I've been a customer since they were located at Gold St. They've installed 3 two way remote starters on my vehicles and 1 for a friend of mine that I recomended. One of the things I like the most is they did not require an extra key for the installation (unlike other installation places)... saving me several hundred dollars, as FOB keys are expensive. I've never had a problem with them and I'd definitely return in the future if I need anything else for me vehicle's, and I definitely recommend them as well.

I was originally told they d have to keep my car overnight. Dropped it off at 8am and they were done by 1PM. Came out even better than I expected. Gave me plenty of instructions on caring for the leather. Very fast, professional, and quality work. These guys are awesome. I used Mobil car pro for the installation of the katskin mahogany seat covers all that work was custom to my 2022 sienna van both companies did a great job looks great everything is tight and no rinckle in the material looks fantastic!Service: Upholstery installationService: Upholstery installation

They did a great job installing heated leather seats in my 2007 Honda Accord. Color match is great, looks like a factory interior. It did take an extra day for the install compared to the initial estimate but I'd rather they took their time than rush the job.One star off because mobile car pro has a central phone number, you can't call the shop directly. When I called in a change to my order the day I placed it and was told "I'll pass on the message" I had to leave work early so I could get there before they closed to make sure they actually got the message... Very annoying.

Purchased a remote car starter for my mom and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They got her in pretty quickly for the install and she loves her new starter. Highly recommend.

We had then install a remote start in my wife's 2008 Odyssey. We dropped it off the night before and it was ready by the end of the day. Very professional installation and we're very happy with it. We've had it for several months now.

I make an appointment to install sunroof, first scheduled 05/03 and 1 day after they call me to reschedule to 05/10 one week after they called me again to reschedule to 05/17. I was very busy when they call me for third time and I told her that I need to check with my boss. I forgot to call back to them and they just cancel my appointment, they never call me back to confirm the cancel, just cancel. Poor customer service

Although they do good work with seats etc, the attitude adjustment that is needed from one of their customer service reps is totally appalling. She answers the phone every single time like it is the worst day in her entire life, when any questions are asked, she sighs, right in the phone. She talks to customers like they are absolutely stupid. On top of this, you are consistently given the run around, they do not care how far or close you are, they want to do nothing to make anything convenient for their customers. I cannot understand how any company can keep people like t his employed. It has put a terrible taste in my mouth, and will need to think long and hard before I consider using them again for anything.

Jason installed leather seats with heaters in my brand new Tacoma. The leather is top notch and it was very affordable. Everyone at MCP was really easy to work with and they really pay attention to the small details. One of the seats got a tiny nick in it during installation. It was barely noticeable. It probably could have been repaired but Jason ordered a brand new seat cover and installed it because, as he put it, "if it were my truck, that's what I would want." I definitely recommend Mobile Car Pro.

No Judgement No Hassles - Last year I purchased a bluetooth radio with backup camera from an online retailer. I installed the radio and then a year later I still hadn't finished installing the rear view camera. The kids also complained the speakers in the back didn't work. I stopped by Mobile Pro and explained my situation. I know how many places don't like working on stuff purchased elsewhere and double so for fixing people's mistakes. I got NO attitude and was simply told how long it would probably take to install the camera and fix the radio. I scheduled an appointment and was even able to drop off my car a day early.The work was completed to my satisfaction and well below the estimate. When I asked about finishing my job, they said they get that alot. Nice people all around from Dave to the workers I dealt with when Dave was away.

I had the alarm installed right and the business is honest since I left some valuables in the car and they were untouched when the car was returned to me but I noticed some new scratches on my cars body that were not there when returned to me and that s the reason for the 2 star review.

Horrible , not very customer friendly . And way to expensive ..$90 an hour to install a stereo and $90 minimum automatic charge for a job they can just take their time with to jack up your cost.. call geek squad way cheaper

I had to make a payment and the guy at the front desk asked me both for my debit card and I.D. nobody has asked me for an I.D. before when I got my car serviced that's the reason I decided to give this rating.
