What a great experience. Our salesman Ryan Boulter was amazing. We had a few obstacles and Ryan worked through all Of them. He was straightforward and honest. Not only that but he made the whole experience fun. I would recommend quirk and Ryan to everyone.

Had a deposit and signed contract and they called me after I lost another deal from a different dealer to tell me (everything signed, deposit and financing all done) it was sold a hour before me. This dealer is 2 faced and Teresa the sales lady is horrible for her illegal practices of deceiving customers since she probably sold it after me for more and they are money hungry. Be aware signed contracts, deposits, and financing does not stop them from screwing the average joe.

***It wasn't a few extra mins like the dealership states below in their response. We made an appt Apr 2nd and we were turned away because they didn't have the parts. Called Apr 5 and told they had everything ready for our rescheduled appt on Apr 9th. Showed up today and turned away again because they didn't have everything they needed to complete the SAFETY recall. They called at 8:14 to say they had all the parts. So now we are making a THIRD trip for the repair. ZERO compensation for all the inconvenience!! It wasn't just a matter of minutes as they claim below. ***SAFETY recall on my car...showed up twice to have it repaired but they didn't have the parts. Do not recommend using this dealership UNLESS you enjoy wasting your time trying to get the SAFETY recall completed. WORST customer service! And Logan, the mgr, would not do a thing to remedy this because we didn't buy the vehicle from them. I will take my future purchases some where else. You should too!

I thought that sleezy salesmen tactics were extinct but I was wrong, at this dealership they are alive and well. I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership and they happen to have the perfect Denali I wanted that no one else had. So I reached out via text so I don't waste my time. I got in hold of one sales Lady who was very nice and the online price was very attractive but it was a bit over my budget. I asked her 3 separate times Crystal clear in the text if she can meet my demands and 3 separate times she ensured me that she had enough flexibility in the price to meet my demands. And I have saved texts to prove it. So as excited as I was and my family my son begged me on his birthday let's drive up and buy it. So I packed my family up and wasted 7 hours of my day and a whole tank of gas, that when I got there drove the truck and loved it. Once we got to the numbers, not only did she go back on her word she was trying to sell me the truck for $1000 more then their advertised online price. Not only did she not budge on the price she denied ever promising me what we agree on my original offer. I have been buying cars over ten times in my life this is the first time I have been this plaid. We left that place with my kids in tears and a day ruined. I would not have been this upset if she was honest too me over the phone and said we can't reach a deal, but instead with no remorse dragged my family 3 hours away just to try to take advantage of my wallet hoping I'd bite just by falling in love with the truck. Very disappointed. I hope no one gets plaid by this place like I did. No thank you

I bought my truck there in 2015. I always raved about the Service and Sales departments there. After a couple bad experiences in Service, my gf and we gave their Sales department another shot. Working with Tara (sales manager) sealed the deal for us on why we will drive past Quirk to buy from Banks going forward.It's like the people at Banks do the oppososite of Quirk. Save the trouble when you need to buy or Service a vehicle and Banks will treat you with the utmost of professionalism. We are sure glad we did.

Disappointed. Takes multiple calls to get anyone to answer a phone call at the service department any given day. Brought my new truck there for first oil change. Asked the service representative to look into a bunch of loose wiring and harnesses underneath the service body and a thermometer that is consistently reading wrong. It appeared he was not writing anything down and just saying yes. An hour later, oil change done. I asked if they looked at the items, at which point he looked away and just said yea, they took care of it. Took me 2 seconds to look underneath and see they had done nothing. They did the oil change it least, well I hope. I can t really check that one.

Recently had service and warranty work done at this location not a good experience. Not only were the prices much higher and not communicated they did there "complimentary " tire rotation service. All air pressure in tires were all different for the price one would think they could at least check more than just the oil.

Siobhan was great to work with. She took the time to find out what I was really looking for in a vehicle and took me out to the lot to show me a few different options. Called about buying two identical built trucks. One black one gray. Gray came a week earlier. Purchased. Black came in with 8ft bed. Never told me it was long bed. Then when I said I m all set i don t want a long bed, I was told you should have looked over the build sheet better, we sent it to you . Understandable. But I called and asked for identical trucks. In which I was told these two are and said I would take them. Now I m with no truck after taking a $70 dollar uber down, I then had to walk out and pay $70 to uber back. Never again.

Purchased a beautiful new truck over the weekend. It was a little bit of a decision for me as I weighed option and quirk was there every step of the way. Teresa did a wonderful job at assisting and guiding me every step of the way. Could see myself going there for all my future vehicles.

Traded my 2020 GMC Sierra lease in for a new 2022. I was way over on my mileage and Siobhan worked her magic and got me into a brand new one. The process was smooth and no pressure at all. They do a good job of listening to their customers needs and actually solving issues. I typically don t like going to dealerships but I will be coming back. Thank you Siobhan.

This was by far, the easiest car buying experience that I've ever had - BAR NONE! Ryan was great! He walked us through every step of the process, was very up front and honest about everything and was the only person that we dealt with from the time that we got there until we drove off the lot with the new Acadia. This made for a quick, efficient, and overall great experience. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

About a Month ago i bought a new truck from Quirk! Siobhan Owens was my sales lady! I couldnt have been more happier with my experience from start to finish. She made the whole experience go smooth, as this was my first ever new truck i bought i was nervous and didnt kniw what to expect. Siobhan was very personable and knowledge able on any questions i had. When i went to pick my truck up, as i bought it before it came to the lot, she was out for a family issue and Theresa took over for her to make sure i got my truck and was there to help me set up everything. Hands down cant thank them both enough for all they did! And also calling a couple weeks later to check in and make sure i was still happy and didnt have any other questions! I highly Recommend the sales team at QuirkGMC, Siobhan and Theresa were great!!

Ryan was an excellent sales manager. From the first phone call, welcoming me at the show room, to finally training me on the new features on my new Yukon Denali XL, Ryan was superb and friendly - making me feel comfortable with the new purchase and leading me through the purchasing process. Ryan was friendly Ryan was great helping me talk with my insurance agent. Ryan kept me informed as they prepared the vehicle. Ryan was very appreciative and thanked me for choosing Quirk. I am glad I made the phone call and the long drive from Maine.

Tried to do a lease buy out for our 2020 Terrain and was told the car needed to go through the service department for a state inspection because they needed to put a temp plate on the car and a new inspection sticker. Because the inspection sticker was due before we were able to get an appointment at quirk we took it to a local mechanic. The car needed tires. We got the tires the next day, went back to the local mechanic and they passed the car and gave us an inspection sticker.Three days later we were able to get an appointment with quirk to buy out our lease. When they inspected the car they told us they can t pass the car because we need brakes due to rust being on the rotors. I explained the car just passed inspection three days ago and that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. They didn t care and we were told they couldn t do the lease buy out unless we got the brakes done.I called our local mechanic back who had originally inspected the car and he confirmed that our brakes were fine and that we did not need new brakes.We will never go back to quirk again and I m so happy we had an honest mechanic inspect our car before we got a chance to go to quirk.

We came to Quirk because of a bad experience with the original dealer we bought our other vehicle from. They tried to sell us something we didn t want and had no desire to work with us to purchase our second vehicle. Ryan made our experience enjoyable. He answered our questions and never once pressured us. He made us feel like we had always been Quirk customers. We were so satisfied we had a friend who was in the market for a new truck, contact Ryan and they made a deal as well. We will be Quirk customers for life!

Siobhan was a prompt professional over email. She answered questions and followed up, multiple times which was great because I had a lot going on. Finally the day came to test drive a couple third row vehicles. Unfortunately, we were late arriving. Once at the dealership, it was very busy so she reached out to Chevy to see if anyone was able to help. She introduced Autumn and we headed out to test drive an Arcadia and Traverse. She handled everything so amazingly! She was incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet. I had my mom and my five year old daughter with me and she gave everyone attention and respect. I will be telling everyone about my experience because it was the best I ve ever had. Car shopping can be so time consuming and tedious. Autumn made it as enjoyable as it can possibly be and I am so grateful for all of her efforts to get me into an incredible vehicle!

The experience was great, again! We really enjoyed working with Sean Macdougall. Sean was so accommodating and patient. Explaining everything so thoroughly and making sure we understood the process. We really felt as though our repeat business and loyalty to Quirk was appreciated. Sean could tell how excited I was about the vehicle when I saw it, and he made it happen! I really appreciated the extra effort that Sean put in to make sure everything was all taken care of with little time left in the day, so that I could pick up the car the next morning. Thank you again, Sean. We'll be back for our next one!

What more can I say about quirk GMC in Manchester. After taking our lease to Ford for an oil change thinking nothing of it we ended up with a aftermarket oil filter that Ford thought was ok to put in. Well the filter combusted leaving tiny fragments of metal going through engine causing the car to need a new engine.. After Ford of Londonderry basically took it as a joke even though we have pictures and documents to back it up we came back to GMC to see if there was anything we can do. Dave over at service could not have been anymore helpful to us in a stressful time. He brought us over to Jay and Teresa in sales and without hesitation they jumped into action and made a messy situation go away. We will be back for our next Vehicle without a doubt . If your looking for a new car come see these guys highly recommended. Thanks guys

Easy credit application process. Loved the 360� virtual tour of the vehicle. The salesperson was knowledgeable, super responsive and handled the transfer of registration seamlessly. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

The first encounter we had with Siobhan Owens, we knew we were in for a good experience. Our first chat, she listened to what we wanted and told us she had the car we wanted. She said the car we wanted was on the lot. We got there and she greeted us and she was very informative and there was no pressure at all. She was very knowledgeable, therefore it was a great experience and we love the car!

I just got a recall for my 2016 GMC Acadia. The notice states that if my airbag is used metal shards may fly in my face and lead to injury or death. I called my local dealer who basically brushed it off as nothing but stated I can always call corporate. I spoke with a very nice rep who tried her best and submitted complaints on my behalf. I was then transferred to a woman named Jessica who told me repeatedly that my car is no longer under warranty, therefore they can t do anything for me. I stated that the letter said the parts to fix the vehicle are unavailable at this time and was repeatedly told go to your gmc dealer so they can fix it. THE PART IS UNAVAILABLE AND UNABLE TO BE FIXED AT THIS TIME. I need a new vehicle hopefully with a credit. Can I be helped? I have a life I need to continue. Work, and driving my kids to daycare safely. I chose GMC for their safe vehicles.

I worked with Autumn, She was knowledgeable and presented herself and the company in a professional fashion. I had to return the vehicle for a vibration and Dave the service manager in the GMC store was the same. He handled the issue quickly and efficiently.I had a great experience at your dealership.
