This review is a little late considering the service was performed in December, but better late than never LOL. I found this business on Google & decided to call because of the high rating. I contacted Shawn & he was actually busy welding his truck so he said that it may be a little bit of a wait. He finished way sooner than expected & ended up having to wait about 15 mins for me to get back to my truck. That probably would've annoyed some people & caused them to give me an attitude, but Shawn was totally patient & understanding. I had an issue with the battery terminals on top of needing a jump so he macgyvered something to fix the connection until I could get somewhere for a new battery & terminals. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly service & easy on the eyes too I'd definitely recommend O'Neill's & they'll be the first call I make if I'm ever in need of Roadside assistance in the future.Service: Battery service

Shawn was called as part of my Progressive Roadside coverage. I expected someone wouldn t come for hours but he showed up right away and got my battery charged quickly and professionally. He also has a very positive and uplifting attitude - way different than most people who have provided me roadside assistance. Highly recommend!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I used O Neil roadside service because my jeep wouldn t start when I got out of work. I called AAA. They sent out O Neil roadside service . I thought it was going to be 1 hour to 1hour and 45 minutes but O Neil was only 20 minutes of waiting. The gentleman called me and let me know he was there pulled up to my jeep . He was very friendly checked my battery jump start the battery checked my vehicle making sure it was only a battery. Told me I would need to get a battery soon and let me know that that was all that was wrong. He went way above and beyond service . He made sure my jeep was safe for me to drive. Spent the extra time to check everything out. I felt like not just a customer but it was like he cared . Thank you so much for your fast , efficient and friendly service.Service: Battery service

I called roadside and the company dispatched this company. I hit a curb ( apparently, I like to do that). Shawn was out within 15 minutes, quick, and he had a great sense of humor. Came out of work with a flat tire, by time I got to a spot with Air right across the street, my tire was off the Rim. Called a few places, quoting Double O neills prices! He was super quick, instant tire change to my spare, great convo! Super cool guy, will only go to him from now on! Thanks again you saved me from a real horrible day!Service: Tire change

Road call to heavy truck fleet for 26' straight truck leased from Enterprise Truck. They arranged for O'Neill Roadside to determine Check Engine Light & associated fault codes. He diagnosed and reported to Enterprise who authorized delivery to truck repair facility nearby.O'Neill stayed late to ensure job was completed and truck delivered.We will use him again.

Absolutely fantastic service, he was prompt and thorough and EXTREMELY helpful, not to mention very personable and friendly!
