Amazing Work!! I can't say enough good things about Patrick's team at Precision Imports.I started with Shamus who provided a very detailed estimate for a BMW in need of a bit of TLC. He was honest, candid, and offered ways to allow the service to go smoothly with some cost saving options. He was GREAT. They photograph the car at intake, quote and approve online, so the process is very efficient and clear. I would have no hesitation in bringing any vehicle to this team including exotics.Austin was also very helpful during the time PE had the car and I saw Nate's name as the tech that handled the car. All services were completed beyond expectation. The team also provided a complimentary wash & vacuum which was a professional nice touch. Will definitely be bringing other vehicles to this trusted team. Well done!

The team at Precision Imports is absolutely amazing. They offer excellent customer service and top quality repairs. They washed and cleaned the car when they were finished. They even replaced the battery in the key fob without asking for it. These guys really pay attention to the finer details. I highly recommend this place.

Very thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable service. Originally took my vehicle to a dealership to examine sudden hard shifts in the transmission where I got quoted for over $12k for replacing most everything that could have been the culprit. Taking it here afterwards and a quick transmission inspection and fluid change resolved the issue almost entirely for a fraction of the cost. Awesome folk, with genuine care for their customers, highly recommended!

I've been to Precision Imports twice. I'm impressed with top quality of customer service and technical service I've received. I had forgotten to tell them about an issue I was having with the rear brakes., but they saw it and called me. I've always appreciated when a technician examines the entire vehicle and catches small problems before they become large problems. Their entire process is online and you'll see pictures and/or videos of the problems they find. Then they'll call you to discuss the issue. I'm very happy I came here.

Update: after having PI perform extensive transmission service, I brought back to fix some leaks (not related to trans issue). They were incredible again!! Quick, awesome communication all around top shelf!Had extensive transmission work along with other work on an Audi S5. So glad I brought car here! Very friendly, awesome level of communication the whole way through, fixed much quicker than even hoped for. Went to precision imports for the first time for a basic oil change and filter replacement on my audi. Patrick and the crew were very prompt and transparent in what they did and what i could need for my car next. Took pictures before and during the service to show what they saw and even put a ballpark price on my invoice for what my possible next service would cost me. Being more than 30 minutes away I'm confident in bringing my audi back for future quality service.

Precision Imports went above and beyond to get me up & running quickly! I had my car towed not knowing what the issue was other than thinking it was my battery and thinking I wasn t getting my car back for over a week! Not only did they get my car in same day, they fixed it and had it back to me that day! It s was a WOW experience for sure! The staff was unbelievable and the follow-up was incredible! After paying way too much at a local German car dealership for a 20,000 mile maintenance visit, I took my car for its 30k check up at Precision Imports. Price for comparable work a year prior was about $1,000 less. Service at Precision was quick and priced reasonably. Helpful staff alerted me to likely future items needing attention so there will be no surprises. Highly recommend. Finally: Just because you drive a higher end car, doesn't mean you should pay over market for professional maintenance. Lesson learned.

2013 BMW 328i: My fuel pump burnt out so I brought it into Precision Imports. They had a lot of nice new and old Porsches on the lift when I got there and many nice newer European cars in the lot so I knew I was going to a place with experience on this type of vehicle.The new fuel pump ended up failing, and I thought I got ripped off, but I brought it back in and they found out that the new one was faulty, and they swapped it out again for free under the warranty. They were very apologetic and the owner even texted me personally to apologize for the inconvenience.Will definitely be returning next time I'm having issues.

Precision is the BEST!! We bring all our vehicles there and have for many years! It's so nice to see the same faces there. Always welcoming and even know our names. In this day & age that is something you don't see anymore. Customer Service is second to none!! I know nothing about cars and they know everything. I wouldn't trust anyone else to service our vehicles!! They washed my car so beautifully today my granddaughter thought I had a new car!!Thank you Austin, Josh, Patrick, Shamus and all the great people there!! A+ in every way!

I purchased a 12-year-old SUV and I asked for a total inspection, and I found out that I got a great deal and only a few worn Un inspectable parts were indeed worn out or damaged. we made a plan to fix the small issues and now all I need is an oil change other than planning on the last worn fix, I got curtesy transportation. and professional and quality work. I would highly recommend Precision Imports for your peace of mind they are a very honest and professional auto repair shop.

Was from out of town (CT) and blew a rear tire on my Porsche 911 Turbo S. Needed a tow in. Austin ordered a new set of treds, had the service prioritized, and an oil service was performed in no time. Car is back to running like a top. Not a lot of service centers I trust with my vehicle, however, I would take it back to Precision Imports in a blink.

Not only are you treated with respect, the employees are truly professional. My vehicle's electrical problem was diagnosed and repaired by the promised date but reoccured while we drove it the next day which was a Saturday. The owner had texted me to ensure all was well prior to this reoccurring so I texted him at 4 PM on that Saturday. He responded immediately, apologized for the problem and made sure it was repaired first thing on Monday. It turned out to be another part failure and the repair was done at no cost to me. Where else can you receive such care for your vehicle?

Patrick and his team are absolutely amazing and provide a one of a kind experience that cannot be matched. I recently visited Precision Imports, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. My 2022 Ram 1500 was experiencing an annoying tire shake that was affecting my overall driving experience.Their entire process was documented with detailed notes and pictures showing a clear diagnosis, as well as what was done to remedy the issue.Communication was direct and helpful. Precision Imports exceeded my expectations! I called them asking if they had any openings for an inspection and was helped by Austin who told me to come in the same day which worked great for me. He listened to my concerns about my car and assured me he would be in touch with updates. Not too long later, I received a text message with a link leading me to an organized page with an in-depth vehicle diagnosis. From there, I was made aware of any repairs. Austin explained everything to my husband and I with great detail and patience. When we picked my car up, it drove and sounded great!
