Don t go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. My car was failed for defective pads and rotors . Well, take a look for yourself. A little dusty, but we re well over state minimum. Rotors were a little rusty and little glazed, but the surface was ok. Not to mention my lug nuts were torqued over 120 ft-lbs and snapped two 1/2 drive breaker bars while I was removing them to fix my bad brakes.Who I presume to be the service manager was shocked I was going to take a chance working on an electronic caliper myself. God forbid someone googles how to put the electronic caliper into device mode! According to him, I needed the special snap on tool to put it into EPB service mode.My main point is, if I didn t know better, I could ve been screwed. Were my brakes less than stellar? Yes. Should they have been passed according to NH state inspection? Yes, I think so. So if you aren t handy, or have someone who can help your car, I d go somewhere else. This meineke used to be stellar, not sure if management change or something, but the last two times I ve been here have been less than stellar.

Mike and the Manchester team at Meineke are LITERALLY the BEST!! No one else I'd trust with my car and overall vehicle knowledge. Local guys with a feel-good touch!

I went in for a NH State Safety Inspection after I made an appointment days before. They finished an inspection within an hour. I did my own work prior and they acknowledged it when I received a pass for another year. The truck is five years old with over 100,000 miles. No smoke and mirrors here. Solid work guys, I ll be back next year.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I always have a great experience at this location! They are very down to earth and tell me what needs to be taken care of and what can wait,which is a huge help for budget minded individuals. I came in for just an oil change but they showed me where my tires were on the second layer of rubber and needed replacing. One stop shop and reasonably priced. These mechanics take care of their people and know their stuff!

I made an appointment with MeinekeUSA on Elm street, Manchester, NH. I got in and the crew did one fantastic job. I needed brake rotors, brake pads, and a new set of tires. Everything was done well and professionally. I am 100% satisfied. This trip saved me well over &500 for the work which was originally quoted from a dealer.

Literal liars here. I went in to get an inspection sticker and they told me my exhaust pipe was leaking and I needed new wheel bearings and tried to charge me $600 plus labor I went to get a second opinion and physically went under my car to look and there was NO leak, my wheel bearing was completely fine, and they also told me my brakes were rotting when they have literally another year left of life. So incredibly rude to try to scare me into thinking my car was unsafe to drive. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR AN INSPECTION, especially if you are a woman.

Friendly staff. Dropped my car off with no issues and it was ready right around when they said it would be, to be picked up. Had an appointment for an inspection and they let me add an oil change to the appointment no problem. The workers seemed happy. Prices were pretty common, no more, no less than you'd expect. Went for state inspection since this place being close and they failed it. As per them, brake pads and brake rotor were bad and needs to be replaced, quoted me around $600 for the work, thankfully I didn t proceed with that repair. Then I went to my dealership for the second inspection check, they passed the vehicle stating nothing needs to be replaced and issued the sticker.These guys try to scam you and make money out of needless repairs. Avoid them for sure.

STAY AWAY!!! This place basically stole my original catalitic converter. Went to have a header put on. Next thing I know the guy is at my work with the Cat in his trunk, saying you need a new one. Never had a problem, no codes, in fact just had an exhaust put on at another shop, never mentioned. Charged me $1000, and kept the old Cat, which they know was worth $300. Had to get rid of my car, and had to take $300 instead of $600 because they stole my Cat.

Quoted me just under 3000$ for a big job . I had to decline. Brought it to my previous mechanic in my hometown (in a shop, not some backyard side gig). He charged me 650$ for the same exact job, and it took him under an hour. I had been a recurring customer to this meineke bc it was closest after i moved. Scamming customers is a great way to make sure they never come back.

Work was done in decent timeframe.Prices were reasonable and although I had to return, due to a defective part from the factory, I was shuttled right in and the defective part was replaced.Good Job in a Timely manner.

Meineke is the only automotive mechanic shop I go to here in Manchester. I am always treated fairly, with friendly staff who I have gotten to know over the 35+ years that I have been a customer. I am treated like family.

They were great in letting me know what was going on with my car. I brought my car in for a state inspection and an oil change. They unfortunately found an issue but took care of it and I got my car back the same day. Their service was great!

They offer online appointment scheduling, but you have to call to confirm the appointment or they won't schedule you!!! Wait, what?! The guy said I should have read the email I got that was subject "Appointment confirmation" where they tell you this after you've already had confirmation from the website. This is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard and really lousy customer service. After multiple bad experiences with several Meineke locations, I'm done with them all. They can't treat customers decently.

Today we were very disappointed with this franchise. Oh, since we took our van, apparently the noise was from the belt and tensioner, they changed it and charged us a lot. However, when we picked up the car the noise continued, we went back there and he said that it was now the water pump and I asked why they didn't say that the pump was having problems, which is on the same belt system. They simply said you didn't ask. So we have 20 Vans in our Fleet and they will never see our dollar again.

I have been using meineke for years and have never had any issues till this last year. I've always had my oil changed here full synthetic for $69. Just yesterday this price was increased to $89 without any warning. I was told that the price has gone up but yet when I go online it's still advertised at $69. Also I had them do some work on my car replace the lower control arm and some linkage and I've had to bring the car back twice because the bolts were loosening up and now they're telling me that they never serviced my car. This past summer when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change they took all the protective panels off the bottom of my car and threw them in the dumpster. And gave me the excuse of when the clips Rod out that that's what they do. I guess notifying the customer of this action was out of the question. I discovered this only because the front panel that they attempted to put back on was only put back on with one baolt and was dragging it down the road. I will never use this place again

I called Meineke about a coolant leak. Whoever I talked to blew me off. I explained where the leak was coming from and that I had the part to fix it. He told me "We don't do that kind of work." It's a shame because from the look of it they do good work and are competitive. So I went to another a shop and they were more than happy to fix the leak, do other repairs and take my $1,500.

Beware upcharging and attempts to sell you unecessary extra repairs. While my car was here for other work they called me saying my brake pads and rotors were so bad I was going to start hearing "grinding noises in about a week." They were going to charge me $400 for it so I declined over the phone. When I picked my car up the employee at the desk reiterated to me that my brake pads and rotors were so bad they needed to be replaced "within the week". When I replaced the brake pads myself there was still groove left and they weren't even hitting the squealer yet. The rotors didn't need to be replaced at all. Classic case of "let's see if we can get the girl to pay the auto shop more money."

Love getting failed on inspection for brakes all around when the lowest break pad on the vehicle was 5/32 lovely place.. also when i went to take the wheels off to replace the brakes after telling them i do my own work on the vehicle the lug nuts were torqued on so tight it was obvious that they were doing it on purpose..

People at Meineke are friendly and polite. Price is very reasonable and I am satisfied with the service. I have been taking my car to meineke for service and never been disappointed. I would recommend meineke to any of my friends. I was recommend to meineke by a friend and I didn't regret it.

Went in for a state inspection and high mileage oil change. Techs noticed a problem that could have resulted in calling a tow truck from the side of a highway. Although the cost was unexpected, it drastically saved me in the long run and I appreciate this locations honest approach and fair pricing. I went to Meineke to have them check to see if my car needed A wheel bearing they went out of their way to test, drive it and put it on the alignment machine to make sure nothing else Damaged in my snow, accident quick easy and very professional
