Of course I spent more money than I wanted to and more issues with my truck than I knew of. No one likes buying tires or at least I don't. The guys at this location were top notch. Very nice, professional. They walked me through entire process. No pushy sales just knowledge offered. Love my new tires and my truck drives like new again after all work performed. I highly recommend these guys and this location.

This place and this staff is top notch. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have so much fun going and talking to each of the guys and laughing.! Thank you for all you do for me best guys in town. Please take your car here they treat you like Family.

Midas did a great job replacing my tires on my work van. Service advisor Billy took care of all the details and kept me informed on when my vehicle would be ready. A great place to go for repairs and exhaust work.

Dan and Bill were very professional and helpful. In addition to an inspection I needed my fog lights replaced and they were happy to do that as well. When they called to let me know my car was ready. They mentioned my tires just barely passed and proceeded to suggest tires if I wanted them replaced. I just wasn t in a position to make that decision. Overall it was a very positive experience, will definitely go there for car service in the future.Service: Auto body & trim repair

1st time visiting a midas shop. Went in for a minor fix, less than 10 minutes. Really appreciated how I was treated. Walked out of there not feeling as if I was taken advantage of. Midas just gained a new customer for the future. And I will make sure to recommend the S. Willow location to friends and family

Though the discovered problems with the repairs escalated along with the expected cost, they were congenial and professional and made it hurt less. I intend to revisit for more repairs soon. As for the time it took .. it was much quicker than I estimated given what needed to be done.

I had a scheduled appt. This place is busy! I went for a vehicle inspection & of course it's their job to make sure your vehicle is safe. I was informed of the cost which was up there around $1500.00. Dan & mar. Bill were able to get it reduced to under $1,000.00 & then I qualified for 6mos. no interest so I can make payments. The only things I can that they could have improved upon was to show me the wear & tear on the things needing to be replaced. Tires were selected wrongly. Was: Inspection, ball joint & back brakes & license plate replacement.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

I was definitely in a pickle when I called Dan at Midas. My car was seriously out of inspection and I needed work done to fix my car. They got me in the next day. When my car didn't pass, they sent a full printout ot what was needed along with pictures. Dan helped me pick what was right for my budget while also ensuring the car I drove was safe. They worked on it for 2days and it was ready before I left work. They were so very nice and accommodating. 10/10

Super friendly guys, crazy fast service. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I was in and out of here faster than any other place I've brought my fleet vehicle to in the last 4 years. Went for a state inspection after trying 5 other places and Midas easily fit me in. They had the initial inspection done within a half hour and replaced what needed to be done in another hour or so. Helpful and polite people.

My experience at this Midas was great. Earlier in the day my battery finally decided to give out. I called Midas and they were able to fit me in working the hour of my call.When I got there the gentleman at the service desk was very polite and helpful. I was able to get a new battery, terminals cleaned if all the acid gunk and a new bracket. For all this and labor was about the same price as purchasing a battery from another store that wouldn t install.10/10 for the service at Midas.Service: Auto battery replacement

I recommend to everyone I know. I have been using midas for a number of years and have zero complaints. The mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable and the service writers make you feel at home while you are there, I couldn't ask for more.

I just bought new tires I went to Midas for a alignment the people that work there were very friendly and very polite but I think the alignment might be off when you let go of the steering wheel it wanders to the right I called and the man on the phone said that was normal but I am worried about it Cindy Houston I Manchester NH

I went here to have my tires replaced and the service here was unbelievably great. The guys here went above and beyond any expectations I could of ever had. They went out of their way to make sure I left in a safe vehicle. The prices were great the service was excellent and the team there was just unbelievably awesome. The world could really use more places run how the team there operates. I know sometimes going to an auto shop can be like a trip to the dentist but at this location that is not the case. It was a really a great experience and I look forward to going there in the future for all my car care needs. This really is the best auto shop I have ever been to and would strongly recommend going there to anybody, going elsewhere would be a disservice to yourself and your vehicle. I would say this isn t a 5 start place it s a 100 star shop in a class of their own.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Had breaks on my BMW replaced. There was a problem with the front breaks. Bill and his team worked with me until it was resolved. I appreciate them not giving up and standing behind their work 100%. Excellent service! Dan was very nice. They did a state inspection on Friday, found an exhaust leak, and had parts ordered with an estimate before I left. The next day, i dropped the car off, did some erinds and returned. They successfully replaced the leaking pipe, did my snow-tire swap, and put on a nice new inspection sticker, all by midday. Very good!My only issue, is the waiting room chairs are awfully worn and need to be refurbished/replaced. Other than that, I fully recommend this garage. Thanks guys!

Very happy with this location! Bill is a very nice and honest dude. Check engine light was on, I made an appointment and the work was done that same day. Other places I have been to, I ve had to leave my car for a few days or so. My car now feels brand new when I drive it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking have work done! I know it s not that big of a deal but they even filled my tires, I had one that was low and I didn t even mention it. Great customer service!!! I went to Midas for the first time in need of an immediate replacement of my radiator coolant reservoir. John and Billy wer very professional and very accommodating. They were able to get me in the same day that I called, (within 2hrs)They allowed me to bring the part I needed replaced and they installed it for me.(not all repair shops will do this) Chris completed the job In a timely and efficient manner. The professionalism of the staff is top notch. I was very impressed with each and everyone of them. I have a lot of questions and they were all very happy to provide the information I was looking for.Although I chose Midas on a whim based on them being able to get me in same day, I would highly recommend them and I will be returning there for all my auto repairs in the future. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

This place was recommended to me. Went for an oil change which cost over $100. Asked about front brakes and they wanted almost $500. Prices are insane, and I definitely won t be going back here. Chris was so extremely helpful and informative! He brought me right into the garage to look at what was wrong with my car and explained in detail what he was going to fix and how better driving will feel afterwards! Dan at the front desk was also so professional and thorough, truly outstanding customer service!
