I can t imagine they were *all* busy. We walked out shaking our heads. Very awkward disappointing experience.Drove 3 minutes up the street to AutoFair and had an amazing, helpful, easy experience.

My husband and I are picking up our 4th truck tomorrow with Tara as our sales associate. She has taken such good care of us with every vehicle. She listens carefully to what we re looking for, never makes us feel rushed or pressured and practices great communication. She searched high and low when there were shortages on vehicles. We are very lucky to have her.

Autumn was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very courteous and professional from the moment I spoke to her on the phone. She addressed everything and answered all of the questions I had about the available vehicles and was more than accommodating. I love the fact that she was the only person I had to deal with for the entire process from start to finish and there wasn t a closer brought in to be overly aggressive on making a deal happen. Overall this was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I will be buying all of my cars from quirk!

My experience at Quirk Chevy was wonderful! Tara was especially helpful during my buying experience. I had visited the dealership prior to purchasing my 2023 Trailblazer to test drive a few other vehicles. I met with Tara to walk through the lot to see my options. She listened to what I was looking for, and offered several options for me to try. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She was available to chat via email or phone if needed, even after I left the dealership. Tara supported me along the way of purchasing my very first vehicle ever! It was a wonderful experience overall, and I am very pleased with how everything went. A special thank you to Tara for a memorable and positive car buying experience!

Even though the whole process took about 8 months once the truck finally arrived at the dealership the actual transaction could not have gone much better. Working with Nicole in sales was a real pleasure. She kept me informed throughout and promised me she would do all she could to get me the best deal possible. Tara Macquarrie was awesome. I was looking for a specific car and had called practically all of the Chevy dealerships in New England. I was ready to give up because none of the other dealerships seemed ready to work with me. Then I called Tara and I could tell right away that she was going to be great. She had a positive attitude and was very optimistic that she'd be able to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. I put my faith in her and she didn't let me down. I had a great experience overall and would recommend Tara to anyone looking for a new car!
