Mike and the team run a great business. Fast and efficient, I used them to get a plow installed. Mike was very knowledgeable when briefing me on the products over the phone. Their turn around time for installation was even quicker than their estimate which is always a big plus. When I picked my truck back up the team inside was very friendly and easy to work with. Carl spent time with me to give me the rundown on the plow and walked me through everything I'd need to know to feel confident. I would highly recommend Pro Image Auto for not just plows but any service they offer!

Great local garage for Auto service and repairs. Their staff have been in the business for years, and they really explain their diagnosis to you. Price is reasonable, and they do everything right the first time. Highly recommended.

I had them put on a new Boss Plow on a 1500 GMC. I Believe, Carl was the tech that installed the plow and did a fantastic job. He spent some time going over the job prior to install and made sure I knew exactly how it would go onto the truck. He spent extra time to notch out some of the bottom of the bumper to make it look perfect. Once installed, Carl went over the whole plow with me. Very knowledgeable and professional guy. I 100% recommended these guys. I ve had other companies install and service my plows and none of them can compete with Pro Image. I m very happy I was recommended to them by a friend.

My car was getting loud, an apparent exhaust leak. Scott was very helpful in scheduling the appointment. After inspection, found one of the flex pipes broken. Michael suggested that rather than replacing the entire Y pipe, they were able to weld in a replacement flex pipe for substation substantially less money in around an hour.

Mike was so open and honest with us. His prices are fair. His Mechanic's are skilled and knowledgeable. He completed my work on time and as promised. We have found our new auto mechanic and if you are looking for a place for repairs I strongly suggest giving Mike an opportunity to see for yourself.

I was recommend to check out Pro-Image Automotive by a LONG time client and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was provided with a loaner car while they worked on mine so I didn t have to wait around all day. Not that I would have minded hanging around all day, the lobby/waiting area was pleasant and refreshments provided. I ended up needing my brakes done, a tire rotation and an oil change, all at a very reasonable price. Picked up my car and haven t had a problem since. I 10/10 recommend and I will be going back for any future automotive requirements.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Top notch costumer service! My husband and I are so grateful for the help we received fixing our older plow. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Mike and Scotty and everyone else there. I had a shop cuz my engine to seize up so I had it towed to pro image. Not only did they assist with getting me a reliable engine, they did their best to save me the most money possible. On top of that my insurance company didn't want to cover the engine that the other shop seized up so Mike helped me get in touch with the insurance commissioner and fight for the insurance company to cover my motor. Mike and everyone else there have gone above and beyond to help me through this process and I could not be any more grateful. There are more than Worthy of a five-star review and you couldn't ask for a better shop with more knowledgeable people. Water pump issue. Vehicle has waterpump in engine. After diagnosis found water pump needed replacement. Major job. 7 hours of labor bc had to access in engine. Found Proimage to be very thorough and honest. Pricey but a good job overall. Would have liked more communication during repair. Time estimate was correct. Will return

My wife and I just moved to "Manch", and you know how looking for a new mechanic goes. We took a chance on Pro Image, and are so pleased!Accurate diagnosis, and full up-front transparency on the pricing - No surprises when we got the bill.Their free loaner car service is so considerate, especially with a family whose schedule is booked up tight. Despite its age, that car ran great the whole time we had it, further boosting my confidence in Pro Image's ability to deliver on our repair.I don't think we could have gotten any luckier on our first car repair.Christine and the team, thank you for making us feel more comfortable in our new surroundings! Could not be happier with our experience here. We came to Manchester from Boston to look at a used car & were referred here by a current customer. Set up an appointment ahead of time and they knew our name when we walked in. They had plenty of space for us to wait comfortably (considering COVID) even with a few other customers & had wifi to get work done. We waited much longer than I expected but it was worth it - they were so much more thorough than I anticipated. Scotty came out and walked us through everything step by step - he was fantastic and hilarious. He used to inspect cars coming off lease so literally knew every trick to look for, it felt like we were with a forensic detective. Needless to say, we were in great hands and I felt so comfortable and confident in his assessment of the car. The price was super reasonable. Wish we lived close by because we d be coming here for everything.

I called in with a snowplow problem the day before a storm. Instead of having me bring it in, they talked me thru diagnosing it over the phone and resolved the problem in about ten minutes. It was an issue between the controller and the receiving device on the plow. Thanks guys!

OMG! :) I used Pro Image Automotive for the first time yesterday. I have never received a more honest response to my automotive needs. They clearly put my needs ahead of theirs by suggesting I first attempt to get the dealer to fix my car at a discounted rate due to the nature of the problem. I have no doubt that most shops would simply have taken my money and fixed my car themselves. They gave me a very detailed explanation of the problem and made suggestions about how I should approach the dealer. I will certainly trust them with my care care needs in the future and you should trust them too.

I had a problem with a snowex spreader which there is no dealers near me. I called and spoke to the owner himself twice. He stayed on the phone with me more than a half hour each time and walked me over ever step. Very well knowing how far away I lived and yet he still insisted on helping me out. There is no service like that out there anymore. If I could give more stars I would. Mike I can t thank you enough for the extra time thanks so much.

Best repair facility I've experienced anywhere in New England. Honest and reasonably priced. And find another place where the owner calls you on your cell phone on a Saturday and explains for 15 minutes what his people did and why. You won't.

I called to ask for help for my Blizzard 9000HD plow and Mike the owner after asking me 3 questions told me I had to bring the plow to his shop. After I explained to him that I couldn't hook up the plow to the truck nor I could put the plow in the bed of the truck because of the sander. Mike told me that he couldn't do anything for me. Because I had had this same problem before, I'd jumped the wires and hook the plow to the truck. With no other dealer near me (03110) I had no choice but to take it to them for the repair. After pulling in to the garage, they very reluctant took my truck inside for the repair. 45 minutes later the mechanic comes auto and says. " It's done. We change the plow's power harness and is all working".2 feet long Cable $95.1 hour labor $75. Normal price for the labor but the cable at $95.??? They are gauging people because no one else in the area services Blizzard's. Not going back there for anything else on my fleet.

2nd time using Pro Image Auto. Not sure if I wrote a review the first time. If you re new to the area and need to find a shop to trust go here. If you ve ever felt cheated for a shop go here. My wife and I will be long time customers The loaner car alone saved us a ton of $$ and headache. Mike explains everything well and provides directions on how to proceed with fixes that don t necessarily make him the most money but are the most practical. Can t say enough about this place.. although both experiences have been great I hope to not see them for a while.

These guys rock. They go above and beyond for their customers. I bought a plow and had the mount installed by them and have had service done. They're always friendly and helpful. The price charged is fair for the work done.
