I just recently had my Acadia repaired with Manchester Collision and can t thank them enough! From the front desk to the advisor they kept me well informed. My car came back so clean! Thank you to the team and if I ever have any future needs I will definitely be back!

I had a very positive experience when I brought my SUV to Manchester Collision Center to get it repaired after an accident. Everyone I delt with there was very friendly and professional. They turned a stressful situation of having to get my SUV repaired after an accident into a positive one by answering all my questions, keeping me informed every step, and letting me know when the work would be completed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of customer service, communication, and the quick turnaround to complete the repair. My SUV looks brand new again and I could not be happier!

A few weeks ago, someone had backed into my new accord. I was afraid it would never look the same with all the new colors. Out there, Well, my paint matched perfect and the car looked amazing. Great people quality shop equals quality work and a happy customer. Thank you, Manchester collision.

I brought my car to this place because they stated they had no wait times even though every collision place had part delays!! Dropped my car off 11/7 and didn t receive my car until 12/11 a month later.. didn t receive an update for weeks after they had already had my car and when I called the adjuster Jared thought it was a good idea to explain to me how many cars he had which I didn t care because that unfortunately is not my problem! When the car was received it had a potent odor to it but i figured leaving the windows open would help air it out.. I have children with asthma and as soon as they entered the vehicle they were coughing the smell is still in my car and the passenger seat was left with white residue I do not recommend this place at all.. they were very unprofessional and I think they say they do a job and don t do it.. my car should of had an alignment done and I know it was not done because my car was pulling to one side!! Please shop around before you go to this place! Oh and to fix their own mistakes because they had my car sitting for weeks they decided to cover rental costs due to their own delays! I appreciate it but it didn t make up for the stress and hassle that has been caused not to even say that I will have to bring my car to get aligned myself because I don t even trust them with my car again!!!

I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive about the staff. Upon arriving I listened to a staff member deal with a customer who was receiving a rental vehicle they didn't like. The staff member was polite, very understanding and did his best to assist the customer.They were always responsive to my update requests and tried their best to explain where my vehicle was in the process. As the process took several weeks I realized that a lot is out of their control.The Insurance Company has to be dealt with and a price agreed upon. In my situation this took almost a week and the insurance (Progressive) company basically accepted this part of the process. Parts then need to be found, ordered and delivered. Then they need to fix your vehicle - I didn't see any magic wands.Overall, I was very satisfied with the end results after about 3 weeks without my van. Not happy with the time it took, but asking those who are in the business for the amount of damage done, they say it was reasonable. I could find no fault, so 5 stars.

This was our second time to Manchester Collision Center and I am happy to report we got the same level of quality service as before. Aaron and his team were great to work with. They kept us in the loop from scheduling to ordering the parts and completed the job on schedule as promised. Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I've been to this place twice. Both times for insurance related repairs. The first time, I didn't notice anything wrong so I decided to go back because the place where I bought the vehicle from recommended it. They had some sort of discount agreement due to their proximity. After a couple days of having my vehicle, they called me and asked me to come pick up some heavy items that were in the back. They weren't able to do the repairs while those items were in the vehicle. That was when I noticed that handfulls of change that I had in the vehicle, My car charger, my charging cable, a pair of wireless headphones, and a prescription medication bottle that was in the glove box were all missing from my vehicle. when I brought it up to the manager his response was that they're not responsible, I signed a waiver, and that they don't have cameras so anyone can come by and jump the fence and ransack to vehicles and they're not responsible for it. He simply refused to entertain the possibility that his staff could have stolen it. He even"promised" me it coyotes be them. I don't care about the stuff, which can all be easily replaced. But now I see why they put up a bunch of signs and have you sign waivers. They don't want to be assured because one or more of their employees are unethical. Someone on their team is a petty thief. If my car wasn't partially disassembled i would have removed it from their property already. I'm never going back there. DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Manchester collision center has been absolutely AMAZING to me on multiple occasions!! I have and will most certainly use MCC for all my auto body repair services!! MCC has always gone above and beyond for me and the staff from the office personnel to the technicians are always professional and explain everything in complete detail prior to services rendered. Thank you MCC keep up the great work!!

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS BUSINESS!!!I had to deal with this place for almost 3 months. Due to their poor communication and limited availability, I was put through a lot of running around.I had originally came to this location because it was one of the the few Geico express location with availability. I realize now after going through this hassle, that is would have been easier to get a rental from somewhere else and use a body shop closer to me.I was originally told it would be 2 weeks. I had been asked if I wanted to be updated on the process by text or email I said email. Several days later I receive a text telling me that my car is being worked on (never received an email,. NOT ONCE FROM THEM EVER!) I received a texts about 10 days later saying that the car was "near completion" when I called I was told, it wasn't even close to finished and the automated system generates the texts a just sends them (I don't understand why even have the program if it send customers false advertising.)Having dropped off the car on the 20th of January, I was FINALLY called that on the 24th of February I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I was told that the back glass on the hatch was damaged in the process and I would have to come back and have it replaced. This was very frustrating to me as I as already taken days out of work to bring my vehicle here and pick it up, which I was being told I would have to do AGAIN, after having driven here.While doing a walk around I noticed that one of my trim pieces was THE WRONG COLOR and when I mentioned that to an associate of the business, they folded their arms in front of them and said "What do you want me to be about it" I mentioned I would appreciated my car being repaired to its former state. I was told it could be taken up when I bring the car back as I would inevitably have to as they damaged my vehicle and need to fix it. I also noticed over spray on rubber trim and the rubber panel around the gas cap had not even been taped up and was covered in paint.It took months for me to organize a time I could go back based on their limited availably and needs for a rental car. I mentioned the issues to the Manager, who scheduled the appointment. She also noticed the trim was the wrong color, which was very obvious. I was told it would be ready the next day, I sat around the house and heard nothing all day, when I called they said, the window adhesive was drying and it would take another day. I was going away for the night and the employee couldn't tell me how long the rental would be covered for as I would ne be able to bring it back. It took much back and forth and I was able to get a call from the manager the next morning (Thursday) telling me the vehicle would be ready when I got there on Friday. When I arrived at noon on that Friday I was given some attitude from the desk that I wasn't called and told it was ready. I explained the conversation I had and that I was away with out service. I was told the car would not be ready and I had to come back. I explained I would not be able to get back there that day. I was called at about 4:30 on Friday to tell me that my car was ready (when they close at 5)When I was finally able to pick up my car, I noticed that there were nicks in the the rubber trim from when they tried to clean the over spray from it. I also noticed chips and scratches in the paint around the lift gate glass, from them replacing it. I was so put off by the service I received here and would not want my car in their hands to fix these issues as it seems every time my vehicle enters the facility it comes out with another issue.CANNOT RECOMMENDServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Logan and the team here at Manchester Collision did an awesome job with my Jeep. They performed the work that needed to be done in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. Did a decent job, but stealing my phone charger left a sour note. So gross.Update: Message left: "My techs have no need to steal your car charger. They have chargers here. But we do have to leave your car out with no windows, and stuff gets stolen" That math doesn't add up, because it's a $55 CAR charger... which they would want for their car.And her response here leaves out that she would replace it after I provided the receipt! Does anyone keep the receipt for their chargers after 3 years?The biggest lie was "And we have a couple of parts that still need to be put in, we just didn't want you to have to wait" That's a really bad lie. "Your car is ready", not "Your car still needs a couple of parts. Do you want to pick it up now and we'll call you when the parts are in?" Seriously. Can't you just say you messed up??No, I'm not bringing my car back there, and my insurance company will be notified

Brought car in after accident in March. Now it is the end of May. We had come to pick up the car twice previously both time ot was rejected to to poor work done one the doors not closing properly and them not being properly aligned. As of today a associate of mine had a fun 25 minute loud argument while the store manager about them having not fixed the issues yet again. Her response you ask? Oh well you have to talk to your insurance agent. We will not be bringing it back in. To add insult to injury they used a door from another vehicle that was in a accident and it won't sit right. Not thier problem and we have to take the car. I go to take the car and the engine light is on and they will do nothing besides yell like toddlers that they did nothing to it.Would not recommend unless you don't care about your family's safety or working with with mediocre (to put it mildly) techs and service writers who don't know what they are talking about . People that will break part of the car not being worked on, a receptionist who will be openly bigoted and complain about people not speaking English to you, and finally a store manager who would rather scream than fix the problems her technicians causedService: Body & Trim

I recently brought my car in for some body work. From the moment I walked through the door it was a great experience. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy. My car ended up being completed two days before the initial quote time which was a nice surprise. The car looks great and as if it was never in an accident. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would recommend anyone to come here for professional bodywork. Car accidents are never fun to deal with, but Manchester Collision Center made this an all around easy and pleasurable experience.

What an AMAZING experience! Extremely professional, timely, and a job well done! My car looked GREAT! It was spotless inside and out upon pick up, which was an added special bonus! The collaborative communication between my insurance company, the rental car company and Manchester Collision was to be admired. It truly was a smooth, seamless, efficient experience!

Excellent, hassle-free experience. Following my accident, my car was restored to perfect condition and was cleaned and vacuumed top-to-bottom when I picked it up. All details, from rental car coordination and delivery to the completion of my insurance assessment was taken care of at MY convenience. Thank you, Manchester Collision for your professionalism and service. You made the process easy and friendly.

I never write reviews about anywhere or anything, but I felt obligated to about this place. I got into a minor accident and my insurance suggested we go through them to fix my car.. I went with it, got my car there and dropped it off on July 10th. The total work came to $5,000.00 for a fender bender and a front windshield. So thankfully I only had to pay 500 deductible. My car was suppose to be done in a week or 2 tops, 3 weeks later they had a delay for the pick up date, two times. Then the day of pick up I was moving from Manchester to North Carolina, so I had to INSIST on the pick up date of July 27th..they told me they would be detailing my car seeing as how it's 5k worth of work and 3 weeks, as well as working on the car they were obviously going to get a little messy, I pick up the car and it is DISGUSTING as we as a wheel grease stain on one of my seats from putting a tire or rim IN my car ON the cloth interior.. when I asked them why the car was a mess and not cleaned they told me because they had to "rush" to finish they didn't have time.. I picked the car up at 5pm they close at 6 so they still had an hour, and to top it off my alignment is now WAY off and pulls to the left dangerously and I'm driving from Manchester NH to North Carolina. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and with NEVER go here or to any of their other companies EVER again. I would strongly suggest finding another company besides this one. I have never had worse service in my life. NOT happy and clearly stated that when I went in and did not even get an apology.

They quoted my mother an insurance repair to be completed within 7 days. They had her truck for 28 days. The first time I picked it up, it had running and bubbled paint on the front corners of the bumper. It had over spray in the cabin. That's right, they managed to spray paint the dash. The hood was not properly aligned and had a chipped corner, paint was chipping from the bumper and the grill had orange peel from a poor paint job. This apparently passed Manchester Collision's quality control and they let me take it home. After I inspected it, I returned to the shop to have them address the problems. When I picked it up the second time, i found they repainted the bumper but in the process got over spray on the fender trim on both sides. They washed the dash but did not remove the paint from the grain of the plastic trim. The chip on the hood still was not fixed and the bumper still had a paint run. Also, the left fender now had a "spot" in the middle of it. I left it a third time to have them fix these issues. When I picked it up next, the bumper was good (finally) and they had replaced the dash trim piece that had paint on it. They fixed the chipped hood but got over spray on the windshield trim (really? yes.) I left it one more time and it finally have a truck repaired to my technical satisfaction (satisfied in the sense that it looks better than it did with a crumpled front end). Throughout the process, they did offer my mother a rental, but it couldn't perform the duties a truck is needed for. They made no effort to provide a comparable vehicle even though the truck kept returning for their poor workmanship and quality control. I spoke the the shops GM and requested the deductible be refunded due to my dissatisfaction with the repair process. He informed me this constitutes "insurance fraud". I then called the NH Insurance Commission and asked them if my request constituted fraud. They informed me it did not. I then called the shop again and once more requested the deductible be returned. He then said that it was the shops policy to never return deductibles and offered to fix any issues with the workmanship on the vehicle. This was the worst repair experience ever. A 7 day repair took about 28 days. I highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for repair unless you have a month to waste.

Thank you Manchester Collision! Flawless experience from start to finish. Derek made my car look the same as the day I bought it and GM Mary took the time to walk the car with me at the time of pick up. My car was turned over to me within a few days of dropping it off. Great customer service all around. If need be, I will be back (hopefully later than sooner ;).

I brought my car in a few weeks ago after being rear-ended at a stoplight . I was very nervous that my car would not look or drive like it did before. The service was fantastic and every time I called they seem to know what was going on with my car. It was done in a very timely manner and everything worked out just fine. I would recommend Manchester collision center any day the week.

AMAZING QUALITY - In my opinion, this is the biggest factor when dealing with vendors, second is customer service and third is timeliness for the work to be done. All 3 are knocked out of the park with Manchester Collision Center. I have a Jeep that was slammed into from behind so their Geico insurance took care of everything. They saw me in 2 days, completed an inspection where I actually asked detailed questions and they had already gone through all of it with their mechanics (very thorough). Then completed the work in 3 days. They matched the glitter paint exactly the same and fully detailed the car. When I got my car back and did my inspection, I wanted to walk back in the store just to tell them how impressed I was. I decided to do it in this review, instead. Great job MCC and if I ever need body work, I will be back. P.S. Price was much less than I thought. Came out to around $800 for super high quality and fast turn around.

My experience at Manchester Collision was not a very good one. I went in to have my rear quarter panel of my vehicle repaired after somebody punched my car. They had my vehicle for 15 days. I went down to go pick it up expecting to have my beautiful car back all repaired and the vehicle is now in bad condition with no dented in quarter panel. My car creaks all the time now in that corner when I go around corners and little bumps. My rear tail light has a huge gap between the top of its casing and the metal outer shell from the quarter panel as well as my rear tail light not even being tightened into place. The paint job was not very pleasant there were particles captured in the paint that transposed onto the metal so now I have l i n t particles in the paint job. As well as primer spray on my rear hatch over the original paint as well as primer paint on my inner assembly for the back hatch. I do not believe that they got the metal lined up correctly before they welded as now when I open my hatchback on the back of my 2017 HRV it Wiggles and kind of like pops off a little bit like it was out of whack and it was forced a little bit to get that latch rather than a nice clean close and open. I would definitely not recommend anybody going to this Collision Center. As the gentleman said when I got the car back it's fixed just like new. I think not.

Manchester Collision has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. I contacted Manchester Collision on September 19th to review my appraisal. They agreed that they could do the work, but could not fit me in for an appointment to assess my car until 10/3. Having made an appointment, my assumption was that they would be assessing my car that day or at least that week. It took them 8 working days to even touch my car with zero communication. And that was only the beginning. After three times being called and told my car was not going to be done when promised and getting a revised date, I asked why. I was told that my car was not a priority because of the insurance company that was paying for the work and other cars that came in after mine were being serviced first, causing me to be in a rental with Enterprise, a business with which they have a deal, for an unnecessary amount of time and wasting insurance money. Had they been honest about their business practices, I would have taken my car somewhere else instead of waiting two months for my car to be fixed and having to deal with their very poor customer service (I didn't get notified it was ready until 11/17 and I was on vacation and couldn't return the rental). I also had asked for a timeline of what had been happening to my car and realized that they had not been honest about my car's status all the time. Along the way, they did not act like they cared about me, my feelings, or my car. After reading others' reviews on google and yelp, I realized that I was not the only one. I hope that people will stop giving them business so they get the message and clean up their customer service practices. They are deceptive, discriminatory, dishonest, and indifferent to their customers' needs. Although they did pay for the couple extra days of rental the insurance wouldn't pay for and I have not found anything wrong with their work on my car (other than they did not fix my trunk as I asked them to do at least three times that has failed after previous work they had done), I would never recommend this business as it was an extremely stressful and horrible experience.
