The customer service and sales staff are amazing!! They went out of their way for my sales to happen today. I got a great trade in value for my old bike so I could happily purchase a 2024 Indian Rogue Scout!! Kudos to the excellent customer service from Jen Wheeler and her amazing staff. Brandon in accessories, Mike in sales and of course I closed the deal with Ryan. I am beyond pleased with the buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family! You guys and gals rock!

Had a great experience purchasing a new bike through Mom's. The staff was very knowledgeable. I worked with Dan, who was fantastic. He made sure to keep me updated even after we put in the order and he was quick to respond when I had questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Garrison was knowledgeable about the product, i asked numerous questions.. never stumped! Ryan was knowledgeable in finance, i felt no pressure at any time by anyone to get a deal done! so unlike other dealerships! i bought a 2023 Moto Morini X cape, great bike, most certainly underrated here in the USA!! if Morini need an ambassador , Moms know how to get hold of me! Thanks to all the team, everyone was friendly from parts to sales to service!

Dan in Manchester helped me with my purchase of my GSXR-750, and let me tell you that this was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I was treated fairly and not bullied around. The bike had to be transferred from North Chelmsford to Manchester and it was a fairly quick transfer. Once I went to pick up the bike, I was even brought to the service department where they went over what my bike looked like when they inspected it, and what the maintenance schedule would look like for the future. I would absolutely buy from MOMs again.

Had a great experience buying my new dirt bike here. Everyone was very informative and friendly and thanks to sales rep Garrison who sold my me newest bike! Highly recommend working with these guys.

Rented a slingshot for the day. I reserved it almost 2 months ago. Got an email a couple days before we got there. I checked in online that morning and was in and out in max 10 minutes. Returning it was even easier. Dropped it off at 930 am and was back in my car 5 minutes later heading home. Everybody had great attitudes and were very polite. Thanks for your help Brandon. When we come up in the late spring or early summer, we'll be reserving a full dressed Harley though. The slingshot was a lot of fun, but us old people have an issue getting out of it. Lol. Mom's has a customer every time we come up to NH. Thanks again for the great customer service and the blast we had driving up to Littleton, down the Kancamangus, through Conway and Laconia and back to Amherst.

People were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jennifer helped me to find the right bike. I am downsizing from a bike I rode cross-country twice to one half that size for just around town. I think I have exactly what I was looking for in the Vulcan S 650. Big difference but I'll get used to it.

Everyone was so helpful, from purchasing my motorcycle, buying accessories, and assisting me in tying down the motorcycle on the trailer. Everyone was always so nice, there were smiles everywhere I looked. Would definitely consider them for future purchases.

Super friendly staff in all departments including sales, parts, and service. I was fortunate to purchase a T7 which someone backed out of and I couldn't be more happy to work with such nice folks. I worked with Garrison and he rocked it. Absolutely no pressure selling and he takes the time to get to know you. Youve got a customer for life. Thanks MOMS!!!

We recently purchased a Pursuit Darkhorse Premium at MOM s of Manchester NH. The staff in sales are very friendly and helpful, the service department is also very friendly and courteous. Will definitely keep going to MOM S for all my needs.

This was my very first brand new ATV purchase and Garrison and Ryan at MOMS couldn't have made it more easier and friendly , I could not be more happy and pleased with my purchase! Such a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market looking for there dream bike! 5 stars across the board!

Everyone was so helpful and super friendly.I chose moms because of how I was treated over other dealership and again thank you guys all. I bought a lot of cars and recreational vehicles and I think these guys made it the easiest and fastest and the best price. Can t say enough good thing about these guys

Great staff, incredible bikes. Zero pressure sales compared to my last two experiences with HD.I had initial concerns over choosing to move to Indian over my 2019 Road Glide with all the bells and whistles, but after 2 test rides on the stock 2023 Pursuit and RoadMaster, I was sold.If you stop in, ask for Dan. Dude knew his stuff on both sides of the aisle (Indian vs HD).Decided on the bike I wanted and the service department had mods installed by the very next day.Superior balance and handling on the Pursuit vs the Road Glide, and the Road Master was so much more nimble than both the Road Glide and Street Glides. Wish I could have ridden it home!

MOM's; A motorcycle dealership with heart. Not only did they give me the best offer for my bike, their finance team worked to get a great deal on the package that came with my new bike. If your looking to sell or by a motorcycle I cannot recommend MOM's enough. Stop here first, you won't regret it.

Dealing with Jen was great. She s good at what she does and lets the product sell itself with a nice long test drive. Took a little while to get to get to where I wanted to be at but we got there and a much lower payment than what they wanted for the same in a HD

Well, it has been a couple of years since my last review. I am happy to say that the team at Mom's Manchester is still as fantastic as always. I just purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger (fantastic bike). Jennifer Wheeler is the absolute best. She talked through all my options, answered all my (many) questions about the bike and through all my hesitation (most expensive bike I have ever bought) was nothing but helpful and supportive, never pressuring or intimidating. In fact, she helped keep me from buying other bikes that were not exactly what I wanted that would have ended up costing me more to modify into what I would be happy with. Jen is a credit to the Mom's organization and you can feel confident no matter if it is a used bike, or new bike she is going to help get you onto the bike of your dreams!Another shout out to Spider, he prepped and detailed the new bike, another fantastic job, best bike detailer I have ever dealt with! He will make your ride look better than you can imagine!I also for the first time interacted with the Indian parts department, Joe is great! Took the time to help me look up some of the accessories that I am going to add on and is working with the service department to find out for me about install costs and other info on compatibility, he has been prompt and responsive.I cannot say enough good things about this place, I have been coming here for about 20 years now, have purchased numerous machines, and they have ALWAYS been the best. You can feel confident the entire team at Mom's Manchester is going to get you going on the right bike, does not matter if you are a new rider, or experienced, they are the best in NH and will get you on the bike of your dreams.

Best vehicle purchase I've had, very smooth and easy. I went in a test drive and Jennifer was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for, just make sure you bring a quick quick wit with her, she's rather audacious! But an absolute sweetheart, I'll be back to see her and the rest of the MOMS team anytime!

I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience...I walked in with no idea what I wanted in a new bike. Jennifer spent the time to walk me through the options, make suggestions, answer all my questions, and help me decide...all without any pressure at all but with lots of help and laughs along the way.I ended up with a bike I wouldn't have even thought to look at, and I am absolutely in love with it!

Amazing experience overall. Jennifer is the best, she s very friendly and made the buying process a breeze. They have a great selection of bikes, better than others. I bought my bike used and I unfortunately had a issue with it after I got it back home to upstate NY. I reached out to the dealer and they were so quick to resolve my issue. Absolutely went above and beyond. I haven t had a great dealership experience like this yet in my life. Highly recommend MOMS for your next purchase.

We ended up with the wife getting an R3 and myself an R7. Sales were fine, finding which one was possibility to get took little to much to me. It's no heritage edition which was my pick but it does what it should, turn heads. Wife has yet to ride hers but it was a fun experience for us both. Long gone are the days where you just walk in and drive out on a bike you picked. Just the world we live in now. Definitely will be back and use them again. Shout out to Zakk and Dan both huge help! TY!

As a long-time MOMS NorthCountry customer on the snow side, I decided to check out the Manchester location as I ve been eyeing an Indian Challenger for a while. I had been chatting with Jennifer in sales all through the summer. When I saw this Dark Horse Icon in person, it was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely ZERO pressure to buy. The entire purchase experience was made very very easy for me. Everyone went above and beyond to be sure I received great service, and Jennifer is the BEST. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable on every bike in the showroom and available for order, and was able to go through every fine detail of the motorcycle. Ryan in finance made the process easy; and also felt zero pressure when offered add-ons such as extended coverage and warranties. I had a blast with Joe in the parts department who got me some heated grips ordered up, and helped me find some apparel. (He knows his stuff, and was able to pull an item number out of his head like it was nothing impressive!) I was also able to meet Steve in Service who was able to give me a lot of information on the maintenance schedule and pricing ahead of time so there would be no surprises. Really great people here. I d highly recommend purchasing from this dealer. Great experience; great service, and this is the nicest motorcycle I ve ever dreamed of riding. 10/10.

Awesome experience here. Came in about a month ago looking to buy my first motorcycle as a brand new rider. After two bad experiences at different Harley dealerships I headed to MOMs, where I should have just gone in the first place! Jen helped me find the perfect fit for my build (very tiny female). I really appreciate Jen steering me in the right direction of the safest bike for my experience level and for my size, (in my head I decided wanted an Indian scout bobber sixty just cause it was purple lol) some dealerships would just sell you anything to make money off of you but that is not the case here! Ended up with a Yamaha vstar 250 and am loving it so far. The whole purchasing/financing process was so easy start to finish. Shout out to the service department as well for walking me through the break in period and routine maintenance schedule! I highly recommend heading here for your motorcycle needs!

Just bought a Challenger Dark Horse, my 3rd bike bought here, last week from MOMs and the experience was great overall. Put a deposit down on a matte black one that was supposed to be coming in, but with the shortages going on and uncertain ship dates, I started looking at other dealerships in the area and found one in Mass at a dealership they had just acquired and asked them to hold it. They brought it up here, I bought it, was fairly simple. Got a solid trade in price. There wasn't any pushyness or pressure, and Jen answered all my questions and showed me all the features of the bike.Overall a great experience and I'd recommend checking them out for sure.

couldn't be happier with my 2017 Yamaha Grizzly 700 Special Edition. We bought two and are just waiting on the other one to get all the parts in for delivery. The package deal on this was AMAZING. Full bash guards, a-arm protectors, 2500lbs winch and extra warranty included in the out the door price. Can't wait to get some mud on this and the wife's

I live 1 hours 20 minutes from Moms in Manchester it s totally worth the drive. I first talked to Jennifer for an hour over the phone. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable it was worth the trip. Once there she spent 3 hours with me in choosing the right bike for me and showing me all the features. I decided to order it to get exactly what I wanted. She kept me updated on its process then when shipped. I went to pick it up and she went over the entire bike with me and helped me program certain functions. I left extremely satisfied. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and understands great customer service. She has a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I am so excited about the trike that MOMS just built for me. My husband passed in 2021 and had an Indian Roadmaster Classic. It is a very big bike and I wanted to ride. Discussed conversion kit with Jennifer Wheeler, who is a sweetheart, and she was just as excited as I to have the conversion done so I could keep his bike. I am so excited to say it is more than I could have hoped for and I cannot wait for riding season to begin. Thank you to the techs who did such a beautiful job.

Could not have asked for a better experience. First time motorcycle rider here and went in with an abundance of questions. Worked with Dan and he not only answered all of my questions but never made me feel overwhelmed or tried to push me one way or another. He took into consideration everything I was looking for and matched me up with a fantastic Chief Bobber Dark Horse. Then worked with Joe to talk through all the accessories and add-ons.Won't use any other dealer for parts, accessories, maintenance or anything. Best dealership experience out of all the vehicles I have ever purchased.
